While sympathy was clearly due to honest citizens, there was no reason at all to declare that robbers, rapists and illegal immigrants might no longer be answerable for their criminality.

Somebody sent me the link to this petition so I am passing it on to readers. we get too many people whining about race…

Having said that, it would be a good idea to abolish the House of Lords altogether.
