Have The Robed Strasbourg Worms Finally Turned?

Yes, I know, dashed ungracious of me, why look a gift horse in the mouth, etc!

And why have I kept my own counsel for several days on the ECHR appeal chamber’s declaration that some savages ‘had “placed themselves in an unlawful situation when they had deliberately attempted to enter Spain…

Spain has been beset by filthy savages for years..

…as part of a large group and at an unauthorized location, taking advantage of the group’s large numbers and using force.”

That’s a clear recognition of the facts, and the judicial conclusion, that  “they had thus chosen not to use the legal procedures which existed in order to enter Spanish territory lawfully, ” is what we here…

The EU Commissioner for Home Affairs, Cecilia Malmstrom, said she was “very concerned” about Spanish police firing rubber bullets to deter migrants.  She added that the actions of any EU state protecting its borders should be “proportionate”, and should respect fundamental rights and human dignity.

Invasion! So Brussels Stabs Spain in the Back!

…and most Spaniards, and most likely every honest citizen in Europe, have been saying for years.

    Enter the lousy lefty lawyer.

These people were deprived of a review of the expulsion,” said Gonzalo Boye, a lawyer who presented the original case to the court.

Better if a volley of gun-shots had deprived the savages of the ability ever to stage any further illegal incursions ever again!

So yes, of course I’m delighted with the ruling, and yet…

    • – and this is why I took time to read and ponder before writing anything about it –

…it seems so much at variance with the mad, bad and dangerous record of rulings by that same court over the years…

Let illegal migrants go free, EU court orders..

…denying police the right to arrest law-breakers known to have violated border law!

…and don’t let’s forget one very recent ruling, when it declared war on free speech, endorsing that Austrian ban on anything that might offend Islamist fanatics…

…inevitably the thought occurs that a sensible ruling from that court is so out of character that those judges may find a way to reverse themselves if a similar case comes up.

Already all manner of powerful leftist pressure groups are in full whine mode, Enemy Within skunks like Wolfgang Kaleck, ‘the general secretary of the European Centre for Constitutional and Human Rights, which supported the men in their case.’

American readers might wish to check out Kaleck’s involvement in Gitmo matters, but now he’s all fretty!

…” it will be perceived as a carte blanche for violent push-backs everywhere in Europe…

    Let’s hope so!

But before we sign off on this ( for now!)

Here’s what a quick toil through the internet brought up, in respect of whose clammy hand has topped up the coffers of Kaleck’s ECCHR!

Multi-year projects were made possible through the generous support of…

    Wolfgang Kaleck

Yes, Sauron is in league with this pro-crimmigrant clique, as he is with so many others!

      Me, too!
Not a phrase I like to use unless I really have to, but in this case your suspicions about the ruling are exactly the same as mine.
The ECHR judges have been hostile to both sense and sovereignty for years, but all at once they produce a judgement that chimes in with what any reasonable Spaniard, or Brit, must think. We would be odd not to wonder why.
It might just be that the judges have tumbled to the fact that ordinary people have a breaking point, and won’t put up with unelected elites misruling them.
Even so, like you, I wouldn’t put it past them to reverse themselves on a similar case in future.
The case for leaving their jurisdiction is still too strong to resist.

Hammered In Hungary, Sorosites Step Up War On Brexit!

First on the agenda could be the controversial “stop Soros” set of laws. Meant to combat the supposed nefarious plots of the Hungarian-American financier…

    Skip the ‘supposed.’

Nothing ‘supposed’ about any of it.

Would that intro to an article not send a thrill through every true-blue British heart?

But alas, and inevitably, it’s a reference not to May in the UK but to Hungary, where patriots are in power.

Foreign-funded ‘NGO’s are a menace there as everywhere, and if you doubt that, just look at what they’re doing in Britain!

The news in Buzzfeed yesterday of Soros’ rat-pack –,https://www.buzzfeed.com/hannahalothman/george-soros-has-donated-another-400000-to-best-for-britain   –  disgorging even more hundreds of thousands of pounds to the anti-Brexit agitprop gang – shows how wise Hungary’s Viktor Orban is to move against these meddlers.

But Buzzfeed could have done more when they quoted the rat-pack’s ‘president,’ Soros lackey Patrick Gaspard.

