EUSSR Ties Crimmigrant Curb To ‘Rights’ Rot!

    Yes, they’re at it again.

The Strasbourg Slugs aka ‘MEPs working on the new EU-wide asylum reforms’ are getting vexed because – as was entirely foreseeable, given that a few national governments put the interests of their own people ahead of the subservience required by Kaiserin Ursula….

    =

    =

….the Slugs are suffering from‘doubt on whether agreement will be reached with their co-legislating member state counterparts.’

German socialist Birgit Sippel and Dutch Green Tineke Strik said EU countries are already trying to water down some of the proposals.

    Good!

Well, if a Socialist and a Green are the main moaners, the action causing them grief has almost GOT to be good.

The way the scheme is devised, it offers no prospect of the massive return of undesirable aliens that is the only sane way forward.

    =

    =

EUObs also strikes an encouraging note ( not to those who run that most virulently Europhiliac wing of the left media, but to us!) when it adds that a ‘proposal to create independent monitors on human rights is also on shaky ground.’

Note the photo used, if you follow that EUObs link, a peaceful scene, nothing like what border defenders actually have to face…

    ..

    =

…and why the last thing they need is a pack of pinko sticky-beak ‘monitors…’

….whining about ‘human rights’ every time some crimmigramt creep doesn’t get his pocket-money on time, or his free wifi conks out!

BBC Rico Flaunts His Pay-Masters’ Pro-Pervert Prejudice!

I stumbled out of bed on Thursday morning and started on the first of many coffees…

…switching on the tv, masochistically choosing BBC World News.

There was Rico Hizon, their Filipino flunkey, interviewing some geezer identified as an ‘Asian human rights expert.’

I settled down, knowing that Rico the Pinko…

    .

    tweet picture

A Role-Model For Youth?’ BBC’s Rico Fawns On Swede Brat!

…would sooner rather than later provide me with ammunition.

    Not a long wait!

The excuse for the interview was apparently a ‘report’ on ‘human rights’ – yeah, another one!

The miilion Uighirs in China were of course mentioned ( but not the Tibetans!) and India’s citizenship bill, and, inter alia, Thailand’s generals.

These are matters around which much debate has swirled, although I would define them as debates on political or constitutional rights, rather than ‘human rights,’ the definitions of which are changed in cavalier manner by unelected jurists to suit passing fads…

    000

However, the issues, in China, India, etc., are important – they affect very many decent men and women.

    BUT…

Then Rico went into brazen bias mode, asserting unblushingly the BBC pro-pervert narrative.

Ah, yes, the situation seems bleak, he said, but not everywhere in Asia!

Surely there’s also been signs of ‘PROGRESS!’

    Where?

    Taiwan has legalised “same-sex marriage!”

Oh, yes, concurred the ‘expert’  – and, completely ignoring the affront to democracy which brought about that wretched outcome…

    wishes

‘Free China?’ No More, As Taiwan Disses Democracy!

    …was

….,paid tribute to the popular pressure there.

Completely disgusting, not just the pair’s delight in how the wishes of the people of Taiwan were ignored, but, for pity’s sakes..

….how dare these wallies compare the merits of alleged cultural genocide, of alleged disenfranchising of millions, of issues of life and death, with the ‘right’ of maladjusted men to bugger each other under the cloak of matrimony…

    .

Does Rico Hizon have no shame?

      No surprise!
He is a Filipino but he is not like most people who live in The Philippines, who do not want the ‘same-sex marriage’ law in their country, same as the Taiwanese did not want it but had it forced on them by their amoral ruling class.q

Euro-Court Exposed For What It is – Creeps Gang Up On Kickl!

We have reported on Herr Herbert Kickl, Austria’s Minister of the Interior, before…

..but once again he’s been telling it like it is, on the archaic ‘European Convention on Human Rights,’ which was founded by countries most of which had capital punishment embedded in their national statutes…

    =

    Gambar terkait

    =

… but which somehow has perverted its role to the extent that signatory states are now ordered not to expel the vilest terrorists to any other country which might impose the death penalty for their atrocities.

