Cover-Up! Closed-Doors In Dutch ‘Hate’ Trial

Something is very rotten in the Dutch legal system, selective prosecution depending on political affiliation…

…and senior in-crowd politicians allowed to hide behind closed doors when giving evidence on a key free speech case…

    Related image

…the whole mess stinks worse than a hunk of Edam cheese that’s gone off.

The trial in question is that of Geert Wilders, inexplicably charged with the nonsense crime of ‘hate-speech,’ merely for saying what probably most Dutch people think, that there are too many Moroccans in their country.

    Related image

    Whose country is it?

If it’s conceded that it is the homeland of the Dutch, then surely the Dutch are free to say who should or should not be accepted as guests therein?

Whatever, Holland, like many other otherwise democratic nations, has the albatross ‘hate’ law round its neck for the time being, and until a patriotic government is elected, that won’t change.

As to the proceedings in court, is it not very strange that the former Justice Minister, Ivo Opstelten, is getting special treatment when he comes to testify?

    Related image

After all, the victim, Wilders, has stated very clearly that there was political interference in the move to charge him, specifically, that .

All the more reason, surely, that this question is answered in open court, so everyone in The Kingdom of the Netherlands can see and hear the ex-minister’s response to a grave accusation…

…but instead, the legal establishment wants the matter sequestered from public scrutiny.

And on the basic principle of the case, whether foreigners, of whatever origin, are above criticism, compare and contrast!

Only a year ago, Alexander Pechtold, then leader of the liberal D66 party, was clearly guilty of an ethnic slur when he said :

“I still have to meet the first Russian who corrects his mistakes himself.”

    Related image

Despite a major public row over this, the Public Prosecutor decided he was not guilty of group insult.

So overtly Russophobic jibes are beyond legal reproach but when a politician echoes popular opinion on Moroccans, enter the bold PC gendarmes?

    justice joke

Wilders is facing the unjust trial with wry equanimity.

“For a threefold murder, the judge sets three days aside. But if you say three words, you’re on trail for five years. It is ridiculous that I have to stand here.”

As to the ‘closed door cover-up on testiimony?

“That is incomprehensible and a very big disadvantage for me as a suspect. But we will be able to make everything public.”

Wilders’ lawyer Geert-Jan Knoops had also hoped the case would come to an end today. “But on the other hand: the case is now being more seriously looked at than the last time. We expect to be able to reveal with the announced investigations what exactly the political interference was.”

The substantive treatment of the appeal will start on June 25th.

It’s not the first time this kind of attack on free speech has happened in Holland.
Why on earth shouldnt a Dutchman be free to say there are too many foreigners of any kind in his country.

I wonder how much money this is costing the Dutch tax payer?

Why have so many Moroccans got into Holland?
The colonial power in Morocco was France. The Dutch never had any connection with that part of Africa.
Best thing to do is deport them, see if Macron wants to take them.

Seen This Strange Man? If You Do See Him….

The scandalous injustice, and the threat to British freedoms, which emerged from this jerk-judge’s mouth, a mere week ago, MUST be challenged.

Already one of the many petitions demanding that Tommy Robinson be freed has getting on for 400,000++ names, and the first of what we hope will be regular demos has already taken place in Central London.

But it’s not just one man who has been subjected to one judge’s draconian attentions.

Geoffrey Marson QC’s  judicial diktat ordering a media cover-up of his outlandish behaviour on the bench has shamefully not been challenged.

Looking through Google Search, the only big name I could find covering the story was RT, a good report – read it! – on how at least one politician is prepared to do the honourable thing and SPEAK UP.

And of course he’s NOT a UK politician.

‘UK behaving like Saudi Arabia’: Geert Wilders calls for release of Tommy Robinson

Britain’s mainstream media has shown all the guts of a disembowelled weasel…

    Hasil gambar untuk weasel guts

….craven silence where there should be strident, indignant protest. For a fuller discussion on this, see –   https://www.gatestoneinstitute.org/12415/british-media-lies

BUT from Canada, we hear another voice of honest journalism.