What they didn’t tell us about Gaspard is that he’s not even British!

He’s an uppity alien, a Congolese-born American, and, no surprise this, a former flunkey of Obama…

…who was handed the highly-paid post of Ambassador to South Africa when the racist held the White House.

This latest intrusion into UK internal affairs shows that Gaspard is still faithfully dancing to HMV’s tune.

    Remember Obama’s Brexit Rant?

But of more immediate significance is that it show conclusively that the Hungarian electorate got it RIGHT, without a doubt, when they voted for a government determined to put a stop to the ‘NGO’ menace.

“This is the absolute worst-case scenario,” said Zsuzsanna Szelényi, a former independent MP.   https://www.theguardian.com/world/2018/apr/09/hungary-liberals-torrid-four-years-viktor-orban-landslide

And the Guardian also skips over important info, about this Szelenyi woman.

    Gambar terkait

She saw no shame in serving the heirs to the communist quisling regime, as Ministerial Commissioner in the Ministry of Education from 1994 to 1996, when she moved on to take up employment with the Council of Europe till 2010, up to her neck in something called the ‘European Youth Centre Budapest.’

And we are told she was also working with the Hungary Europe Society. A new one on me, so I looked it up and its own website admits brazenly that it is a partner of – guess who?

    The Open Society Foundation

That site lists a plethora of other partner gangs too, but I have no time tonight to check which of the others are also Soros parasites.

    Very ‘independent,’ this Szelenyi.

Let’s hope that, even if May is sitting back letting subversive outsiders interfere in British democracy, that at least the Hungarians will grasp the serpent and extirpate its offspring.

Where did Obama dig up that smug-looking Gaspard?
They are two of a kind, no hint of shame about interfering in other countries’ affairs, splashing dollars around like drunken sailors.
Personally, I would prefer to have drunken sailors as guests in my home than those two twerps.

Most of us now know that Soros is an international problem, and his many off-shoots are engaged in many countries, from big ones like the USA to tiny ones like Montenegro and Albania, and don’t forget non-Western countries too.
The logical response must be for all of us who resent his meddling to work together.
You do a fair job of covering this and Breitbart does to, but what about the smaller non-English-speaking nations?
Do they have effective resistance media?
      I honestly don’t know.
Hungary is great and maybe the Poles too, but the rest?

No Sell-Out, Sylvio! Giorgia Warns Against The Witch!

What a truly intolerable notion, and what a good girl Giorgia Meloni is, to denounce any sell-out deal with that rabid old Europhiliac ratbag Emma Bonino, a Sorosoid of the sort unfit for government in any country.

    Giorgia Meloni

A Violent Red Nazi Assault On A Lovely Patriot Lady!

The last time we reported on Ms. Meloni, it was because she had come under physical attack by Antifa Red Nazis, marxist hoodlums similar to those who have been engaged in violent intimidation across the Western world.

But now she’s shown she understands that such marxist maggots, who most often skulk behind masks, are mere low-level lowlifes.

The real threat are the plutocrats, and specifically Soros, recently exposed as the alien financier of the anti-Brexit network in the UK.

Fight The Sorosoid Elite! Donate To Westmonster!

As to Soros’ running dogs in Italy, the Brothers of Italy party leader has rejected the idea of a center-right government led by former EU Commissioner Emma Bonino.

How, after all, could any ‘centre-right’ government, include, never mind be led by a woman who might fairly be described as the wicked witch of the cultural marxist elite?

“Bonino represents everything I fight against. She’s going around saying that Bilderberg is a nice little group and Soros is a nice philanthropist.”   https://www.politico.eu/article/far-right-leader-giorgia-meloni-brothers-of-italy-rejects-idea-of-emma-bonino-as-pm/

    And Giorgia’s spot on!

Emma Bonino is a member of the Global Board of the Open Society Foundations. Emma Bonino – Open Society Foundations

It’s right there on the enemy website!

Although Bonino’s collaboration with the far-left billionaire’s subversive so-called ‘Open Society’ activities is there to be seen by anyone who takes the time to look, it’s only last month that it was highlighted in the Italian media.

