As So Often, Hungary Shows The Way

A small issue for readers spread around the world, but worth noting nevertheless, not least in the context of democratic consultarion for which there is a growing demand….

Get Those BBC Rats Routed – Petition Parliament!

    …for example in the UK.

I refer to reports that Gergely Gulyás, Viktor Orban’s chief of staff, has declared that –

..the government could put plans to build a Chinese university in Budapest to a referendum https://euobserver.com/tickers/152069

Although rhe plans are at the earliest stage, the opposition parties have been trying to exploit the issue, not only by street protests but by the childish tactic of renaming streets in the proposed location.

We have no time for the heinous Red China regime…

    Spot the difference! Clue, moustache!

Today’s Question – Is Beijing Better At Hiding Virus Data Or Gulag Gang-Rape?

…but it’s important to understand that, just as a patriotic conservative like Winston Churchill…

…felt the need to align with a Communist monstrosity like Stalin’s Soviet Union, Hungary’s Viktor Orbán, under relentless assaults by the EUSSR…

From Beautiful Budapest, A Breath Of Fresh Air!

…sees a need to find friends wherever he can.

It’s significant that the opposition parties never demonstrate when Brussels bullies Hungary!

Anyway, the point is that there is a much clearer grasp of democratic principles in Budapest than in London, or indeed in Paris….

Muppet Macron’s Mock-Consultation -“We’ll Only Talk About What WE Value!”

…and of course the EUSSR, which ring-fences issues on which its subjects may express their views..

EUSSR Ministers Desperate to Shut Out Citizens – A Tradition of Lies and Deceit

….but most of all in Mama Stasi Merkel’s Germany…

…where referenda are banned by law and where even the ‘Basic Law’ ( constitution ) has never been put up for popular approval at the ballot box.

‘Asylum’ Ingrates! Near Half Of Germans Still Blissfully Unaware?

I was going to to write about this news item – https://www.dw.com/en/germany-afghan-asylum-seeker-stands-trial-for-grisly-murder/a-48523974 –  but this, below, is more interesting.

At least DW doesn’t hide the fact that the latest shrill rant against patriotic resistance sentiment in Germany emanates from ‘the left-wing Friedrich Ebert Foundation.’

This well-funded fanatic ‘foundation’ is frothing after its ‘researchers’ reported that  ‘a record 54.1% of the respondents across Germany now hold a negative view of asylum-seekers.’

We must agree such a figure is shocking. What’s wrong with the 45% of Germans who apparently don’t keep up with what Mama Stasi Merkel’s imported inflicted…

Cologne Migrant Who Licked And Groped Girls Laughs As He Walks ….

More Merkel Victims (Age 12 to 14) In The News?

If They Were Your Daughters? Merkel’s Never-Ending Evil

….on innocent German women and girls?

A similar proportion of Germans seems to be wise to ‘experts’ – half those surveyed sensibly say they’re ‘led by their own feelings more than’ by such know-all elitists.

Strangely, given that 50% level of maturity, only a quarter of the respondents have figured out that ‘the media is in cahoots with German politicians.’

Surely everyone in Germany now knows how the Lugenpresse works?

DW itself is notoriously on the side of the political ruling class, and its charter binds it to such bias, to a ‘liberal’ ideological Weltanschauung.

After AfD Surge, DW’s Comrade Crane Spews Bilious Bias!

    DW Quadriga ‘Debate’ – A Mere Anti-AfD Insult-Fest!

With typical breathtaking arrogance, one of the ‘researchers’ decided that ‘a part of the population does not live up to their own values!’

    What a nerve!

What does a leftist academic know about ‘their values?’

His own version, perversion, rather, of ‘values’ is what he wants them to ’live up to!’

Not the traditional values they share with civilised European people across the Continent and on the British Isles, but left-liberal ‘values…’

….multikulti and decadent diversity, with dissenters punished and dragooned into conformity.

The  more decent Germans who refuse to ‘live up’ to those misthaufen ‘values,’ the sooner Germany will emerge from the swamp.

And the anti-values coalition under Mama Stasi understands that, hence her bizarrely designated ‘Family Minister,’ Franziska Giffey’s demand….

…for a new ‘law to strengthen projects that promote democracy.’

