Quite extraordinary, the condescension of those two, talking of the citizens (who in Macron’s case elected him into power!) as if they were animals that require ‘training’ until  – here’s the truth and the falsehood, here’s how it works- – until they know what’s good for them.

Let All Canadians Have Their Say – Not Just On Olympics!

So the people of Calgary, Alberta, in a free and fair referendum, have rejected holding the Olympic Games in their fair city, by 54 to 46%!

Their elected representatives shillied and shallied on the issue and to get a clear decision, direct democracy was deemed the best way forward.

Quite right!

Now how about giving all Canadians a chance to have their say on crimmigrants?

Crimmigrants – illegal aliens  – have been pouring into Canada for years, and even if we only talk money, the cost has been calamitous. The social cost is surely worse.

We live in dangerous times.

The Western world is struggling with the menace of jihadist terrorism and the dilemma of what to do with enemy citizens who travel abroad to join terrorist groups like ISIS.

In Canada, at least 60 known ISIS terrorists are roaming free.

But Canadian terrorists aren’t the only ones trying to get to Canada.

“Jihadi Jack” is a British-born and British-raised Muslim convert who joined ISIS in 2014.

Three years later, he tried to return home to the U.K., to no avail. When that failed, he set his sights on Canada.

Jihadi Jack has a Canadian father and is now seeking to manipulate his connection to Canada in order to face softer treatment by the Trudeau government.

Trudeau, known for his soft approach to terrorists, once said that returning ISIS fighters can be “extraordinary powerful voices” in Canada.

This is outrageous. But it shouldn’t be surprising. After all, we know what to expect from Trudeau.

But it’s not just the Trudeau Liberals who are being naive.

Even today’s Conservatives are suggesting that we repatriate these terrorist thugs and try our luck to convict them through Canada’s bleeding-heart justice system.

The reality is that once these ISIS fighters are back on Canadian soil, they will be welcomed by a fan club of human rights lawyers who are all too happy to argue that the terrorists did nothing wrong.

A news conference in Ottawa helped prove this point.

The father of Jihadi Jack made an appeal to the Trudeau government to help his son.

The father stated that his son was only guilty of being a devout Muslim who naively travelled to Syria to try to help people. He insisted that there is no evidence his son carried out violence on behalf of ISIS and that this is all just one big misunderstanding.

He failed to explain, however, why his son was featured in ISIS propaganda videos.

This is a preview of what other returnees and their fancy lawyers will argue if they are permitted back into Canada and face charges.

They’ll say they did nothing wrong, accuse Canadians of the pernicious made-up concept of “Islamophobia” and many will walk free.

This is disgusting.

Canada needs strong opposition to hold Trudeau accountable and demand that the safety and security of Canadians come first.

Bravo, Bermuda – Homo-Weddings No More!

The British Overseas Territory of Bermuda is to become the world’s first territory to restore the traditional definition of marriage just six months after the island’s Supreme Court ruled in favour of same-sex unions.