The very idea that Berlusconi might opt for Bonino or any Sorosoid collaborator to be Italy’s PM after next Sunday is the stuff of political nightmare.

The hag this week was exalted by the Guardian.  One of her top political priorities is giving legal status to hundreds of thousands of migrants who are in Italy illegally...https://www.theguardian.com/world/2018/feb/26/emma-bonino-italys-pro-europe-pro-immigrant-conscience …where we also learn of her plotting with another ultra-rich rat, the Argie Dope.

Dope! “Prioritise Migrants’ Dignity Over National Security!”

Bonino can, these days, count on at least one ally: Pope Francis….“We have some connections, so we pass messages quite often, through friends.

But that story in eu.politico – link above- came from somewhere. Sure, maybe somebody’s trying to sow division in the patriot coalition within days of the Italian elections.

    But maybe not.

And it’s good that Giorgia Meloni has declared a preemptive veto before it gets any further.

It’s useful how you are giving so much time to Italian politics with this election coming up.
Most of us in English-speaking countries know next to nothing about Italy’s parties and your reports make interesting reading.
I had heard of Bonino before, she’s been a bad old devil for years.
I also agree with you about that Giorgia.
I’d vote for a good-looker like her even if she didn’t talk so much sense.

I do not trust Berlusconi, He reminds me of an older Latin version of David Cameron. If you remember, when ‘Cast-Iron’ took over, his ministers were described as a ‘Cabinet of all the Eurosceptics’ but he started crawling to Brussels and never stopped.
Now Signor B even before the election says he wants Trajani, President of the European Parliament to come home and be Prime Minister of italy.
We have to pray Salvini’s party gets more MPs in the ‘coalition’ group than Berlusconi. I would prefer Ms Meloni but she will be third within that group and is not in the running.

BIAS? Didn’t EUObserver Dip Into The Soros Trough?

We are not funded by the EU institutions. We generate our own income from subscriptionsadvertising and news-syndication. We also receive institutional grant support from the Adessium Foundation…https://euobserver.com/static/about

    .Hasil gambar untuk EUObserver

But that’s not the whole story. We checked their own website and learned that in 2016 no less than a quarter of their income came from ‘grants.’

    From whom?

    It doesn’t say.

But we DO know that, by their own admission, EUobserver has had its snout in the Soros-funded Open Society trough.

In 2014, we were awarded a project grant from the Open Society Foundations

So it’s up to you if you accept their claim that they are committed to achieving the highest standards of due accuracy and impartiality.

But before you do, here’s just a taste of their tainted Sorosoid journalism.

The first official meeting between EU chief negotiator Michel Barnier and leading Brexit campaigner, MEP Nigel Farage has no impact on the talks, but gave a chance for the former UKIP leader to boast.     https://euobserver.com/uk-referendum/140469

    Like, who says?

Just some little bint named Eszter Zalan, the EUObserver hackette who rabbits on for several more paragraphs without giving ANY evidence either that Nigel had ‘no impact’ or any example of a ‘boast.’

Barnier issued no statement on whether or not the leading British freedom-fighter had a major or minor impact, or none at all, as Zalan, dismissively and without evidence, claims.

    Eszter Zalan

    Sorosoid Zalan

We’ve run across this Hungarian leftist before, in 2017, when she introduced another ‘report’ – aka propaganda cr-p  – on her own country with this bleeding heart drivel.

Hungarians are expected to reject mandatory quotas of asylum seekers in PM Orban’s migration referendum, as hearts harden in a cynical campaign ttps://euobserver.com/migration/135221

    Hearts harden?

    Impartial reporting par excellence, yeah?

And on another occasion she sank to absurd depths to smear Ted Malloch, an American she clearly doesn’t like.

Comrade Zalan has expanded traditional smear strategies by a leap and a bound, so that the new standard includes waving at people you know..

He showed signs of closeness to the EU’s far-right enemies, however.

At the start of his remarks on Tuesday, Malloch WAVED ( RRA emphasis!)  to a Romanian MEP, Laurentiu Rebega, in the audience, who hailed from the the same far-right Europe of Nations and Freedom (ENF) group as the French far-right populist, Marine Le Pen.    https://euobserver.com/foreign/138002

Be careful who you wave to, if Zalan the Zealot’s about!