That’s some sick joke, from an in-crowd that rules via a ‘constitution’ never ever submitted to the electorate for their approval…

    .referndmlet peole vote

…, nor with any referenda on the ruinous ‘open border’ insanity, or on deportations, or on the issue of capital punishment which justice demands in respect of the monstrous crimes committed by fake ‘refugees’ – ‘democracy?’

All the same, I do appreciate Trump’s words on the second referendum. I would only approve of a second vote if we are guaranteed a third one and a fourth, say at ten year intervals.

MYOB, Meddler! Strasbourg Slug Guy Sticky-Beaking In Estonia!

I hope that Mr. Ratas, Estonia’s PM, has enough self-respect and national pride to tell that arrogant Belgian, Guy Verhofstadt, to MYOB!

Unabashed by revelations that his ALDE  left-lib group in Strasbourg has had its snout in the pockets of big business, both Google and Microsoft lavishing largesse on Ghastly Guy’s gang…

Investigations by French media Le Monde and France 2 earlier this week showed that the liberal ALDE grouping had accepted 425,000 euros (480,000 dollars) since 2014 from major companies including Google, Microsoft and Bayer to pay for its annual conferences…

…the Belgian Sticky-Beak’s sheer nosey-parker impudence is such that he’s now ‘firmly asking’ ( aka dictating) which democratically elected parties may or may not serve in their country’s government.

“I am writing to firmly ask you not to form a coalition with the Conservative People’s Party of Estonia,” said The Meddler.

    And why not?

Because EKRE, which we wrote about here just a day or so ago…

Estonian Patriots Coming In From The Cold

…is, in Ghastly Guy’s far from humble opinion, “a far-right party which is reminiscent of fascist regimes in Europe!”

Since there are currently no ‘fascist regimes’ in existence in Europe today, presumably he’s likening the democratic patriots of EKRE to Mussolini’s or maybe Hitler’s.

EKRE’s platform demands MORE democracy in Estonia…

    …not less!

And not just hogwash, but hypocrisy – look at this!

Hasil gambar untuk sinn fein Guy Verhofstadt
Anti-British Handshake – Sinn Féin boss O’Neill and Guy Verhofstadt
‘Yes, I do find and understanding with him…’

Grimnasty Guy is not in the least fastidious about the sort of putrid parties he’s prepared to collaborate with – he’s been caught on camera hanging out with Sinn Fein, the vermin party, soul-mates in their enmity towards British self-determination.

Just A Europhiliac Guy – Who Spits In Ulster’s Face!

But since when does Guy care for consistency? Anything that threatens his beloved EUSSR becomes a target of his deranged ravings.

The Sprout backs up his rant with a veiled threat to the Center Party – defenestration from ALDE!

“It is my firm belief that such a cooperation would be harmful for the Estonian society and its geopolitical position, and also cause irreparable damage to our excellent cooperation inside the Liberal family,” he added.

And that would mean losing access to the ALDE conferences funded by leftist social media companies like Google!

PS. – As it happens, ALDE has announced it will no longer accept the plutocrat’ donations, not, Guy makes clear, because he’s troubled by conscience…

…but simply because the exposure of such funding is an embarrassment!

Three Down, With Plenty More To Go!

Three down, and three of the worst, but plenty more  Fake Tory targets to aim at.

I admit I had my doubts about Leave EU’s campaign, but they deserve loud applause – as an exercise in direct democracy in action, it has worked.

    So far.

But there’s a lot of tainted Tories still to be uprooted. I append their appeal and commend their cause.

    Dear Supporter,
We are delighted by today’s news that Sarah Wollaston, Anna Soubry, and Heidi Allen have quit the Conservative Party following our huge campaign to deselect Tory Remainers.

Our supporters in Wollaston’s Totnes constituency had already submitted a petition to their local association calling for a vote of No Confidence and we were on the verge of delivering similar petitions in Broxtowe and South Cambridgeshire – very much a case of jumping before they were pushed!

Soubry and Wollaston have highlighted the importance of our campaign in their decision to jump, making the case (without realising it) for more democracy and local participation in local associations.

