France24’s Left-Lackey Cragg Targets Poland Again!

France24’s news bulletin, Monday, 1pm Jakarta time, and whose bearded leer appears but Gulliver Cragg, whose leftist bias we featured last year…

Sorry, Macron’s Pravda, But Poland WAS ‘First To Fight!’

Media Bias – Polish President ‘Widely Regarded As A Puppet?’

…when he was spouting pejorative rhetoric at the same target, Poland’s patriot Government…

    .

    .

…this time using the bid by the country’s enemies, via the notorious ECJ, to frustrate judicial reform, much-needed in view of what Poles inherited from the marxist regime, a judiciary…

    .

‘Declaration Of War?’ The Persecution Of Poland!

…many of whom were appointed by the Communist dictatorship…

If this report is factually correct, one thing is certain: a considerable number of senior judges on Poland’s Supreme Court have a past that cannot be a source of pride or confidence in the character of those who preside over important judicial business. Those who are actively working to reform the legal system in Poland will feel vindicated in their actions by this report. https://rossrightangle.wordpress.com/2019/11/06/ecj-robed-rogues-extend-a-helping-hand-to-red-vermin/

    ….

There are ways to frame discussion on this.

We would say it’s a cleansing process, which shows our sympathies with the reformists.

An impartial reporter might talk about ‘change’ or ‘reform.’

But not Gulliver Cragg, who chose to prattle about the government’s plan to –

    ‘…bring the judges to heel!’

And embedded that slanted terminology in a report that comprised himself, a few quotes from the government he so dislikes…

    ???

…and video interviews with two women, both anti-reform!

You do well to watch for these little grains of bias and talk about them.
If Cragg just shouted out loud leftwing support for the opponents of reform, average readers would be put on notice to be distrustful, but the little innuendo words are different.

UK Courts – Lady Spider Warns Against Democratic Control

The Spider, aka Lady Hale, thanks be no longer presiding over the UK Supreme Court…

…left the position with a rant against any move to instal democratic checks and balances to check abuse of power by rogue judges – or as she puts it, ‘any attempt by the government to “politicise” the appointment of judges.’

Ask any Brit exactly how judges are currently appointed and you’ll be lucky to get anything like a clear answer, or any answer at all.

    .

    ..

It’s an arcane system, kept behind closed doors, with no input at all from the people on whom the judges impose their verdicts.

The verdicts, the sentences, handed down by the wigged wallies…

…some might say the wicked wallies –

A group of people behind the UK’s biggest ever visa scam have been spared jail. Not Just Scots Judges Merit Dismissal – These Scum Deserve LIFE!

    …frequently defy sane people’s understanding…

    Pictured: Judge Silas James Reid

In September 2018 a thug who battered a woman with a bicycle lock leaving her with permanent facial scarring was spared jail and ordered to pay her just £115 in compensation.  Angelo Ornelas, 34, confronted Susan Nottage as she walked through Kennington Park in south London with her boyfriend on September 13, 2016….Judge Silas Reid sentenced Ornelas to five months imprisonment – suspended for 12 months and ordered to pay £115 in compensation to Ms Nottage.

….and are also often an affront to any kind of morality.

    .

Pro-Freak English Judge Rules -Truth Is ‘Offensive, Exclusionary!’

Clearly the system currently in operation is pernicious.

    But…

“We don’t want to be politicised,” said Baroness Hale...

    I bet you don’t.

The idea that judicial nominees might be subjected to public scrutiny…

    .

    ..

    ..by the people’s elected representatives?

    That must terrify her.

We don’t decide political questions, we decide legal questions. And in any event, parliament always has the last word.”

    Oh!

I understood that the – equally un-elected – tyrannical robed twats in Strasbourg and Luxembourg have for some many years now had the last word.

    .

    .

And while the authority of the ECJ may, or may not, be phased out in the coming years, no such deliverance from the degenerates of the ECHR is expected, unless Boris Johnson changes his mind about continuing to kow-tow.

    We’ll see!

But reform at home is urgent.

The American system is far from perfect – the crucifixion of Robert Bork was a shameful thing, and the attempted but happily unsuccessful subversion..

Dodgy Doorways Into Blasey’s Blurry Brain

….of excellent nominees like Bret Kavanaugh and previously Clarence Thomas, by dirty smear campaigns, were not pleasant.

But all those confirmation dramas were played out in public, with elected senators having their say and thus answerable for the appointments to the people.

Far better than a system that lets curious characters, like those mentioned above,  gain enormous power with no democratic mandate!

PS – Further to writing the above, I was pleased to hear more influential voices than mine raised for reform!

Michael Howard is no hero of mine but he carries weight in high places.

He said judges were invited by parliament under the Human Rights Act to “enter the political arena”, including by considering whether “measures that parliament had taken to deal with a particular problem were proportionate to the objectives they wanted to achieve”.

    Yes.

When wise people hear the words ‘human rights,’ best reach for bug-spray!

One could say the same for the word ‘spider!’

“Sometimes in order to reach the result they want to achieve, they … distort the meaning of the act of parliament of which they are interpreting.” https://www.theguardian.com/law/2019/dec/28/michael-howard-claims-judges-distorted-law-in-prorogation-ruling

The courts in Britain rarely dispense justice.

The Judges in the UK have been infiltrating the Napoleonic Corpus Jurus Legal system into our courts. This is instigated by the EU who can only have 1 legal system in action so Habeus Corpus has to be phased out. Note the European arrest warrant the dire situations when UK citizens are taken from their homes here and transported to whatever foreign EU country thinks they have broken one of their laws.
The authorities here have been helpless to stop those arrests.
Theoretically then the EU transferred legally took UK citizens from a Habeus Corpus system to a Corpus Jurus system and could not be stopped from doing so. Is that how far the UK legal system has been overtaken by the Napoleonic which is the kind of justice we expect to find in far less ‘developed’ countries. The rot runs deep?
Hope Boris will repatriate our habeus Corpus?
