And In Bexley Too… Patriots, Divided, Can’t Win
I can still recall urging the best PM the UK never had…
.
.
…to stand against Heath the Homo in Bexley, in 1974, was it?
The great patriot had just announced he would not be contesting his safe Tory Wolverhampton seat again.
Still a brash young fellow at the time, I rang his London residence and spoke to an aide, who promised to pass my bold suggestion on!
In the end, of course, Enoch returned to the Commons as MP for a good but marginal Ulster Unionist seat.
And in Bexley….
..
….
… his shadow-life as a sexual aberrant unknown to his constituents, Heath the Homo breathed a sigh of relief.
.
But that’s water long under the bridge, only brought to mind by the Bexleyheath by-election.
It’s a sensible place, lots of pro-Brexit people there.
Potential there for dismay at Johnson’s jellyfish antics to launch a patriotic revival!
And today I read in the Telegraph that the crimmigrant issue…
..
…tops topics of concern among voters.
Rightly so!
But look at the list of candidates!
- Elaine Frances Cheeseman, The English Democrats
- Daniel Francis, Labour Party
- Louie Thomas French, Conservative Party
- Richard Hewison, Rejoin EU
- David Michael Kurten, Heritage Party
- John Edmund Poynton, UK Independence Party (UKIP)
- Simone Reynolds, Liberal Democrats
- Jonathan Scot Rooks, Green Party
- Richard James Sunley Tice, Reform UK
- Carol Margaret Valinejad, Christian Peoples Alliance
- Mad Mike Young, Official Monster Raving Loony Party
-
No disrespect to the CPA, but the four names in bold represent parties with few differences.
-
I don’t know how many times this point must be made…
-
Britain Needs ONE Pro-British Party, Not Three!
-
…but after the current spate of by-elections, these parties NEED to get together and STOP splitting the patriot vote!