We saw this perversion of justice most recently when Theresa May went out of her way to say that those ISIS scum, the so-called ‘Beatles…’

    =

El Shafee Elsheikh (left) and Alexanda Kotey

Man Up, May! Those ISIS ‘Beatle’ Beasts Deserve To Die!

    =

Theresa May REFUSES to back death penalty for ISIS Beatles

….must on NO account be punished as most of her citizens undoubtedly felt they should be.

The ECHR’s directives are implemented by Euro-Court degenerates, who have also taken the side of illegal immigrants…

Let illegal migrants go free, EU court orders..

    =
    =====

…saying that police have no right to detain  lawless aliens who violate the sovereign borders of the country in which police have a duty to enforce the law!

And the same court ( ‘of human rights’ remember!?!?) has outlawed free speech that might upset Islamist fanatics.

    https://www.theatlantic.com/ideas/archive/2018/10/europe-rules-against-free-speech/574369/

So no wonder Herr Kickl has described the ECHR as consisting of “strange, legal constructs” that are “partly many many years old”. He added that these laws prevent the Austrian government from doing “what is necessary”.

Austrian Interior Minister and far-right Freedom Party leader Herbert Kickl’s attack on European Convention on Human Rights has triggered widespread criticism in the country

All the worst elements in Austria at once ran verbally amok, led by the President, whom patriots there regard as a ‘green fascist.’

“The European Convention on Human Rights has been ranked in the Constitution of Austria for 59 years. Challenging this would be a termination of the basic consensus of the Second Republic,” said Austrian President Alexander Van der Bellen…

Well, we already knew whose side Bellen’s on.

Far-Left Bellen Brays Support For Biased State Media!

    ..   Van der Bellen

Will Green Fascist Try To Thwart Patriot Power In Vienna?

And the socialist SPO party plans a ‘no-confidence’ vote in parliament.

Austria is run by a coalition of Kickl’s FPO patriot party, led by the Vice-Chancellor, Herr Strache, with Chancellor Sebastian Kurz’s OVP. Herr Strache is standing by his straight-talking colleague.

    =

The far-right’s attack on human rights

Minister Kickl, Vice-Chancellor Strache, Chancellor Kurz

One hopes Herr Kurz will do the same, but one has to wonder, in view of what the report we are looking at has to say about discussions he’s had with the Interior Minister, which have been described as “clarifying..”

Kurz won the last election largely by presenting himself and his party as just as patriotic as the FPO.

If he doesn’t live up to that, his OVP may pay a price.

Uppity UN Arab Rants Again – Fire The Prattling Princeling!

“I am deeply concerned about the current overriding focus of EU States on preventing migrants from reaching Europe, and rushing to deport many who do.”

UN rights chief attacks EU and US over migrants and Dreamer

Never mind they don’t prevent LEGAL ‘migrants‘ reaching Europe…

HOW DARE HE CRITICISE DEMOCRATIC GOVERNMENTS?

    =

    =

HE’S NEVER BEEN ELECTED IN ANY FREE AND FAIR ELECTION, AS ALL HIS TARGETS HAVE!

Why are European and American tax-payers paying the arrogant Arab’s hefty salary, which, as a super-rich prince, he hardly needs!

Why, indeed, are they still funding an agency which he…

(and his predecessors, to be fair – Ephialtes Enthroned – Another Enemy Running The UN! )

…have turned into a propaganda agitprop outfit with a familiar and offensive refrain.

Uppity UN Flunkey – “Austrian Democracy Is ‘Dangerous!”

Declare This Arrogant Arab ‘Persona Non Grata!’

So it’s hardly the first time this uppity Jordanian, Prince Zeid Ra’ad Al Hussein, has overstepped the mark, demanding that sovereign nation-states step back from the defence of their borders against illegal alien hordes.

He’s not only selective about the ‘rights’ we keep hearing about…

    ..

UN Prince’s ‘Rhetoric of Fascism?’ – Check Out Arab Laws!

…as well as uppity, he’s also a liar, as with this little outburst, directed against America.

“Detentions and deportations of long-standing and law-abiding migrants have sharply increased, tearing families apart and creating enormous hardship.”