Tommy was summoned before the judge. Tommy’s long-time lawyer was not informed of this. Rather, the court appointed a lawyer who didn’t know Tommy and wasn’t an expert in the specialized law of contempt of court.

In a matter of minutes, Tommy was sent to prison — with a 13-month sentence. He is now in HM Prison Hull, a brutal facility near Leeds.

A 13-month prison sentence for Tommy is tantamount to a death sentence — every Muslim criminal in prison will be trying to murder him. They’ve tried before.

The only alternative is for Tommy to request to be put into solitary confinement — but no-one can live that way, locked up without any human contact for 23 hours a day. Not for a year straight…

The day he was arrested, I spoke with Tommy’s wife and his lawyer, and offered to help in any way.

Last year, when Tommy worked for us, he was arrested outside of the court in Canterbury. Back then, we crowdfunded a top-notch legal team, and we were able to keep Tommy out of prison.

Obviously we will respect the wishes of Tommy’s family and lawyer.

But there is something else very important that we can do,  on our own: we can go to court to have the gag order lifted from the media.

The basic facts in this e-mail — what Tommy was doing and what he didn’t do; the shocking speed with which he was imprisoned; the fact that his own lawyer was not notified; the fact that Tommy has not had a proper chance to meet with his lawyer — are banned in the UK.

Not just the underlying facts of the rape gang trial — but the whole incident involving Tommy. The judge who sent Tommy to jail, made it illegal to report that he sent Tommy to jail.

Why did the judge keep his justice secret?

Shouldn’t the British people be able to learn the facts, and decide for themselves?

Why can people in Canada and the U.S. and Australia and Europe read all the facts — but not British citizens?

So we’re going to court, to apply to have this gag order lifted…We have hired an outstanding lawyer who has worked with Tommy before — Daniel Berke, the lawyer who took the case of Chelsey Wright, the girl from Sunderland who suffered so brutally at the hands of a predator…

It’s shocking that it falls to us — a small, independent, Internet-based news company — to fight for freedom of the press and open courts in the United Kingdom.

Where is the BBC, or Sky, or any of the tabloids that so love to skewer Tommy when it suits them?

Where are the organizations like Amnesty International or Reporters Without Borders, coming to the aid of a citizen journalist who was arrested and sentenced faster than in any dictatorship?

I guess it falls to us.

Because Tommy’s legal case isn’t just about him. It’s about all of us — and our freedom to have honest, public conversations about the threat of mass Muslim migration, gang rapes, and the Islamification of the west.

If you want to help us crowdfund this court challenge to the gag order, please click here. Note that this is separate from Tommy Robinson’s own case — this is simply to pay for challenging the publication ban in the UK.

It is hard to estimate how much it will cost, but my experience tells me it will be approximately £20,000.

Right now, Tommy’s family and lawyer are still huddling and coming up with a strategy. Let us give them their space. But in the meantime, let’s go to court to lift the publication ban on this horrific story…If you can help crowdfund the legal costs of our emergency appeal, please click here, or visit http://www.LetUsReport.com.

Tommy did his part. The biggest part — and he paid the biggest price.

I think this one lawsuit is my part.

    So it’s up to you.

And another option for the Brit-in-the-street.

If you see that bewigged blighter Marson, with or without the wig…

No violence, please, words will suffice, but don’t mince them – he merits denunciation for his deliberate decision to declare war on the liberties of the country which has given him a huge salary and a lush life-style – if he emerges from his luxurious lair, make him feel the verbal heat of your righteous anger.

He deserves more, but it’s all law-abiding patriots can do.

    SO DO IT!

If you can’t get at the swine, at least sign the petition.

    Rotten Rutte Targets Dutch Democracy!