Wollaston complained about her association swelling with people “who have been urged to join the Conservative Party via aggressive and well-funded social media campaigns” and Soubry blamed our Facebook page (closing in on one million likes) for her decision. We are funded by very generous donations from members of the public who care about the cause of national independence. If you like our work and would like to see more of what we do, you can contribute to our grassroots fundraising on our website or by sending a cheque, payable to Leave.EU, to the following address:

    2440 The Quadrant,

After reading what the terrible trio themselves have said, the chuntering about how local party membership was growing ( for the first time in decades?) and party members were being inconveniently bold enough to want a say in the party, it’s as plain as the nose on your face that Leave EU have succeeded brilliantly.

Training Courses For Dumb Animals – Macron Upholds Elitist Tradition!

    Image result for training animals

    Allons, Mes Enfants!

That’s how Europhiliac politicians have always viewed the people whose taxes they  soak up  – dumb animals not fit to determine how their countries are run!

    You doubt that?

Well, just read these extracts, one from decades back, the other from last week – my capitalisation, NB.

‘A referendum on this matter consists of consulting people who don’t know the problems instead of consulting people who know them. I would deplore a situation in which the policy of this great country should be left to housewives. It should be decided instead by TRAINED and informed people.’

    Related image

Who the heck was THAT sexist buffoon?

Jean Rey, President of the European Commission (the job Drunkard Juncker now holds) for over ten years, in the Sixties and Seventies, came out with that outburst of obscene elitism.

I got the quote from an excellent Spiked.com article, which you can read on the link above.

But you know who THIS is, yeah?

However he said he supported ‘citizen consensus conferences’ (conférences de consensus citoyen).

“That means that we’re going to ask citizens their opinion, but WE’RE GOING TO TRAIN THEM.

We’re going to spend several hours or sometimes several weekends TRAINING PEOPLE and telling them: here’s the truth and the falsehood, here’s how it works; now you can make an informed decision.

Quite extraordinary, the condescension of those two, talking of the citizens (who in Macron’s case elected him into power!) as if they were animals that require ‘training’ until  – here’s the truth and the falsehood, here’s how it works- – until they know what’s good for them.

Note well, both the unlamented Belgian Rey and the ineffably arrogant Macron will decide what’s true and what’s false, and ‘how it works’ and only when the mere common folk have absorbed what’s handed down by elites and experts…now you can make an informed decision.

    Supercilious SOBs!

    referndmlet peole vote

Macron does admit that previous French governments treated democracy with disdain.

“What created a sense of malaise was that in 2005 we had a referendum on the Lisbon Treaty which resulted in a ‘no’ vote. Two years later France went back on it by a parliamentary decision.  I think it was a mistake. The people said one thing then two years later we said ‘we’re going to put that right’.”

But this week we read that his plans to let the people vote are merely on trivial technicalities, like –whether France needs to reduce its number of lawmakers, and whether their mandates should be shortened…

NO vote on capital punishment, NO vote on the migrant menace, NO vote on homo-marriage, ALL those key issues kept in the hands of the in-crowd.

Nor should we be surprised, because France was just last month…

Muppet Macron’s Mock-Consultation -“We’ll Only Talk About What WE Value!”

…advised that the elite would not bow to the people.

…and we know what happened to her!

Marine Makes Sense On Yellow Vests – France, Beware Far-Left Manipulation!

Since the Yellow Vest movement is fundamentally a popular revolt, against the Elysee elitist, it’s no real cause for surprise that polls suggest their potential electoral support draws more voters from Marine Le Pen’s patriot party than from Muppet Macron’s.

But Marine is wise to be cool and calm about this. As with the UK ‘split’ we wrote of, in a proportional voting system, the likelihood is, even if the ‘Yellow Vests could receive as much as 13 percent,’ those would transfer to her National Rally (RM). ‘
But the patriot leader has recognised the danger of far-left manipulation of the protest phenomenon.
Note well, how Hayk Shahinyan, who used to be with the Young Socialist Movement, has emerged as their ‘campaign director.’

