Arrogant Amnesty Orders End To Crimmigrant Canings!

I see from the Jakarta Post that Malaysia, having been an independent country for more than six decades…

    * ************

…is now deemed to have surrendered its sovereignty – but not back to the British Empire!

Instead there’s a new imperial authority, or at least an uppity chick who thinks she can issue orders to the government in KL.

    And who might that be?

    Amnesty Bloody International!

Amnesty has openly espoused all kinds of unpleasant and anti-social causes…

…and shown open sympathy with dangerous criminals whose guilt was not in doubt…

…and read these previous posts as well…

So it’s not as if we haven’t heard enough of the sticky-beak ‘charity’ in recent years!

But now the group’s ‘Malaysia researcher,’ Rachel Chhoa-Howard, has been mouthing off, talking rot about caning…

The tawse worked well in Scottish schools

…which I suspect in her narrow mind includes all forms of corporal punish, even the good old Scottish tawse, outlawed by the robed rogues on the Strasbourg court!

She’s on about a recent case, and I’m not getting into whether the cane may or may not have been suitable in Malaysia in the case of those Rohingya illegals.

But while corporal punishment is outrageously misapplied in Indonesia’s shariah province, Aceh…

…most of us would surely agree that it would be an excellent and appropriate punishment for many kinds of genuine undesirables, like muggers, molestors, vandals, school bullies etc…

    ….but hark at her!

Caning is a barbaric practice that amounts to torture, inhuman and degrading treatment, and Malaysia must abolish the use of such a punishment.”

    Like, uh, ‘MUST?’

Who does she think she is?

    I am a frequent critic of Malaysia…

…but the country has reasonably free elections and in a democracy it’s THE PEOPLE who say what the government MUST do!

In Malaysia, let there be a referendum…

….as there should have been in Scotland, and in every country, on matters of crime and punishment.

It’s a choice to be made by the people, not a cheeky little girl who draws her salary from a supranational leftist pressure group!

Flogging Ban? For Real Evil-Doers, Bring It Back!

We read that Saudi Arabia is to end the practice of flogging.

    So what?

‘Rights’ ranters may be over the moon, but…

…most Western people surely have no quarrel with flogging as a form of punishment and would probably vote for its restoration…

…but not for nonsense ‘offences’ like ‘blasphemy!’

In the absence of capital punishment, it would be welcome news if corporal punishment…

…were applied daily to a number of swamp-creatures we’ve mentioned in recent years!

    Like these!

Terrorist Scum – Why Such Soft Sentencing In UK Court?

    Ummar Mirza and Madihah Taheer.

Ummar Mirza, aged 21 and its wife, Madihah Taheer, aged 22, sentenced at Woolwich crown court to 16 years and 10 years respectively

Regular and energetic hour-long floggings applied every day to every one of the above scumbags would be widely applauded in the UK, for example!

The only reason flogging has got a bad name is its use on inoffensive  humble folk in backward places like Saudi and Indonesia’s awful Aceh Province.

…for ‘offences’ like having a bite to eat during Ramadhan, or playing cards for small change, or  – most pig-ignorant of all, in my opinion – ‘khalwat’ –

It is a crime for a man and a woman who are not married to be in a secluded place together in Aceh. This is called khalwat and it is punishable by up to nine lashes, a fine of 150 grams of gold or 15 months’ imprisonment.

They will never let us vote on anything like that.
After Brexit, the elites know how much we hate them.
      They dont trust the people!
You are right, though, if we got to vote on flogging or on hanging, we would win,

Will Aceh drag itself out of the 12th century?
The shariah gang that runs Aceh likes to call it the Verandah of Mecca but now after the news from Saudi Arabia, will the verandah catch up with the main building?
Personally, I doubt it Aceh’s fanatics enjoy the nightmare society they have created.
That khalwat thing is an ugly blot on Indonesia’s reputation.
      It stinks!
I mean the Aceh khalwat rule stinks, not Indonesia’s reputation, but if Indonesia doesnt clean up Aceh, the intolerance there will reflect badly on the whole country.

Flogging is too good for pedos and jihadists.
Good old-fashioned torture would be much better.

The fact that the Saudi Arabian rulers have decided to drop flogging from their penal code, if true, makes no difference at all to the injustice of their legal system unless they also drop sharia as its basis.

It is a sexist system of ‘law’ and there has been no suggestion of changing that.

Polygamy has not been banned and while I do not know the Saudi laws on inheritance, I wonder if it includes the unfair sharia ‘principle’ that daughters inherit less than sons.

When a girl can walk unmolested (by sharia ‘police’) down the streets of Riyadh in a miniskirt, I will be delighted to say Saudi Arabia is a free country.

As to flogging as a punishment, I see nothing wrong with that as one of a range of punishments that can and should be imposed for the people you list above, though I think you should add a few more.

Britain and other Western countries have many home-grown Anglo-Saxon monsters who deserve to be whipped as ferociously as the examples you give.

Let the parents of victims nominate the strongest family member to do the flogging.
