SS-GB In Real Time! UK Cancel-Culture!

‘Almost everyone I spoke to for this article was nervous about expressing their views openly, while publishers were not prepared to talk on the record. What does that tell us….

Unusual in any British newspaper these days to find such a reflective paragraph.

Plenty of facts and opinions to be looked at via the link, but those twenty or so words are chilling.

      What has happened to Britain?
No hope, no glory, and not likely will anyone sing about it being ‘Mother of the Free!’

I blame the Tories, who got all those patriotic Labour voters by pretending to be a patriotic conservative party and then, as Tories do, kicked the patriotic conservative voters in the goolies.
      You have the right idea.

Apple’s Noisome Worms Within, Subverting Freedom!

    And with another jackboot diktat..

…Apple’s Worms Within clearly show whose side they’re on.

LifeSite is a good source of news, a bit too soft-spoken by my standards, and also very Catholic orientated, which I’m not at all.

But they are decent and honourable and that seems to have been enough for The Worms to target them.

    Sign the petition, please!

Please note, too, that while LifeSite is Canada-based, it’s a global war and in this petition, my Indonesian readers and anyone, anywhere, can sign too.

A little over a week ago, Apple finally approved LifeSiteNews’ application to publish our news on their Apple News Platform.

Today, without warning, Apple News abruptly reversed course, telling LifeSite that they had deleted our channel and all of our content from their platform.

Apple claimed that LifeSite’s channel “didn’t comply with our Apple News guidelines.” Specifically, they stated that LifeSite’s “[c]hannel content shows intolerance towards a specific group.”

Apple’s e-mail provided no details about which content they deemed offensive, or which “specific group” LifeSite’s content allegedly showed intolerance towards.

“It goes without saying that LifeSite would never promote intolerance or hatred against any group,” said LifeSite’s Editor-in-Chief John-Henry Westen.

“Unfortunately, however, in our divisive political climate, even mild expressions of common Christian and conservative viewpoints are now often dismissed as de facto ‘hatred’ and ‘intolerance’. We certainly hope that this is not what Apple is doing. But at a time when there is growing evidence of left-wing censorship by the tech juggernauts, this decision is frightening.”

“We urge our readers, and any concerned citizen, to tell Apple that this kind of censorship is unacceptable,” said Westen. “If anybody is ‘showing intolerance’ here, it is Apple that is showing intolerance towards the millions of people who rely on LifeSite for our news reporting, and who support our pro-life and pro-family values.”

We are URGENTLY calling on our readers and supporters – and on all freedom-loving people – to SIGN THIS PETITION, demanding that Apple reinstate LifeSite’s Apple News channel immediately and stop squashing our 1st amendment rights. You can read more about the events as they unfold, here.

Worms is a good word for the Apple leftwing censors, crawling about in the dark mud.
Dig them out and expose them to daylight.

I heard the petition pressure worked.
Apple backed down and LifeSite is back.

Wicked Wick, A Nightmare Town ‘Unwilling To Change!”

    Talk about wasting police time!

Two years ago, some brain-dead leftists went whining to the cops in the Scottish Highlands because some locals dressed up as golliwogs at a town fair.

Since there’s nothing obviously illegal about wearing any sort of costumes at a fair, these uptights were just being a public nuisance, much like the Australian dolts who organised that petition in Sydney.

But the police unfortunately didn’t, as far as we know, charge the pinko killjoys with the appropriate offence, which is that mentioned above  – wasting police time.

    Such a pity.

Had action been taken against the mischief-making mewlers then, we might have been spared the latest outburst of hysterical ‘OUTRAGE’ over another harmless bit of fun in Wick….

    Hasil gambar untuk wick town

…which is a small but not unattractive royal burgh in Caithness.

It wouldn’t be quite so offensive if the nasty shrew stirring up ill-feeling wasn’t shrilling from behind a mask of anonymity. So we shall refer to her as Nutjob Nellie…

…a wretched wench, who is clearly a seriously disturbed individual!