Image result for Hayk Shahinyan socialist

    Hayk Shahinyan

It is of course possible for far-left youth to grow up and switch allegiance to patriotic movements. I don’t know a lot about Shahinyan, or where he comes from, but Marine certainly has her concerns.
“It’s not a problem for me to have a list of Yellow Vests, yet the next question is whether they will keep their independence and their autonomy…“When we see around former socialist activists on such lists – this danger, it exists…” https://www.rt.com/news/449656-yellow-vests-european-parliament/
Marxists always seek to infiltrate anything they think might promote their cause, so why would the YVs be any different?
We have already seen the vicious Red Nazi Antifa type of violence in French streets, as well, of course…

    Banlieue burning

…as scenes reminiscent of past years’ mayhem committed by alien ingrates in the banlieues.
However, according to the RT report, many YV followers are not prepared to follow those who may pervert their reform agenda.

Far better, surely, if they channel their energies into Marine’s campaign to represent the long-suffering French people.

She too, like them, sees proper democracy, referenda, as a way forward. And unlike Macron, she would never talk down to her fellow-citizens and tel them what they are or are not permitted to vote on.

Let All Canadians Have Their Say – Not Just On Olympics!

So the people of Calgary, Alberta, in a free and fair referendum, have rejected holding the Olympic Games in their fair city, by 54 to 46%!

Their elected representatives shillied and shallied on the issue and to get a clear decision, direct democracy was deemed the best way forward.

    Quite right!

Now how about giving all Canadians a chance to have their say on crimmigrants?

    referndmlet peole vote

Crimmigrants – illegal aliens  – have been pouring into Canada for years, and even if we only talk money, the cost has been calamitous. The social cost is surely worse.

I’m sure a suitable question could easily be worded, but something along the lines of an instruction to Ottawa to deport every illegal…\

    out with them

…and to detain and keep any fresh arrivals at the border until deportation has been organised – sounds adequate.

Or a referendum on how jihadi scum should be received, or not received, if they come sliming back from Iraq, or wherever.

Since I have not covered much Canadian news recently, my slackness must be atoned for, and by republishing this, about the slimy ISIS slug known as Jihad Jack…

Image result for jihad jack trudeau

…I also add an appeal from True North Initiative for donations to help their good work.

    We live in dangerous times.

The Western world is struggling with the menace of jihadist terrorism and the dilemma of what to do with enemy citizens who travel abroad to join terrorist groups like ISIS.

In Canada, at least 60 known ISIS terrorists are roaming free.

But Canadian terrorists aren’t the only ones trying to get to Canada.

“Jihadi Jack” is a British-born and British-raised Muslim convert who joined ISIS in 2014.

Three years later, he tried to return home to the U.K., to no avail. When that failed, he set his sights on Canada.

Jihadi Jack has a Canadian father and is now seeking to manipulate his connection to Canada in order to face softer treatment by the Trudeau government.

Trudeau, known for his soft approach to terrorists, once said that returning ISIS fighters can be “extraordinary powerful voices” in Canada.

This is outrageous. But it shouldn’t be surprising. After all, we know what to expect from Trudeau.

But it’s not just the Trudeau Liberals who are being naive.

Even today’s Conservatives are suggesting that we repatriate these terrorist thugs and try our luck to convict them through Canada’s bleeding-heart justice system.

The reality is that once these ISIS fighters are back on Canadian soil, they will be welcomed by a fan club of human rights lawyers who are all too happy to argue that the terrorists did nothing wrong.

A news conference in Ottawa helped prove this point.

The father of Jihadi Jack made an appeal to the Trudeau government to help his son.

The father stated that his son was only guilty of being a devout Muslim who naively travelled to Syria to try to help people. He insisted that there is no evidence his son carried out violence on behalf of ISIS and that this is all just one big misunderstanding.

He failed to explain, however, why his son was featured in ISIS propaganda videos.

This is a preview of what other returnees and their fancy lawyers will argue if they are permitted back into Canada and face charges.

They’ll say they did nothing wrong, accuse Canadians of the pernicious made-up concept of “Islamophobia” and many will walk free.

    This is disgusting.

Canada needs strong opposition to hold Trudeau accountable and demand that the safety and security of Canadians come first.

This is why I started the True North Initiative.

Unlike weak-kneed, politically correct politicians, the True North will always stand up for western civilization and the safety of Canadians.

These ISIS thugs do not deserve any sympathy.

They left Canada because they wanted to destroy western civilization.

They should never be allowed to step foot in Canada again.

