Since when have Dutch people lost the right to determine for themselves who may enter and who may be removed from Dutch territory?

The UK’s bewigged legal eagles are not new to subversive rulings. as a Home Secretary recognised two years ago – Theresa May criticises judges for ‘ignoring’ deportation law – BBC News but it looks like those of the Netherlands variety had sufficient sense of self-preservation not to impose any penalty, despite the dumbo guilty verdict.

Nevertheless, watching Deutsche Welle an hour ago, I was glad to hear that there are moves in the Dutch Parliament to get rid of this unwholesome law that stifles free speech and is only on the statute book, there as in Britain, to appease whining new-comers who can’t adapt to their host country.
