If Germany’s ‘guest-workers’ had behaved as good guests do, gone home, no problem.
If they’d liked Germany so much that they’d stayed, embraced the way of life and proudly declared allegiance, no problem.

The Japanese would be mad to do what Germany did.
If they go for the guest-worker option, they will make sure the guests go home after a 5 year or similar strictly limited contractual period.
The Germans didn’t.
I honestly think Germany has a death wish, first Turks, then the 2015 tsunami?