Will you make a donation today to help me get our message to Canadians?

    Thank you,

    Candice Malcolm

Wake Up, Romania – And VOTE!

Radio Free Europe was once part of the armoury defending the West from communism, by keeping the hopes of Eastern Europe alive.

Many millions of people in the nations enslaved by marxism did their best to tune in, yearning all the while for a future free of the red jackboot, when they might be free again, to live according to the values of their particular part of Christendom.

Then the Berlin Wall was down, and one after the other, those nations were free again, although only in Romania was proper punishment meted out to the communist filth who had long tormented them.

    Red tyrant Ceausescu, executed!

All history you know already, true, but my intro includes RFE for a reason.

Once a champion of hope, that famous segment of the media now disses democracy, with a grossly unbalanced report on today’s Romanian referendum, where the forces of decency are marshalled against the sick ‘European’ values that pollute Brussels.

NB – Eurocratic demophobes are furious. A rat-pack of 40 MEPs have protested against giving Romanians a vote on the issue ( did they similarly whine about Eire’s referendum?) and are even up in arms that it’s a two-day vote, their ire stoked by fears of a maximum turn-out!

    16x9 Image

Eugen Tomiuc is a senior correspondent for RFE/RL.

And there’s the ‘journalist’ responsible, a man named Eugen Tomiuc, whose concept of an objective report allows him to give a platform, not to any bishop of the country’s national church, nor to any of the elected representatives of the people – all but one of the parliamentary parties are on the people’s side!

Nor does he make the effort or take the time even just to walk round the streets and find one of the millions who intend to vote against the gaystapo agenda.

Instead, he lets some queer, training to wear a clerical collar, rant on and on, against the goal of the referendum, which is simply the reassertion of common decency, the categorical definition of marriage as the union of a man and a woman.

Plus lengthy remarks from a queer bar-owner!

Oh, we get a mini-quote or two from the Romanian Patriarch, a dozen words or so, but you are free to read Tomiuc’s turgid prose..

…and see if my suggestion is unfair, that he fails the test of impartial reporting.

Methinks he seeks to make the homo wannabe reverend into a figure of sympathy.

But I just feel sorry for RFE, reduced to the same sorry standard of liberal tripe as the BBC or CNN.

Today, Sunday, it’s up to the people of Romania to decide.

But there’s a bid by the pro-homo lobby to minimise turn-out. It’s a constitutional amendment, If less than 30% of the electorate cast their votes, the outcome is not binding.

    Hence my headline.

Wake up, get dressed, have your morning coffee, then get yourselves along to the polling station.

    • Dessie D 14:29 on October 8, 2018 Permalink | Reply

Very sad resut, not even 25% voted, so below that key 30% turnout they needed to amend the constitution.
The queers are for once showing gaiety, in the real sense of the word ‘gay’ that they misuse to describe their sad condition.
Romanians have only themselves to blame when the next thing will be perverts demanding the ‘right’ to adopt little children for who knows what purpose.

Bravo, Bermuda – Homo-Weddings No More!

The British Overseas Territory of Bermuda is to become the world’s first territory to restore the traditional definition of marriage just six months after the island’s Supreme Court ruled in favour of same-sex unions.

Bermuda is tiny, of course, but what a superb example it has set to all the other larger lands which have knuckled under to the gaystapo juggernaut.

What made the judges’ ruling last year so outstandingly offensive was the fact that Bermudans had overwhelmingly rejected same-sex marriage in a referendum…

At least a referendum was held!

Unlike in the Mother Country, where that u-turning slimer Cameron jack-booted homo-weddings into law with no pretence at a democratic mandate.

Echoes of America too, where ‘gay’ marriage had been voted down in the great majority of states which had afforded citizens a say…

…and yet the Supreme Court disregarded the people and imposed the absurdity by legal fiat.

And in Austria this very month, a pack of robed clowns issued a similar diktat, without any effort to seek the electorate’s approval.

    Time for a fightback!

Now decent citizens in all those countries can take heart and keep up the fight for a return to civilised values.

Is it real? This first victory in the fightback?
Bermuda might be the only country to roll back court-forced decadence so far, but it does wonders for morale to know decency can and is being restored.
Who will start the ball rolling in your country?