Yet it’s also disturbing that, in the absence of ANYONE other than the shrew being ‘outraged,’ the newspaper still turns her wittering into a ‘news’ story, and astonishingly treats this as a serious issue.

There is NO evidence of anyone except Nutjob Nellie screaming ‘Outrage!’

If there had been more than one retard  fretting, a protest march, maybe, it would be news, though probably in that protesters would have had to be imported from outside Wick.

But let’s savour the silly season tripe, in which the journo tries desperately to make the 2015 episode as something out of a cops and robbers yarn.

    Get this for sheer guff.

Police launched a probe into the incident after a member of the public raised the alarm over ‘inappropriate behaviour’ at the gala in 2015.’

‘Launched a probe?’ Into kids in fancy dress?

‘Raised the alarm?’ Over kids in fancy dress?

‘Inappropriate behaviour?’ At least the journo puts inverted commas around that silly little non-offence.

Why not highlight the hate-speech used by the repulsive nagging bat who calls the honest townsfolk ‘ignorant?

Listen to Nutjob Nellie’s psychotic babbling.

“The last time people did black up people didn’t see it as an issue. They are so ignorant they have just done the same thing again.”

If you disagree with her neuroses, you’re ‘IGNORANT?’

Sorry, Nutjob Nellie, people who still retain a wee bit of tolerance for other people’s tastes and humour are NOT ‘ignorant.’

It’s YOU that’s ‘ignorant,’ of the old notion of live and let live,

“It has shocked me that it’s happened again….

    Image result for shock

“I think Wick is so lacking in diversity, so there is no one to call them out on it.

Aah, now we are probing the roots of her neuroses!

    • It’s wicked Wick’s fault, for not having been sufficiently multlculted!

    Lucky townsfolk!

“They seem really unwilling to change, they just defend it by saying it’s just a bit of fun, but it’s a horrible tradition..”

Reading these attacks of yours against PC simpletons like ‘Nutjob Nellie’ is like drinking Irn Bru on a Sunday morning after a heavy Saturday night, totally invigorating.
She’s a rude trollop, isn’t she, abusing a whole town as ‘ignorant’ just because they are not as insufferably self-righteous as herself.
If it wasn’t for the expense involved, I’d say put it to a town referendum. Or has a local newspaper maybe done a poll of the townspeople? I can hardly see more than a handful of folk in Wick wanting rid of harmless golly fun.
But then ‘Nutjob’ and her killjoy kind always know best, so why let us ‘ignorant’ people have our say?

    • Marie Lawson 19:32 on August 3, 2018 Permalink | Reply

She’s the ignorant one, smearing a whole town like that.
Besides that, what’s wrong with dressing up and blackening your face, it’s not as if they’re making out that there’s anything wrong with black people.
Kids play cowboys and Indians all the time, so are we to slap the one that plays the Indian?
This woman is well-advised to hide her identity, she’d have a cheek to show her face anywhere among the people she’s called ignorant.
Somebody in Wick should come forward and identify her on social media and let all us ignorants know who she is.
If she hates them so much it would be better if she moved somewhere else.

It is unacceptable that this newspaper allows a boorish coward to denigrate Wick or any community. We have no proof at all that she lives in Wick or comes from there.
It is just as likely that she is some fool from Islington who passsed through while the fair was on or even only heard about it from somebody else.
Even worse, who’s to say some journalist, like most journalists a leftwinger, took exception to the youngsters having their harmless fun and decided to create a little fake news about an ‘outraged resident?’
I’m not saying that’s what happened but it is very unusual for a story to have no verifiable source.
Put up or shut up, whoever the boor may be.

We passed through Wick on our way to John o’ Groats, the northern tip of the British Isles.
It wasn’t a memorable town but we stopped for a coffee and had a walk round and then we had lunch.
Everybody was polite and friendly and none of the people were ignorant.
It was a very British, or very Scottish if you like, little place and no boring diversity to spoil it, not a burqa to be seen! No chance of a ghetto riot because no ghettos either.
Is that what the anonymous insulter would prefer to find in the Scottish Highlands?