    Law-abiding?

So far as I know, LAW-ABIDING ‘migrants,‘ people who entered the USA LEGALLY, are not at risk of detentions and deportations.

Zeid has still not got his head around the basic truth…

    .

…and although it was reported a few months ago that his scandalous politicisation of his job has made his position untenable –UN human rights chief quits after Trump Jerusalem decision – …

….in fact that story was misleading, because he has NOT quit, nor has he been fired!

He is quite wrongly being permitted to continue until his term expires in AUGUST!

    WHY?

Donald Trump recently cut funding to one group of UN flunkeys  – Trump Administration Is Pulling US Out of UNESCO  – in an effort to teach them a lesson in responsibility.

Trump should demand his immediate removal! Moreover, he should take a close look at turning off the USA tap in respect of this disrespectful drip’s department too.

    And not just The Donald!

The arrogant Arab also takes swipes at the elected leaders of Austria, the Czech Republic, Hungary and, before they’ve even taken their seats in Italy’s parliament, some of the winners of last weekend’s election there…Italy – With Salvini Ahead, Could Be Good!  –

…so why don’t those countries start saving their tax-payers’ money by cutting off all payments that subsidise enemy propaganda like Zeid’s!

ASEAN And ‘Rights’ – Empty Vessels Best Not Make Noise!

“In the end we remember, not the words of our enemies, but the silence of our friends.”

    http://www.thejakartapost.com/academia/2017/09/12/asean-rights-body-absent-in-massacre-of-rohingya.html

The article is all about Myanmar, or at least the role of ASEAN, whose Intergovernmental Commission on Human Rights (AICHR) was established in 2009, as part of ASEAN’s effort to respect human rights…

    ……

    • Indah P. Amaritasari
      =======

Indah Amaritasari, the attractive academic who writes in the Jakarta Post, is concerned about the seeming inability of this outfit to do much, or anything, about the current situation with the Rohingya, but really, what else can one expect?

If ASEAN were serious about ‘human rights,’ it would never have accepted Vietnam or Laos as members.

    =====

The peoples of those two countries have not had the basic human right to choose the governments which rule over them for over forty years.

Talking of human, or any rights, in Communist dictatorships, is akin, in its oxymoronic connotations, to talking about dry water.

    It doesn’t make sense.

So why expect ASEAN now to have any significant impact in Myanmar?

Not to mention the shortcomings on rights in other ASEAN members…

Malaysia – Aged Scholar Hauled to Bigot Court

Malaysia, Truly Arabia! Intolerance Rules Kuala Lumpur Court!

    …like Malaysia, Truly Arabia!

And I’m sure there are other countries you can think of where minorities have faced murder and mayhem on religious grounds.

Has ASEAN ever protested about that?

These Judges ARE Enemies Of The British People!

The supreme court ruling stresses that their decision was not about whether they could resist deportation on family grounds…

    =

    =

…but whether the home secretary had breached their human rights by deporting them before they could bring an appeal in Britain and without making proper provision for them to take part in appeal from abroad. https://www.theguardian.com/law/2017/jun/14/supreme-court-rules-uk-system-for-deporting-foreign-criminals-unlawful

The alien swine concerned are NOT British. So they are in Britain on sufferance. They should have NO ‘RIGHTS’ to be in Britain.

Therefore they should be liable to deportation ANYTIME!

The UK Government is responsible to the British people to rid them of alien blight, and this disgusting intrusion of ‘rights’ hogwash is an affront to British democracy.

Scrap The Crap! Theresa’s Words We’ve Waited Years To Hear!

The Enemy Within’s most powerful weapon has been the hogwash about ‘human rights,’ national and supranational statutes which obstruct the fight against sub-human savages.

Now Theresa May appears to have grasped that fact.

Theresa May: I’ll tear up human rights laws so we can deport terrorists

If she means it, and if she WILL act on those words that decent patriots – in every country – have waited so long to hear, then May could be a truly great Prime Minister.

Her record, alas, makes me less than convinced.

    The Derangement of North America!

It’s hard some days, deciding what to discuss on this blog, with so much downright derangement going on in the world.