There was much glee among the undesirables when that wet wally Rutte  –  Mama Stasi And Mark Rutte – Dirty, Devious and Dangerous! – edged ahead of Geert Wilders in the Dutch election earlier this year.

The Euro-Commissars and their running dogs around the Continent were visibly and audibly relieved that their henchmen had held onto power in The Hague.

    • Large majority of Dutch voters have rejected anti-European populists. That’s good news.”  – from the German Foreign Ministry.
    •  “Congratulations to the Dutch for preventing the rise of the far right,” French Foreign Minister Jean-Marc Ayrault.

Nothing like a spot of good old-fashioned meddling in other countries’ internal politics, huh?

And as for that champion of democracy?

A spokesman for Jean-Claude Juncker, the European commission president, hailed “a vote against extremists…”

Dutch PM Mark Rutte sees off election threat of Geert Wilders

But no sooner has Rutte managed to scrape together a new government – a six month task, no less! – than he and his Euro-collaborationist comrades have started planning pay-back…

…a price very likely demanded by Liar Juncker and the rest of the Brussels Rat-Pack for all their keen support back then…

The new ruling coalition in the Netherlands wants to scrap a 2015 Dutch law, unique in Europe, which allows citizens-enforced, non-binding referendums on newly-adopted laws, like the ratification of the EU-Ukraine treaty. https://euobserver.com/tickers/139440

Is it not alarming just how much these swine hate democracy?

NB, they’re taking aim at non-binding referendums, not even a vote that would make the arrogant elite comply with the will of the people…

….but simply a means of letting the people’s will be known.

Nor does the existing law afford the electorate any chance to have their say on laws that are already done and dusted, like The Netherlands’ subordination to the EUSSR.

    No wonder!

When the Dutch were actually allowed a meaningful vote on ‘Europe,’ a dozen years ago, they threw out the supranational scheme presented to them…

…so the contemporary collabos simply introduced a nearly identical replacement plan, with NO referendum.

And never since then has the ruling class permitted mere voters any such privilege!

Early days yet, and Rotten Rutte will have other things to keep him occupied.

Let’s, however, keep an eye on the sly Dutch Europhiliacs thirsting for a clamp-down on citizens’ rights.

There’s many a slip twixt cup and lip and, as the EUObs report points out, the bill that would remove the people’s power to demand referendums could itself be the subject of a citizens-enforced referendum…

Lefts and liberals do not like democracy because they always know best and we may not over-rule their superior wisdom.
It is the EU creed so we must work to end how The Netherlands is controlled by the EU.
Here in Holland we have Geert Wilders ready to do that.
Sometime I disagree with things he says but after this news I think there is no other way to beat the Rutte gang.

No Dutch Triumph – But Every Extra Patriot Vote Counts!

So all the brou-ha-ha from the in-crowd about a Wilders take-over was just panicky prattling.

He didn’t get a majority, nor did anyone remotely expect this – in my own view, although much better than Rutte, some of his programme was counter-productive – but his party’s increased share of the vote was not large enough to put him in the driving seat.

    • =========
    • A set-back, but nobody expects every election in every European country to be a great leap forward in reclaiming nations for their own people.
    • What matters is that the collaborationist parties are put on notice that they can no longer take it for granted that they can mystify their electorates into voting along artificial class-war lines.
    • oooooo
Interesting to note that the anti -American Rutte actually insulted US voters in his victory speech, and this arrogant intrusion into other countries’ domestic affairs was again echoed as his fellow-Brussels lap-dogs yelped into Holland’s internal politics.
    • Large majority of Dutch voters have rejected anti-European populists. That’s good news.”  – from the German Foreign Ministry.
    •  “Congratulations to the Dutch for preventing the rise of the far right,” French Foreign Minister Jean-Marc Ayrault.
    • If Putin had stuck his oar in, every leftist in the world would be outraged.
    • ——
But that’s what double standards are all about.
    • -ooo
    • When measuring the Wilders effect, we need to compare the Dutch results to Austria’s, the narrow, but nevertheless regrettable, defeat of Herr Hofer last year. That was greeted by the Enemy Within as some sort of triumph.
    • Yet only last week, what did Deutsche Welle have to say on developments there?

