You should watch the so-called interview yourself, but be warned, it’s so devoid of any effort at balanced to and fro, so slanted by its hostess, that it’s probably indigestible.

When I was at uni, there were numerous religious clubs and political clubs active on campus, and nobody ever raised any objections to their activities.

Why would they?

The Conservative Club, unsurprisingly, comprised and was led by students who supported the Conservative Party. The Catholic Society, amazingly, consisted of Catholics.

My alma mater was not, as it happens, located in Iowa, nor was I a student in the 21st century, and thank God for that.
