Thanks, Mike Pence, For Being Pro-Brit!
British readers should send a message of thanks to VP Mike Pence, here-
https://www.whitehouse.gov/com
– for his forthright assertion of the British people’s right to self-determination!

In a statement Pence declared: “Let me be clear: the US supports the UK decision to leave the EU in Brexit”
What’s even more delicious is that the VP spoke up while on the home turf of the most vicious anti-British ratbags in Europe!
Irish opinion leaders reacted angrily on the visit of US vice-president Mike Pence to Ireland earlier this week…one Irish Times columnist wrote that Pence had “shat on the carpet.” https://euobserver.com/tickers/145846
If such an act had literally occurred, I’m sure Varadkar would have minced about the room deodorising the aforesaid carpet with the same perfume he probably wore at the recent Belfast Queer-Fest.
.
…
….though it’s doubtful any such carpet would stink as badly as Eire’s record of cowardly neutrality…
…
.
…when the USA and the UK were fighting the good fight against the Brussels Fourth Reich’s predecessor.
Let’s remember what Churchill said after DeValera expressed his condolences on the death of Adolf Hitler.
This was indeed a deadly moment in our life, and if it had not been for the loyalty and friendship of Northern Ireland we should have been forced to come to close quarters with Mr. de Valera or perish forever from the earth.
However, with a restraint and poise to which, I say, history will find few parallels, we never laid a violent hand upon them…
.
.
….which at times would have been quite easy and quite natural, and left the de Valera Government to frolic with the German and later with the Japanese representatives to their heart’s content.

I am not authorized to speak for the VP but I am sure he would say, you are very welcome!

I knew Winston had said something good about the Dublin sh-tes in 1945 but when I see his words that you showus, its like he had a premonition of our present Brexit situation?
The Varadkar government so happy to ‘frolic to their hearts content’ with Britain’s adversaries.
I hope for a clean break and I hope our bad neighbour suffers hard because of it.