Fear of FPÖ driving Austria to the right?

The coalition of socialists and phoney ‘conservatives’ in Vienna has been pushing strict new laws and threatening sanctions against migrants’ states of origin.

That’s something they could have done long since, but better late than never?

    Sure, but why now?

DW has to admit that ‘tough talk might help the moderates out-maneuver the right-wing FPÖ.’

Now it’s obviously worth a round of applause that they aim to implement a law which will let authorities stop providing food and accommodation to refugees whose asylum claims have been rejected.

In fact, when we read that the UN has criticized the initiative, we are confirmed in our intention to clap hands and cheer.

Similarly, when the Foreign Minister, Herr Kurz, who has shown sense before…
Kurz slams single sex courses for refugees
…says that “people have a right to be upset if the EU is too weak to protect its borders, but still forces all the restaurants to change their menus over allergy guidelines…”
    Who can disagree?

His colleague, Interior Minister Wolfgang Sobotka  uses words I might myself have written.

“The first thing is basically that they don’t get anything from the Austrian state if they don’t have the right to stay here. Is that so hard to understand?”

    Common sense!

Again, DW has located a rational academic who confirms my view that the government has been shockingly dilatory.

Austrian political analyst Helmut Pisecky told DW on Wednesday. “For two years, the government has been dealing with asylum seekers, integration issues, and the refugee influx, and it took them so much time to organize a response.”

Almost all Austrians know this to be true, although they also understand that the Berlin Bitch is the source of so many of the evils that afflict their country.

But the inadequacy of the Vienna Coalition’s thinking is revealed when we read that Kern, the Socialist Chancellor, issued a strong endorsement for Merkel’s rival Martin Schulz.
“After a phase of little optimism, a political turning point in Germany is within reach,” Kern said in Bavaria.
It might be fair to say that Satan Himself would not be significantly worse than Mama Stasi, but Schulz?

Martin Schulz gets the blessing of Liar Juncker, arch-enemy of all free nations.

He’s a EurocRat to his boot-heels, and would do nothing to institue self-determination…

How Dare German Patriots Offer The People Democracy!

…or alleviate the crimmigrant cancer in his own country, much less in Austria!

    The Left is morally bankrupt.

Wilders did lose, in one sense.

But he did increase his tally of votes and seats, and the ripple effect of that advance will continue to spread, both influencing other parties, who may not see sense but will see electoral advantage in edging towards patriot polices…

…and also stirring many ordinary people, who had long since given up hope of hearing leaders who put their country first.

As the Rolling Stones once sang…

All very true, Ross but there’s another thing to think about, the Erdogan Effect. That Turkish dictator’s outbreak of noise and insult was perfect for Rutte. It gave him the chance to act tough and it’s normal for people to rally behind their government when its seen to be up against an aggressive foreign power.
I don’t think Erdogan timed it deliberately but it must have helped Rutte a lot.

Wilders Currently A Close Second, Yet He’s ‘Out In The Cold?’

Sunday morning with a mild dose of Jakarta Flu, which comes and goes here for no obvious reason, but in terms of suffering, I’d say a hefty dose of Guardian bias is infinitely worse.

    Gambar terkait

    With Holland in the news…

Turkey Sat Out WW2, Now Slanders Dutch Who Fought!

…most of you may know that Netherlands voters go to the polls on Wednesday and the Guardian dutifully mentions, way down its page, that the Freedom Party, in first place till last month, has slipped back a couple of percentage points.

Rutte’s liberal VVD party has a narrow lead of around 25 seats with Wilders’s PVV on 22.