      • Mel R 17:33 on August 7, 2018 Permalink | Reply

Yes, me too. I. Have been to Wick and it was no different from any small city or town in the UK.
Unlike the big cities, where British people are or nearly are a minority, Wick is safe and pleasant enough to walk around of an evening.
The Nutjob would prefer it to be different in what way?

GAP’s Craven Cr@p! Why Crawl To Uptight Asses!

Take a look at the photo below…
…some harmless young girls posing just the way most kids would if you told them to put on a bit of posing.
Nothing remotely offensive about the pic, nothing whatsoever.
UNLESS, of course, you wake up every morning just DESPERATE to be offended.
Like a certain sad specimen rejoicing in the name, if you believe it, of Fatima La’Juan Muse. She’s one of the Twitter drone-squad.
What a totally weirdo bint this Fatima must be, the kind of perpetual whiner who wants ‘Baaa-baa Black Sheep” censored for ‘racism.’
Yet to my horror, I read that apparel maker Gap on Tuesday has apologised for an image used in an ad that some critics said was racially insensitive.
Despite the fact it’s obviously not insensitive, they will replace it.
    What is wrong with Gap?
Well, we get a hint of the answer to that by reading on..
“As a brand with a proud 46 year history of championing diversity and inclusivity, we appreciate the conversation that has taken place and are sorry to anyone we’ve offended.”
That’s their Debbie Felix, and she surprised me – I hadn’t realised that all this ‘diversity’ and ‘inclusivity’ PC hogwash has been around for nearly half-a century.
Selling clothes has always seemed to me merely a matter of offering the right sizes, and colours (wooops!) – that’s what I sought, when I once bought a shirt or something from Gap -only once, prices better at C@A!
But Debbie has further ‘offended’ me!
    . =======
Debbie Felix Gap spokeswoman Debbie Felix .
Why does she join in the degradation of the English language by misusing the word ‘conversation?’
I can see NO evidence of any ‘conversation,’ unless you categorise ”Fatima’s” paranoid tweet as some form of conversation, which it clearly is NOT.
Conversation, I wearily repeat, is two or more people having a chat, serious or frivolous….
    …not a verbal diarrhoea bombardment by ding-bats.

Golly! A Scots Nomination for Imbecile of the Year!

After our Imbecile of the Year award scheme was launched half-jestingly, various readers have indeed submitted nominations for the title, but does the level of imbecility really rival that of MSNBC’s Melissa. Imbecile of The Year? Can Anyone Beat MSNBC’s Manic Melissa?

The first received actually doesn’t name any particular person but merely the cretinous cacaphony coming from Scots pinkos against a couple of Glasgow shops selling “racist” golly dolls alongside popular children’s toys in the run-up to Christmas.

What the journo calls the ‘controversial dolls’ look completely innocuous to me, but anti-racism campaigners have lashed out at the stores for selling the dolls, which are regarded as outdated stereotypes.

Here’s an uptight lassie named Nicola Hay – ,

“The sale of these dolls perpetuate racism as they hark back to a time when the mockery and stereotyping of black people was considered a social norm rendering black people as submissive and lesser…

    • Scrooge_mc_Duck_full_color_by_MacOneill

One hopes she’ll demand Disney suppress Uncle Scrooge, who exemplifies the stereotyping of her fellow-countrymen ( Ooops, PERSONS) as tight-fisted ratbags!

Nicola is quite within her rights to urge the public to refrain from buying such overtly racist items…

But intolerance emerges when she hopes the shop selling Golly dolls would consider taking them out of the store –

Huh? Why not just let people choose what they like for their kids to play with?

But I don’t think Nicola, just a silly girl, really, who got fed too much nonsense at uni, perhaps, comes close to Manic Melissa.

