Jellyfish Johnson’s “Take Back Control?” Yeah, Right!

The Chinese English-language news network CGTN will be able to broadcast in Britain, despite being officially banned there, as a result of a ruling by a French regulator, it emerged on Wednesday

    https://amp.scmp.com/news/world/europe/article/3123979/chinas-cgtn-able-broadcast-britain-despite-ban

Whatever you may think about the merits of shutting down a totalitarian regime’s propaganda weapon ability to operate in the UK, , it ought to be a decision of the British Government, right?

    Wrong.

    =

    =

According to the SCMP report, Adolf Xi’s going to take no notice of the recent OfCom ruling, on the grounds that…

    =

    =

….under the terms of the European Convention on Transfrontier Television, it can still broadcast in member countries, including the UK….

What was that slogan Jellyfish Johnson likes to bandy about?

    =

    Something about taking back control….?

Your Chance To Vote Against Malignant Maitlis!

Remember when The Malignant Maitlis was found guilty by her UK Pravda bosses of breaching the BBC’s ( rarely if ever observed) impartiality code?

    .

    .

Remember what disciplinary steps were taken to curb the leftist vixen?

    None at all!

The BBC mandarins refused to punish their pet propagandist, giving her a green-light to push her poisonous prejudices, a green-light that she has made serious use of…

OfCom, Not a Watchdog, Just An In-Crowd Lapdog!

But apart from trans-freak-toilets, OfCom, has other fish to fry…

    =Gambar terkait

Ofcom required that RT devote yet more of its time to presenting the same mainstream viewpoints of other broadcasters, instead of delivering the alternative perspectives our viewers have come to rely on.

…not the least of those being attempts to harass RT, a TV channel which annoys me RT’s Sophie Gushes At Foul-Mouthed Un-American! almost as often as it pleases me. Hands Off RT! Somebody Should Start A Petition!

…and I hope you will take the time to read the whole RT statement which includes the extract above.

,RT seeks judicial review of Ofcom decisions related to the broadcaster.

“Today RT has informed Ofcom that it will be seeking Judicial Review of Ofcom’s decisions and process in its breach findings of 20th December against the network. Ofcom investigated 10 RT programmes, and decided that 7 were in breach; we firmly believe that none were in breach. RT is left with no choice other than to seek Judicial Review of the matter.

    =

    BlindJustice

    ==============

RT determinedly adheres to the Ofcom Code. Ofcom itself has recognised that RT’s compliance record ‘has not been materially out of line with other broadcasters.’

None of the 7 in-breach decisions against RT concluded that we had disseminated inaccurate information. Ofcom’s own analysis acknowledged that the network presented multiple sides in its news coverage and discussion. However, Ofcom proceeded to make adverse findings in a manner contrary to the law.

Ofcom required that RT devote yet more of its time to presenting the same mainstream viewpoints of other broadcasters, instead of delivering the alternative perspectives our viewers have come to rely on. These alternative viewpoints are essential to a well-informed public debate.

In doing so, the regulator breached a key right of broadcasters, and more importantly of audiences.

We are now placing the matter in the hands of the courts.

    ====

    Good luck, RT!

Courtesy Of All You Brits – Special Bogs For BBC Queers!

…BBC praised for its ‘inclusivity,’ introduces gender neutral toilets

And the mandarins at Broadcasting House get COMMENDED for this stunning waste of public money?!?

    ooooo

It’s not just the bias that’s shameful!

    ooo

    Yes indeed!

Ofcom, another tax-funded parasitical outfit – does their office have special toilets for the sexually-maladjusted too? – has praised the BBC for this profligate waste of British tax-payers’ money. The queer-infested state broadcaster beats its rivals on inclusiveness when it comes to gender-neutral toilets, a new report from media regulator Ofcom has found.

According to The Times, Ofcom’s investigation into diversity in the radio industry….

    HUH?

    ==

    Hold on there!

Who told them to waste THEIR time and MORE public money running any such investigation?

    =

    =

Presumably that buck stops on the desk of St. Theresa of Transgendria?

    The Hell with HER!

But let’s carry on, because you Brit readers need to know that the inquisitive Ofcom found that the state-run broadcaster has installed gender-neutral restrooms in all of its buildings where practically possible…

    =

    At what cost?

    IT GETS WORSE!

….as well as offering paid leave to those changing their gender in a bid to create a more inclusive and welcoming environment for transgender employees.

What’s that called? Not ‘gardening leave,’ I guess.

    Gambar terkait

    Maybe ‘shearing’ leave?’