Geert Wilder’s party is therefore in second place for the time being, in a field which has NINE parties running.  Not too bad, surely, but the Guardian portrays this strong showing thus –

Geert Wilders out in the cold in Dutch election scrum

Far-right politician Geert Wilders campaigning in Valkenburg on Saturday.
    Wilders campaigning

In contrast, although the report admits that the Dutch Labour Party’s 38 MPs,  may be reduced to single figures…

there’s no harsh assessment on the Guardian’s part that Labour is ‘out in the cold.’ Emotive slanted headlines are obviously reserved for parties that speak up against crimmigrants and actually mean what they say.

The Guardian salivates over its hope that the chasing pack are closing in: the Christian Democrats and progressive liberal D66 group are on 19, followed by GroenLinks with 16.

Parties with 19 percent, or 16 per cent, might, arguably, be seen as more ‘out in the cold’ than a party with 21 percent.

So how come Wilders is ‘out in the cold‘ in this story.

It must be because the Guardian, one charitably assumes, is less concerned about the electorate and more with the paranoid siege mentality of the Dutch political establishment  – even if he wins most seats, he has no hope of going into government, as all his main rivals have ruled out forming a coalition with him.

But that eternal bias shines on through, elsewhere, with the lamentation that the Dutch are turning away from their tradition of liberal, progressive politics.

Since when does ‘liberal’ = progress?

Progress, as I have said before but need to say again, is universally used to indicate positive development.

A businessman is making progress with his sales campaign.

A child’s report card is better than last term’s – making progress.

Scientists are making progress in finding a cure for cancer.

Liberalism, on the other hand, IS a cancer, soft on crime, cool with crimmigrants, subversive of traditional values.

    Oh, you disagree?

Up to you, but kindly don’t hi-jack the good word ‘progress’ to serve as a synonym for your own political ideology.

Good to see that Geert Wilders shares every decent person’s outrage over Erdogan. Wilders has been calling for parliament to be recalled to debate the Turkish government’s attempts to hold campaign rallies in  his country.

What a contrast to Mama Stasi Merkel’s sick appeasement bleating.

Some rallies have gone ahead, and Merkel’s government has emphasized it wasn’t involved in blocking the others, but must respect the decisions of local authorities.

    Contemptible craven cow!

No wonder Erdogan’s Foreign Minister Cavusoglu  sang Merkel’s praises, saying that all of Europe looked to her for leadership on the continent’s refugee crisis.

Headline Hides ‘Asylum’ Crime Wave In Dutch City!

Just trying to figure out what the Dutch News editors are playing at, with  their headline –

Asylum seekers arrested for pickpocketing acquitted

In fact, in terms of accuracy…

    Hasil gambar untuk pickpockets

… it could as easily have been –

Asylum seekers arrested for pickpocketing convicted

Because it turns out that three were acquitted, but three others were convicted.

Three of the Moroccan asylum seekers arrested for pickpocketing in the centre of Groningen have been acquitted by a court in Assen. Three others were sentenced to four to eight weeks for stealing phones and a wallet.

A bizarre headline, then, obfuscating reality – unless, of course, those who devised it felt that crimmigrants being NOT guilty of street crimes were so unusual as to be specially newsworthy!

However, reality comes shining through when we make our way down the page.

    • devil_by_lucasgraciano-d5agjlm
    •  Earlier this week the public prosecution office said Groningen city centre was ‘deluged’ by groups of pickpocketing asylum seekers, mainly from so-called ‘safe countries’ such as Morocco and Algeria.    http://www.dutchnews.nl/news/archives/

Turns out the reason for some prosecutions not succeeding was that the public prosecution office had opted for a fast-track procedure..

…for fear the men might go on the run.

If they feared the aliens detained might go on the run, why the heck did they not keep them locked up non-stop between arrest and trial?

Given what’s reported above, let’s not overlook Geert Wilders, Freedom Party leader there, currently on trial…

…for suggesting The Netherlands might be better off if there were fewer Moroccans in the country!

Would the victims of the thieving aliens agree or not?
