Don’t Blame The Judge – ‘Twas The Jurors!

Given the petition we brought to your attention earlier today…

….it’s interesting to recall too what we had to say a while ago, about what kind of political animals roam the mysterious jungle called the CPS…

Migrants crossing Channel to claim asylum in UK ‘will no longer be prosecuted’

We know Starmer held high rank there..

    Crown Prosecution Or Crimmigrant Collabos?

…and now we hear from another person who toiled in its high-salaried corridors of power, one Nazir Afzal OBE…

    Nazir Afzal

….former chief crown prosecutor for the North West.

Speaking of the affront to justice recently perpetrated in Bristol, Afzal had a right old rant.

It’s a complete waste of time and damages confidence in the justice system.

And yes, each ‘Not Guilty’ verdict in Bristol certainly ‘damages confidence in the justice system. .

But that’s not what Afzal means.

He thinks we should all bow down…

…bend over and take it, whatever perverted notion of ‘justice’ animated those jurors.

Not just we common folk get warned off, but Attorney General Suella Braverman MP too.

She’s had warnings from others in the past…

Honest MP Told – “Don’t Ever Mention Cultural Marxism Again!”

…who didn’t like hearing her identify The Enemy Within.

So let’s hope she tells all those pinko creep shrills to sod off!

Although I have often excoriated disgraceful judges and magistrates..

And Nothing But The Truth, So Help Me God?

…we must be clear, in this case, that they – the jurors, not the judge –

Judge Peter Blair QC told jurors they must decide the case on the basis of the evidence they had heard, after raising concerns in their absence that undue pressure was being placed on them by excessive rhetoric from defence barristers.

.. should be the object of good people’s righteous indignation!

That Bristol judge also rightly told the noisy uppities watching the proceedings to desist from disorderly conduct.

He also warned members of the defendants’ many supporters about their behaviour in court…

Were the jurors intimidated by the red rabble?

Or was it just bad luck in the jury selection process that allowed too many empanelled…

…who see the world from the same twisted angle as the undesirable accused?

I don’t have the resources to get answers, but I hope somebody can.

Stinkos Guilty, But… Jerk Judges? Now UK Has Jerk Juries Too!

Three Stinko ‘activists’ ( aka anti-social louts ) named Eastburn, Ovland and Watson were after they took part in ‘demonstrations organised by XR that brought parts of London to a standstill over Easter.’

During their protest, Watson, of Essex, and Eastburn, of south London, climbed on top of the train carriage and glued their hands to the roof. Ovland, of Somerset, glued his hands to the side of the carriage.

Meawhile, decent people would have liked to get to work, or wherever they were legally entitled to go!

Bravo, London Commuters! One Dirty Stinko Gets Taught A Lesson

A bearded weirdo kicks out at the decent people he set out to torment

This morning London commuters furiously dragged a protester from the top of a train at CanningTownhttps://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-7582765/Extinction-Rebellion-protesters-cause-misery-morning-commuters-converge-CanningTown.htm

Scum like the Stinko in the photo above, and the ratbags we’re looking at today, in contrast…

….often don’t work – does anyone know if Watson, Eastburn and Ovland are parasitic dole-bludgers like so many of their comrades?

The scumbags sought to use a defence of necessity, but Judge Silas Reid ruled it out and gave strong directions to the jury to convict the defendants.

    So far so good.

A conviction for such noisome behaviour should have been followed by salutory sentencing.  A year or two, or three, behind bars!

On Wednesday, after an hour of deliberations, the jury unanimously found the defendants guilty….

…but the foreman added the decision had been taken “with regret.”

    Goddam irresponsible swine!

Those pinko creep jurors clearly lack any conscience, any concern, for honest folk who want to go about their lawful business unimpeded by slugs with nothing better to do but go out trouble-making.

    And worse to come…

Speaking after the verdict, Reid said he was minded to impose a conditional discharge, referring to the defendants’ “noblest of purpose.”

The trio were released on unconditional bail and will be sentenced at the same court on Thursday. https://www.theguardian.com/environment/2019/dec/18/extinction-rebellion-trial-jury-express-regret-at-convicting-activists

PS That judge-Jerk Reid turns out to have a record as a wrist-slapping creep…

    Pictured: Judge Silas James Reid

In September 2018 a thug who battered a woman with a bicycle lock leaving her with permanent facial scarring was spared jail and ordered to pay her just £115 in compensation.  Angelo Ornelas, 34, confronted Susan Nottage as she walked through Kennington Park in south London with her boyfriend on September 13, 2016.

Ornelas struck Ms Nottage in the face with a bicycle D lock to leave her scarred for life, Inner London Crown Court heard. Ornelas, of Vauxhall, admitted assault occasioning actual bodily harm.

Judge Silas Reid sentenced Ornelas to five months imprisonment – suspended for 12 months and ordered to pay £115 in compensation to Ms Nottage.

All those people whose lives these morons disrupted must be seething.
The UK Judiciary is rotten to the core but I despair of British justice if we are now getting juries like these nitwits.
