This case seems to have hit the headlines on the grounds that Montgomery is female.

Big deal.

A hearty thumbs down to sexism on the part of the federal government, and rarely could anyone deserve death more than this evil sow.

 

Montgomery strangled and killed Bobbie Jo Stinnett, who was 8 months pregnant, in 2004. Prosecutors said she used a kitchen knife to remove Stinnett’s baby from her womb. She then took the child with her, and attempted to pass the girl off as her own.

Although the sentence was handed down in 2007, such is the power of lawyers to debate and delay justice that only now – and only thanks to Trump – has a date – December 8th – been set for the female fiend to get her over-due lethal injection.

After some very off-beat rulings recently, credit where credit is due to the Supreme Court in the USA, for a sensible decision, albeit a narrow one, which sent the beast below to Hell yesterday.
