Three Stinko ‘activists’ ( aka anti-social louts ) named Eastburn, Ovland and Watson were after they took part in ‘demonstrations organised by XR that brought parts of London to a standstill over Easter.’

During their protest, Watson, of Essex, and Eastburn, of south London, climbed on top of the train carriage and glued their hands to the roof. Ovland, of Somerset, glued his hands to the side of the carriage.

Meawhile, decent people would have liked to get to work, or wherever they were legally entitled to go!

The scumbags sought to use a defence of necessity, but Judge Silas Reid ruled it out and gave strong directions to the jury to convict the defendants.

So far so good.

A conviction for such noisome behaviour should have been followed by salutory sentencing.  A year or two, or three, behind bars!

On Wednesday, after an hour of deliberations, the jury unanimously found the defendants guilty….

In September 2018 a thug who battered a woman with a bicycle lock leaving her with permanent facial scarring was spared jail and ordered to pay her just £115 in compensation.  Angelo Ornelas, 34, confronted Susan Nottage as she walked through Kennington Park in south London with her boyfriend on September 13, 2016.

Ornelas struck Ms Nottage in the face with a bicycle D lock to leave her scarred for life, Inner London Crown Court heard. Ornelas, of Vauxhall, admitted assault occasioning actual bodily harm.

Judge Silas Reid sentenced Ornelas to five months imprisonment – suspended for 12 months and ordered to pay £115 in compensation to Ms Nottage.

Tommy was summoned before the judge. Tommy’s long-time lawyer was not informed of this. Rather, the court appointed a lawyer who didn’t know Tommy and wasn’t an expert in the specialized law of contempt of court.

In a matter of minutes, Tommy was sent to prison — with a 13-month sentence. He is now in HM Prison Hull, a brutal facility near Leeds.

A 13-month prison sentence for Tommy is tantamount to a death sentence — every Muslim criminal in prison will be trying to murder him. They’ve tried before.

The only alternative is for Tommy to request to be put into solitary confinement — but no-one can live that way, locked up without any human contact for 23 hours a day. Not for a year straight…

The day he was arrested, I spoke with Tommy’s wife and his lawyer, and offered to help in any way.

Last year, when Tommy worked for us, he was arrested outside of the court in Canterbury. Back then, we crowdfunded a top-notch legal team, and we were able to keep Tommy out of prison.

Obviously we will respect the wishes of Tommy’s family and lawyer.

But there is something else very important that we can do,  on our own: we can go to court to have the gag order lifted from the media.

The basic facts in this e-mail — what Tommy was doing and what he didn’t do; the shocking speed with which he was imprisoned; the fact that his own lawyer was not notified; the fact that Tommy has not had a proper chance to meet with his lawyer — are banned in the UK.

Not just the underlying facts of the rape gang trial — but the whole incident involving Tommy. The judge who sent Tommy to jail, made it illegal to report that he sent Tommy to jail.

Why?

Why did the judge keep his justice secret?

Shouldn’t the British people be able to learn the facts, and decide for themselves?

Why can people in Canada and the U.S. and Australia and Europe read all the facts — but not British citizens?

So we’re going to court, to apply to have this gag order lifted…We have hired an outstanding lawyer who has worked with Tommy before — Daniel Berke, the lawyer who took the case of Chelsey Wright, the girl from Sunderland who suffered so brutally at the hands of a predator…

Where is the BBC, or Sky, or any of the tabloids that so love to skewer Tommy when it suits them?

Where are the organizations like Amnesty International or Reporters Without Borders, coming to the aid of a citizen journalist who was arrested and sentenced faster than in any dictatorship?

I guess it falls to us.

Because Tommy’s legal case isn’t just about him. It’s about all of us — and our freedom to have honest, public conversations about the threat of mass Muslim migration, gang rapes, and the Islamification of the west.

‘Judge’ Lukas Neubeck even ruled that the German flag was evidence of ‘rightwing’ allegiance.

Nasty’s victim, identified only as Peter, was put on probation for the grave offence of having a Facebook page called Anti-Refugee Movement.

Please note, it was not an ‘open’ page but only accessible to those who wished access. But red informers got wind of it and called the cops.