The big news is covered by many media, so I’ll mostly skip the obvious story, namely why Americans still bother to read or watch the stuff that mainstream hogwash hacks are still churning out about the rising tally of decidedly scary…

    ……………

…when it’s been clear for years that Billy-Boy’s horrible wife is up to her neck in the cover-ups, intimidation and all the other unsavoury activities required to save his sordid skin.

But let’s leave that and turn to a Canadian story, almost beyond belief, how a pack of uptight pinkos are going to court (seriously!) to stop an American sports team due to play in Toronto from using its regular outfits and logo.

EU-Controlled Court Foists ‘Gypsy’ Ratbag on Danes

We’ve suggested more than once that certain judges seem keen on being hit-men for the cultural marxist war on civilised values.
In Denmark, this has been borne out again with a downright moronic ruling from the highest court in the land.
    —–
    evil judge
    ——
The Supreme Court has said that a 46-year-old Croatian ‘gypsy king,’ Levakovic by name, with a long record of criminal activity, could not be kicked out of Denmark.
    And guess what?
It’s the European Union that’s to blame for this act of insanity.
    21NeverMindDemocracy.png
The court said that expelling Levakovic would be in violation of the EU’s Convention for the Protection of Human Rights.  http://www.thelocal.dk/20160512/gypsy-crime-boss-allowed-to-stay-in-denmark
    ——
‘Gypsy crime boss’ can stay in Denmark: court
In August he was sentenced to 15 months in prison followed by expulsion from Denmark following a conviction on charges of having a loading pistol and making death threats.
After several levels of appeal, and ‘national outrage’ when one court made a nonsense ruling in the dirty slug’s favour, it reached the highest stage.
    The result just beggars belief.

“The Supreme Court finds that despite the severity of his current crime and despite his criminal career, [the request] for deportation would be a disproportionate infringement on his rights in respect to his private and family life..”

Hey, court cretins – he’s not a Dane! It’s DANES who have the right to live in Denmark.
He’s a Croat, though I imagine Croatia, where I have spent some good times, with very good people, doesn’t like to be reminded of that.

    Decent Croats, like decent Romanians…

Hey, UK! Don’t Abhor Romanians – Roma Rogues Are The Problem!

…don’t like to be associated with undesirables!

Not being a Dane, the sleazy slug should have no rights whatsoever in Denmark unless the Danish people AND the Danish Government say so.
EU hogwash on ‘rights’ should be repudiated – angry Danes must understand that raging against damfool dorks in judges’ robes will achieve little or nothing…

Train Heroes – Don’t Omit the Brave Brit! But Start Asking Serious Questions!

Early today we posted on the heroic action on the high-speed train, and gave proper praise to two Americans.

So congratulations to all involved – they deserve those medals!

    ——————-

But more and more questions arise. The French Minister on BBC TV news ten minutes ago said the gunman’s ID is not confirmed, but, if he is who they think he is….

He is Moroccan-born, his jihadist involvement was notified to French security by Spain, where he was hanging about, then he was said to be staying in Belgium!

    • Does Europe have a collective death wish?

Why wasn’t he jailed in Spain?

    • devil destroyed
    • Why wasn’t he jailed in Belgium?

Why wasn’t he sent back to Morocco?

The answers to those questions are, probably, that idiotic ‘rights’ to which he was entitled under either local or European Court legal ruling prevented prudent action.

More reasons to scrap ‘human rights’ rubbish law and focus on the war effort!

Jihadists should not be allowed to live in any civilised country.

You’re too right, a lot of questions need to be asked about the people in our country who shouldn’t be. Infiltrators like this one, and illegals, like the ‘failed asylum’ seeker in a town I used to live in in England, a professional criminal known to police for years but not apprehended.

I’m sending you the newspaper story about him. it made me wonder how many thousands more like him there are and why Cameron and May or whoever isn’t getting them collected for deportation.

The more we learn, the more incredible it becomes that this man was allowed into Europe from Morocco.
‘Asylum?’ It would not surprise me. There must be hundreds like him landing in Greek beaches as we talk about this.
