Personally, I disagree with the court – much of the media, e.g. the Guardian, and BBC, are rabidly biased, anti-Poland, pro-crimmigrant.

Best keep their misrepresentations to a minimum. 

But that’s for Poland’s people, politicians and courts to sort out.