Having said that, how about the ‘objective’ journo who reported the daftness?

Gollies are increasingly viewed as portraying negative stereotypes from a time when racial segregation was considered normal.

    • hogwashmeterred
    • Increasingly? Hogwash!

Only viewed thus by pathetic pinkos with time on their hands in search of a grievance to keep them in their no doubt stimulating jobs in the Whine Industry.

Common sense, however, from the shop manager, who is aware the dolls were considered offensive to some.

    Big deal.

If you’re so easily offended, deal with it, grow up and get a life.

The gollies are just toys, and have apparently been a popular sale in the store…

So Scots are still sensible folk!

“They’re not offensive to me and we are happy to sell them….a lot of people buy them.”

And that’s THEIR decision. And should be. If Wee Nicola doesn’t like gollies, nobody’s going to make her buy one.

Nor should she interfere with those that do like them – like normal well-balanced, unindoctrinated Scots parents and kids!

UK Not Quite a Police State…Yet! No Charges Over Salmond Effigy…

CREATING an effigy of Scottish First Minister Alex Salmond to be burned at the stake at a bonfire night in East Sussex was ‘not a crime’, the Crown Prosecution Service has ruled.

For pity’s sakes, whatever happened to the British sense of humour?

It seems the Sussex cops got a flood of complaints of ‘racism’ about the Guy Fawkes Night plan.

e er.One of the effigies of the First Minister created for the Lewes bonfire festival. Picture: Contributed

Scots are NOT a race. But what I find rather quaint is the way The Scotsman newspaper talks about a public outcry!

Really? A few hundred uptight separatists? Hardly a public outcry, surely? But shame on the organisers too, because they backed down in the face of the cry-babies’ caterwauling…or did they??

but a second effigy was later blown up!   http://www.scotsman.com/news/uk/alex-salmond-effigy-not-a-crime-says-cps-1-3603616

The police sensibly noted that “The event organisers have made it clear that there was no intention to cause insult to anyone or any particular country by the choice of effigy – simply that the person chosen has been a popular media figure in the preceding 12 months.”

Hell, since when is it a crime to insult persons?

Countries? Have they never been to an International, or even a Home International? They might have heard THOUSANDS of fans insulting countries. Since when would that uproarious fun be a crime?

    •  Ooops!
    • Since the ‘politically correct’ mafia took over the UK. Those swine have wrought havoc against civil liberties.

It was SO sad to see that Brit senior citizen arrested at Stansted Airport security, not for carrying explosives but because, when asked to take off his shoes, he joked that he wasn’t a Muslim!

The 74-year-old was charged with causing racially aggravated harassment . no doubt because the security guard at the airport was some sectarian tantrum-prone toe-rag – HE’S the one who should have been charged -wih wasting police time!

OAP passenger arrested by armed cops after joking: ‘I’m not …http://www.mirror.co.uk/ (the charges were dropped -after a GENUINE public outcry!).

    Britannia sadcorectitudinea-politica-1

Causing hurt feelings a criminal offence? In a land where free speech was once a hallowed principle? May God forgive the gutless, gormless fools who let this come to pass.

Salmond himself, to his credit, remained relaxed, possibly quite chuffed. Infuriating one’s opponents is a mark of one’s success, it may be argued.

We have no Guy Fawkes celebrations here in Jakarta, of course, but if there were, it’s perfectly possible some of the left-lib expat hangers-on would place my effigy on their pyre. I was quite exhilirated when one pinko numb-skull urged me to die some months ago ( unwilling to put his name to the death-exhortation, of course!)

Anyway, previous Sussex bonfire stars have apparently included David Cameron, Nick Clegg,  Angela Merkel and Osama Bin Laden. I’ve no time for Salmond or his secessionist party, but he’s less deserving of roasting than most of them!

I don’t know whether it is still going but a few years back there was an admirable organisation known as ” The Ted Heath Burners’ Society”. I never heard of the police taking an interest in them.
