London Court Lets Terror Fan Walk Free!

    Who is Feras al-Jayoosi?

Well, perhaps surprisingly, he’s ‘from Swindon,’ a very unremarkable city in England, though we don’t know if he was born there.

    .

    No photo, alas!

    He’s 34 years of age.

More interestingly, he has just ‘pleaded guilty to four counts of wearing an article supporting a proscribed organisation…’

Which, you’d think, would mean he is now behind bars.

    .

    .

    Not so!

Because the clown – aka chief magistrate – at Westminster Court last Friday decided that overt support for ‘the Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades – the military wing of Hamas – and Palestinian Islamic Jihad…

….…groups proscribed as terrorist organisations in the UK.

    …doesn’t mean instant imprisonment.

I frankly don’t get why the Guardian sees any need to say this terrorist supporter was wearing the articles in a part of London ‘with a large Jewish population.’

Any outfit calling itself ‘Islamic jihad’ is a menace not just to Jews but to every decent Brit.

But what I also, more indignantly, don’t see is how Golding could possibly assert that –

“These are difficult cases to sentence.”

    Hardly!

    .

    .

I’d throw the book at the sectarian SOB!

But Golding gabbled as follows –

There is a fine line between support for a legitimate cause and support for a proscribed organisation and you have entered your pleas on that basis.”

Like Hell there’s any fine line.

The terror gangs named are banned in Britain.

Any skunks supporting them should not be in Britain, and if said skunks are in Britain…

….they should not be free to walk about like honest citizens!

But Golding ‘released Jayoosi, who the court heard has been diagnosed with autism, on conditional bail.. ‘

‘Passion’ Gets Stinko A Wrist Slap? Same For Jihadists And Nazis?

    ‘Did you see this?’

One of my commenters sent me a link to a UK report on yet another sap in judge’s robes who has openly expressed sympathy with the  ‘commitment to his cause’ and ‘passionate belief’ of a lousy Stinko named Etienne Stott…

    .

    .

…and despite the chaos and misery the criminal ‘sportsman’ and his ‘XR’ comrades caused to thousands of innocent people, Judge Michael Snow invoked that ‘passion’ as part of the wrist-slap ruling that spared the irresponsible slug jail-time, a penalty of a mere 300 pounds sterling imposed instead!

Screengrab from a video of Olympic gold medalist Etienne Stott being arrested by police at the Extinction Rebellion demonstration on Waterloo Bridge in London
Olympic medalist Stinko fanatic Etienne Stott arrested on Waterloo Bridge
    ..

Read the whole story here –

    https://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2020/01/21/olympic-gold-medalist-spared-jail-extinction-rebellion-protest/

This judge ought to be stripped of his robes, have his wig burnt in a public place, and never again be allowed to exercise ANY judicial function.

Because impassioned belief or commitment should NEVER be a mitigating circumstance.

How many jihadist terror scum are passionate and/or committed to their cause?

Same goes for the handful of neo-nazis who are held for planning or engaging in violent activity.

If they were to appear before Judge Michael Snow, would he soften the sentence he might otherwise impose because of their sincerely held sectarian and/or ideological fanaticism?

    One hopes never!

But with today’s British judiciary, who the Hell knows?

Stand Firm, Salvini – Send The Crimmigrants Packing!

Yet another damned sticky-beak court takes the side of the crimmigrant cargo boats.

    .

    .

Poor Italy, another asinine ruling which could undermine Matteo Salvini’s stalwart stand…

    ..

    ..

…against the so-called “NGO” endeavours to dump alien undesirables…

…on a country whose people have suffered so many wrongs at the hands of evil ingrates.

The subversive magistrates “ruled on Wednesday that a Spanish rescue ship carrying around 150 migrants should be allowed to enter Italian territorial waters!”

    But all is not lost.

Salvini is refusing to bow to their diktat.

    .

    .

The bludger-boat Open Arms has targeted the little island of Lampedusa, previously the scene of savage ‘migrant’ ingratitude…

    ..

    Read this… …

Truth Told – Threatening, Thieving…Migrant Molestation!

However, the rogue court in Rome only said the vessel should be admitted into territorials waters, stopping  short of authorising disembarkation for the horde of illegals on board.

Hence Salvini still hopes to block any of the wannabe parasites setting foot on Italian soil.

He must know he has millions of people around the world cheering him on.

I have now read this and also what you have released more recently.
It is a very great disappointment that these unwanted immigrants are welcomed by Macron.because France does not need more like that.
That question you are ssking, if the murder migrants were deported, is a very imoortant question.
      Who will answer it?

More – And More – Savages Unleashed In France!

Is it not ever so mildly astonishing that there’s even a need for the senior French law officer in this report to point out that unleashing rabid animals constitutes a ‘major risk.’

The outrageous terrorist crimes committed by that demonic pig in Liege last month week were hardly a novelty. Hell has prowled the Western world for years, the nightmares multiplied no end by the deliberate infusion of fresh evil into Europe by Mama Stasi Merkel.

How can Francois Molins just make a little speech about ‘the major risk of seeing people who are not at all repentant at the end of their sentence come out of prison…

If Macron were not afraid of the gibbering judges in Strasbourg, he’d introduce internment tomorrow.

He would also order the detention of every illegal immigrant – if Devil’s Island is not available, there are numerous little rocky islets around the world…

    • Or not!

    • More probably?

    • He shares their degenerate mind-set, which puts the ‘human rights’ of satanic scum above the safety of his fellow-citizens.

    Otherwise he’d reintroduce executions tomorrow.

I read a few weeks ago that Macron to hold a nationwide ‘consultation’ about some topic other than terrorism, not a democratic vote of course but stage-managed public meetings which would have no power to direct the government to do anything.
He could of course do the same on terrorism but that wil not happen because no matter how he tried to choreograph his meetings, the anger of the people would be impossible to control.
At the very least, internment of known jihadists, not only those due for release but all those currently monitored ( ineffectually, as shown by monitored jihadists murdering people!) would prevent at least some attacks and send a message that France is serious.
It is incredibly irresponsible to let enemy aliens move freely around France while France is at war.
The same goes for other Western countries.
First, however, the unelected courts need to be put in their place, because the role of that ECHR has been very damaging to the fight against terrorism. Those judges are despicable.
I have wondered out loud recently whether, if Europeans cannot quickly and easily get rid of the institution, they could not borrow from our American system, so that any new nominations have to be approved by national parliaments.

Mort, there is not a chance of reforming the court to bring its thinking into line with normal peoples.
The only way out is to take our countries out of its jurisdiction.
Theresa May promised to do that but she betrayed our trust on that as she has on Brexit.

It would not be so insane if they picked them up as soon as they stepped outside the prison gates and took them at once to the nearest airport.
Out of jail, out of France.
