Justice Delayed Is Justice Not Done!

Top US court halts Texas execution of inmate seeking pastor’s touch – BBC

So this intensely, devoutly even, religious individual gets a stay of execution because the rules allow for a cleric to attend him in his final hour before he faces God Almighty…

( or more likely somebody else! )

….but the cleric is not permitted physically to put a hand on the monster, and please note….

Ramirez, 37, stabbed a man 29 times in a robbery that prosecutors said netted $1.25 (£0.91).

….so the court needs more time to think about this nonsense?

Makes no sense to me. You?

But one hopes he will be put down sooner rather than later.

But the rest of that BBC report includes a reminder, of how Bungler Biden has, regardless of how heinous, pointless, inhuman a killer may be, stopped ALL federal executions.

Another reason to miss the Golden Age…

ACLU Trumpophobe Backs Callous Quartet’s Bid To Thwart Justice!

…when the USA had a President dedicated to justice, and wonder how many Americans are hearing that line from that good old song –

You Don’t Know What You Got Till It’s Gone!’

Every day that old fool occupies the White House, the more we miss Trump!

Another Fiend Joins Sutcliffe And McGuinness!

After Peter Sutcliffe moved in with Martin McGuinness earlier this month…..

McGuinness Gets Congenial Company – Finally, Sutcliffe Sizzles!

….now the inner circle of Hell has had to accommodate another evil swine and only thanks to the fact that President Trump is still in the White House.

If Biden, the media-appointee, takes Trump’s place in the Oval Office in January, you can rest assured that a Democrat amnesty will prevent such justice thereafter…

….Biden will work to pass legislation to eliminate the death penalty at the federal level, and incentivize states to follow the federal government’s example…

…given the Democrats’s devotion to the well-being of killers, rapists and terrorists.

…Orlando Cordia Hall, 49, was one of the three inmates on federal death row who currently have a 2020 execution…

If Donald Trump’s battle to uncover electoral malpractice is lost, one must hope that he can at least oversee the execution of a few more fiends…

….before the clammy hand of the ‘progressive’ ( what an inaccurate handle!) elite decrees shameless commutations to keep curs like Orlando Hall in the land of the living.

    And another example –

No Boston Bomb Justice! Asylum-Seeker Pig Spared Death!

Boston Marathon bombing: Dzhokhar Tsarnaev’s death sentence overturned

    • ….
    Dzhokhar Tsarnaev

If there is finally a death sentence ordered for that vile sectarian ‘asylum-seeker’ Tsarnaev….

….which President Trump’s Attorney General has responsibly been seeking to reinstate, then if Biden, or Kamala Harris, or any of their ilk, are in a position to prevent such a plainly fair penalty, they will spare the Boston Bomber and keep him in comfortable confinement…

…for the rest of his days, at huge expense to the US tax-payer!

      A good point!
This reminds us of just one of the many things about Trump’s administration that most honest Americans will dearly miss if it all goes bad and Biden is inaugurated,

Were you inspired to write about this by this report?

It’s good that you remind us of our good fortune in having Donald Trump in the White House.
Even if he is there only till January, he can make sure justice is done in three more capital cases.
If Biden takes over, killers will have a new spring in their step, confident the Democrats will help them out.

Yes Americans can feel satisfied that such a man is dead and gone, after being a drag on the tax payer for so many years.
In Britain we have few MPs willing to represent how we feel about capital punishment.
Priti Patel used to but she ate her words in order to get a ministerial position and that’s why I don’t believe anything she now says about other issues, like illegal aliens

Say No To Sexism – Put The Demoness Down!

Not a lot to look forward to, not the way we usually look forward to December, this year of Chinese Virus and BLM rioting.

But one bit of good news, that after 13 years since her conviction of a demonically savage murder, Lisa Montgomery will finally be put down next month.

Thank God for the Trump Administration, without which the long absence of justice – no federal executions for nearly 20 years – would probably have continued indefinitely.

This case seems to have hit the headlines on the grounds that Montgomery is female.

    Big deal.

A hearty thumbs down to sexism on the part of the federal government, and rarely could anyone deserve death more than this evil sow.

Montgomery strangled and killed Bobbie Jo Stinnett, who was 8 months pregnant, in 2004. Prosecutors said she used a kitchen knife to remove Stinnett’s baby from her womb. She then took the child with her, and attempted to pass the girl off as her own.

Although the sentence was handed down in 2007, such is the power of lawyers to debate and delay justice that only now – and only thanks to Trump – has a date – December 8th – been set for the female fiend to get her over-due lethal injection.

Her lawyer is still whining and niggling, rabbiting on about how ‘her client shouldn’t be executed as she is mentally ill and a survivor of child abuse.’https://www.dw.com/en/us-to-carry-out-first-federal-execution-of-a-woman-in-70-years/a-55307336

    Gimme a break!

Slashing open the belly of a mum-to-be, watching the innocent woman die as the baby was ripped from her womb?

And we are told to go easy because the blood-stained bitch had a tough time growing up?

Lots of people have awful childhoods but don’t descend into sub-human depravity.

Needless to say, since this is a report from one of the most biased tax-funded propaganda media…

…we get this neat little leftist yelp tagged onto the end of what would otherwise be a normal news item.

According to anti-death penalty groups, President Donald Trump is pushing for more executions to brandish his reputation as a law-and-order leader.

It seems to me more likely that The Donald…

…like most people, genuinely believes that putting satanic scum down makes perfect sense.

If acting on this belief makes him popular, all the better.

Male or female, the world, not just the USA, will be a better place without this monster.

At Last! First Federal Execution For HOW MANY Years?

After some very off-beat rulings recently, credit where credit is due to the Supreme Court in the USA, for a sensible decision, albeit a narrow one, which sent the beast below to Hell yesterday.

Daniel Lewis LeeTriple murderer Daniel Lewis Lee

While the BBC reported the high court move, they do not appear to have given details of the brutal torture and slaughter of a harmless family for which Lee was sentenced.

Yet those SCOTUS Justices certainly knew all about the horrible crime.

Hard to understand how four of them could vote to spare the fiend. Have they no consciences at all?
Hard to believe this was the first federal execution for 17 years. Justice delayed is justice ill-served.
Hard to believe that a lower court judge held up justice yet again this week, on the grounds that there were ‘unresolved legal issues!’ https://www.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada

The slaughter took place TWENTY FOUR years ago!

What possible legal technicalities could some simpering attorneys dredge up at this stage?

    Still, better late than never!

Now keep the assembly line rolling…

..there are many more caged beasts still waiting in line for those lethal injections!
