    Tunisian Vermin – No Death Penalty? The Prosecution SHOULD Appeal!

    I see seven of the terrorist scum who murdered all those innocent British tourists in Tunisia (and other nationalities, 38 deaths altogether) have received life sentences for their satanic crimes.

    It may seem churlish for people in countries subject to “Europe’s” sickly soft system, under the thumb of the European Court (ECHR) and the anti-democratic EUSSR…

    =

    The European Union is the leading institutional actor and largest donor in the fight against death penalty worldwide.    https://ec.europa.eu/europeaid/sectors/human-rights-and-governance/democracy-and-human-.

    …to complain that these Islamist dogs are not being put down as they should be.

    We only recently had to note Theresa May’s Euro-grovel…

    =

    El Shafee Elsheikh (left) and Alexanda Kotey

    Man Up, May! Those ISIS ‘Beatle’ Beasts Deserve To Die!

    =

    Theresa May REFUSES to back death penalty for ISIS Beatles

    ….

    …refusing to send ISIS scum to America for trial in case the swine might face proper justice.

    But the fact is that while in Britain, France, Germany etc., courts sadly have no recourse to capital punishment, in Tunisia the courts DO!

    Legislation designed to show that the North African country meant business in response to evil is already on the Tunisian statute book and indeed the local prosecution demanded the death penalty, which surely all decent people in all countries would expect.

    So is that what’s referred to in various media reports, telling us that prosecutors are prepared to appeal?   https://www.tristatehomepage.com/news/7-get-life-in-prison-for-tunisias-2015-terror-attacks/1767628559

    I sure hope so!

    Not only would it be righteous in every sense to press for execution, but it would also set an example to the degenerate ‘justice’ currently prevalent in Europe!

      It is embarrassing when these things happen. Of course the Tunisians should execute these jihadists but so should we and outside of the USA there are few Western countries which give terrorists the death they richly deserve.

    Salvini Faces Fresh Harassment, By Euro-Commissars And Lawfare

    Most of you will not have forgotten the large, ocean-going crimmigrant cab service called ‘Aquarius’ which was ‘welcomed’ by Spain’s socialist regime after the patriot government in Rome refused to let it disgorge its undesirable cargo at any Italian port.

    Now we hear that the EUSSR is set to start bleating because ‘€200,000 in EU funds’ was spent on making sure the ‘rescue boat’ reached Valencia.

    What a nerve!

    That sum is a pittance compared to the human cost paid by Italians, and still being exacted, not only on Italians but on all the European subjects of the Brussels Empire, who have been molested, raped and murdered by the crimmigrants that Mama Stasi Merkel imported and whom the EUSSR is still importing, as we noted just days ago.

    ====

    EurocRats, out to ruin Europe

    …….

    But it’s not just the nit-picking Commissars who are out to undermine Italy’s defence of Europe.

    We read that ‘prosecutors’ have emerged from various rat-holes to snuffle about in search of grounds to charge Matteo Salvini, a man who’s a hero to millions across the Continent, with criminal offences – seriously!

    =

    =

    Apparently, one of the ‘crimes’ held against the hero is ‘unlawful confinement,’ if my translation from the Italian legal code is not amiss.

    in pinko-think, Salvini’s refusal to unleash the latest pack of primitives on his fellow-citizens, by keeping them aboard that ship, is sufficient cause to push this ‘investigation’ forward.

    For pity’s sakes!

    Those undesirable aliens set sail from North Africa with the sole intent of violating the law, an illegal onslaught against whichever civilised country they could most easily gate-crash.

    If they touched down on European soil, does ANYBODY seriously contend they’d hang about to be vetted?

    We know that those who are not secured, sadly most of them, will be off northwards like a rat up a drain-pipe.

    So what else would any decent citizen do, much less any responsible government minister, except do all in his power to prevent the unwelcome intruders scarpering?

    Brits have seen how the legal establishment has declared itself the Enemy of the People.

    It’s early days yet, but it looks like the same curse afflicts Italy too.

      The Eurocommissars are our enemies, we understand that.
      Its these judges and lawyers and prosecuters that are so bad, paid from our taxes and no loyalty to us at all.
      We saw it with Brexit and we have it worse with that Eurcourt and now these prosecuters in Italy.
      Salvini just gets more popular but we need to democratise the legal institutions.
      Judges should not be appointed by governments run by politicians.
      They should be elected by the people, and with what Americans call time-limits, 5 or 6 years maximum, so they can’t turn on the people once they get elected.

      The legal establishment is at least as bad as the political and media establishments.
      This can be no mere coincidence.

    Is Morocco Bound To Catch the Market Morons?

    Great to see those two Moroccan ladies off the hook, after moronic authorities put them on trial for wearing short skirts.

    ——————–

    I had an exciting time in Casablanca and Tangier, many years ago, and sometimes wonder if Talib, the girl I met on the train between those two cities, is still going strong. She’s probably a granny now!

    ===

    But it would be  nice to think she’s in that photo of decent women protesting outside the court-house. Back then, she wasn’t wearing backward gear, just dressed like a nice normal girl, like most of those in the photo.

    =============

    • ======================
    • But while we welcome the release of the two victims of idiocy, what about the idiots?

    First of all, the obnoxious swine in the market place at Inezgane, near Agadir, who caused it all, by abusive yelling at the women, ought to be rounded up, and slammed in the cooler till they can control their uptight over- (or under-?)-sexed immaturity.

    But also the fools in uniform who arrested them, and the clowns in whatever office decided to prosecute and sanction their arrest.

    Don’t get me wrong -I am pleased the outcry on the gals’ behalf worked. But had there been no outcry?

    Those morons referred to above could have got away with their intolerant imbecility.

    Now they should be put away, for abusing their positions of power.

    As for the lousy louts whose verbal diarrhoea in that market sparked the trouble…