So while you old folks struggle to get by on your pension and you young folks wonder if you can afford a mortgage, these stinking parasites splurge YOUR  money on deranged ‘men’ who like to imagine they’re ‘women’ and similarly afflicted ‘women’ who want to pretend to be ‘men?’

    =

And has NONE of your MPs had sufficient sense of responsibility even to raise this nonsensical situation in the House of Commons?

Clearly not, or you might have heard of it before now!

Ask them! It takes but a moment to email your MP!

We have given up on our MPs, Ross.
After May forced out that honest MP ( Isle of Wight MP) just because he saaid he disapproved of sexual perversion, not a lot of them would be brave enough to complain on our behalf.
Besides, she’s got a record number of queers recuited as MPs sitting on the Tory benches. They’ll be having queerloos installed at Westminster next, if not already,

Clem is not wrong about parliament. They couldn’t care less.
Overpaid and uninterested in representing us that pay them.
All that money down the toilet for those things the BBC employs?
How did England ever sink so far?

      Unbelievable, except in modern Britain.
MPs are a waste of spsce.
If we could trust in British justice, we could try going to the courts, but with today’s laws and today’s judges, we would probably be arrested as we pled our case and jailed for ‘transphobia!’

Why the bloody hell must tax-payers have to get milked to let these oddities have special toilets?
Some men may think, or pretend to think, that they are women, but unless they have had their privates cut off, they still stand up to pee.
They may be running around the BBC in minskirts but if they drink too much of anything, then it’s a urinal they will be looking for.
If the BBC still has any normal men working for them, it could be embarassing for them when an oddity wanders into the toilet. On the other hand they might get a good laugh at the trannies’ fiddling with their knickers in order to relieve themselves.
Either way, not our problem, so why make us pay for it?

Hands Off RT! Somebody Should Start A Petition!

An appalling move to make, May using OfCom as a cat’s paw to start shutting down critical media.

One expects that kind of thing from a Third World despotism like Venezuela or even Socialists in the UK, like the queer Bryant and his comrades.

Members of Britain’s Parliament are calling for a ban of RT (formerly “Russia Today”) network and website in the United Kingdom following the suspected nerve gas attack of a former Russian spy and his daughter in Salisbury.

Current and former labor ministers Stephen Doughty and Chris Bryant called on Prime Minister Theresa May to take action against RT, which broadcasts in the United Kingdom under a license with the Office of Communications (Ofcom).

…or for everyone except those who upset Theresa May?

    ===

Bryant is of course no friend to democratic principles, if democratic decisions don’t please his prejudices.

Bermuda Re-Embraces Decency! May’s Minion ‘Disappointed!’

So his censorious shrilling – “Can we just stop ‘Russia Today’ just broadcasting its propaganda in this country?” is no surprise at all.

His authoritarianism is matched only by his hypocrisy!

RT, which called itself a pawn in the international incident, streamed a 2014 episode featuring Bryant on the network promoting his book on constitutional reform.

    =

“Bryant is seemingly happy to appear on RT when it suits his interests,” said the network.

But will May corral ‘Conservative’ MPs into taking the same stance?

Very probably, and the theoretically ‘independent’ OfCom is showing its true colours by postponing any steps against RT until she has told them what to think.

“We have heard the Prime Minister’s statement in the House of Commons this afternoon and we await her further statement on Wednesday [March 14)]. We will then consider the implications for RT’s broadcast licenses,” said the agency.   https://www.mediaplaynews.com/u-k-politicos-call-for-russia-today-tv-ban/

    Time for a petition, anyone?

The revelations on RT about what those ‘White Helmets’ get involved in have been largely suppressed in the Lying Media.
What are those censorious MPs afraid of ?
I don’t mean Bryant who is beneath contempt, but the others, and what sort of ‘watchdog’ is OfCom, that has to wait for May to turn up the volume of her war cries before they will make any decision?

I wonder if you read what the SNP former leader Alex Salmond said in The Scotsman. “Don’t shut down TV stations because you’re standpoint is so uncertain that you must exclude other perspectives
      https://www.scotsman.com/news/defiant-alex-salmond-says-i-can-say-what-i-like-on-russia-today

It is ridiculous to talk about shutting down RT.which is no more subversive, less I would argue, than the BBC or a lot of other channels.
I saw him interviewing the ‘gay’ leftwinger Peter Tatchell and both of them annoyed me but on the same day RT also did good work reporting how criminal aliens are infiltrating the Berlin Police.
So they offer something for all shades of opinion.