Vierkirchen – Ein Vierkirchener Ehepaar musste sich wegen Volksverhetzung vor dem Amtsgericht Dachau verantworten. Denn der Mann hatte eine flüchtlingsfeindliche Facebook-Gruppe gegründet.

Durch die vermeintlich schützende Anonymität steigen die Zahlen der rechtsradikalen Äußerungen im Netz. Dass man aber durchaus nicht anonym ist, musste ein Ehepaar aus Vierkirchen erfahren. Peter M. (27) hatte vor etwa einem Jahr inm sozialen Netzwerk Facebook die Gruppe AFB (Anti Flüchtlings Bewegung) gegründet. Da er und seine Frau Melanie M. (26) die Administratoren der Gruppe waren, mussten sie sich nun vor dem Amtsgericht wegen Volksverhetzung verantworten.
„Die Kriegs- und Wirtschaftsflüchtlinge überschwemmen unser Land. Sie bringen Terror, Angst, Leid. Sie vergewaltigen unsere Frauen und bringen unsere Kinder in Gefahr. Setzt dem ein Ende!“, schrieb M. bei der Gründung der Gruppe. Dazu ein Bild der Deutschland- Flagge – fertig ist eine rechtsradikale Gruppierung, so Richter Lukas Neubeck.

Die erstaunlich schnell Zulauf fand: In nur zwei Monaten traten 900 Mitglieder bei. Ein Facebook-Nutzer, allerdings ganz anders gesinnt als M., stolperte über die Gruppe und meldete sie den Administratoren des sozialen Netzwerks. Diese prüften die Gruppe – und stuften sie als unkritisch ein.

Daraufhin wandte sich der Facebook-Nutzer an eine Polizeistation in Lübeck. Die fand heraus, dass die Veröffentlichung von einem PC in Vierkirchen durchgeführt wurde. Das Ganze wurde an die Kripo Fürstenfeldbruck übergeben.

Das Ehepaar kam ohne Verteidigerin, die laut Neubeck ihr Mandat vor der Hauptverhandlung niedergelegt hatte – dafür aber mit dem zehn Monate alten Sohn, der die Verhandlung auf dem Schoß der Mutter verbrachte.

„Man kann sich ja nicht mal ein bisschen kritisch zum Thema Flüchlinge äußern, ohne gleich einen Nazi-Stempel aufgedrückt zu bekommen. Ich wollte einfach ein Diskussionsforum schaffen, in dem man seine Meinung zu den Flüchtlingen sagen kann. Über die genaue Formulierung haben ich mir keine Gedanken gemacht, das habe ich ja gar nicht so gemeint“, versuchte sich der Angeklagte zu rechtfertigen.

M. beteuert immer wieder, dass er die Mitglieder der Gruppe überprüft habe und in Posts darauf hingewiesen habe, dass er keine rechtsradikalen Äußerungen lesen möchte – beweisen kann er es allerdings nicht, die Gruppe ist mittlerweile gelöscht.

Auf wiederholte Nachfrage des Richters sagt er irgendwann noch, dass er eigentlich gar nichts mit Flüchtlingen zu tun habe, sich distanziere. Ihn störe nur „das Vorgehen des Kanzlers“. Neubeck muss ihn darauf hinweisen, dass Deutschland eine Kanzlerin habe. „Außerdem distanzieren Sie sich mit so einer Gruppe eben gerade nicht von den Flüchtlingen. Die Beschreibung der Gruppe ist eine Aneinanderreihung von Pauschalisierungen mit einem eindeutigen rechtsradikalen Hintergrund.“

M. wurde zu neun Monaten Freiheitsentzug auf Bewährung, seine Frau zu einer Geldstrafe von 120 Tagessätzen à 10 Euro verurteilt. Richter Neubeck: „Ich hoffe, dass Ihnen der Ernst der Lage klar ist. Wenn Sie noch einmal hier vor mir auf der Anklagebank sitzen, dann landen Sie im Gefängnis.“

Samantha Roberts, now 20, was horrified when her rapist, Shakil Chowdhury, was sentenced to only six years in October 2007. Chowdhury, 39 at the time, served only three years before his release on licence.
