    Mama Stasi’s Cop-Out And Boleslaw Bierut’s Betrayal

Much has been made of the AfD’s demand that Germans are entitled to review their historical perspective.

So let’s look today, as they prepare to vote tomorrow, how a pack of lawyers paid from public funds – via the Bundestag – is backing up Mama Stasi’s emulation of Pontius Pilate…

Go For It, Poles! Demand Your Fair Share of Mama’s Gold!

…declaring Germany is entitled to wriggle out of fair compensation for the ravages inflicted on Poland by her Third Reich predecessor.

Yes, I have written about this before, but, since Merkel’s lap-dog media –http://www.dw.com/en/opinion-is-polands-demand-for-war-reparations-a-threat-to-german-polish-relations/  – has been publishing negative propaganda on the issue, I feel obliged to repeat that their main argument…

how a treaty signed in 1990 “blocks any reparation demands against Germany to the present day… https://euobserver.com/tickers/138850 )

…seems a tad threadbare, since, according to the official German website, the 1990 signatories were the foreign ministers of the Federal Republic of Germany, the GDR, France, Russia, the UK and the USA.  https://www.deutschland.de/en/topic/politics/germany-europe/two-plus-four-treaty

In other words, Poland never signed that treaty!

Nor were the Poles even invited to do so!

More relevant, it seems to me, is the previous waiver signed by Poland in 1953 which gave up Polish claims.

But of course the ‘Poland’ which ratified that 1953 treaty was in no way a legitimate representative of the Polish people.

It was a Soviet puppet regime, communist cadres doing their Moscow masters’ bidding.

    Boleslaw Bierut

The notorious quisling Bierut, first given the title ‘President,’ then ‘Prime Minister,’ by his  Kremlin puppeteers,  was the traitor who rubber-stamped that treaty.

Hence it deserves no more respect than a rubber cheque.

If you have, like I have, visited Warsaw, and seen the wonderful restoration of the Old Town, you will also have seen the photos in the restored Royal Castle, of what the Polish palace looked like in 1945.

But poor Mama Stasi doesn’t want to spare even small change to atone for that. Justice is not a key player in her squandering of German tax-payers’ money.

She has higher priorities, and they do NOT include the needs of the German people.

Go For It, Poles! Demand Your Fair Share of Mama's Gold!

    Great stuff!

Poland, targetted by the Fourth Reich, is set to claim reparations for the crimes of its predecessor, the Third Reich.

Anyone who has visited Warsaw, as I did in the 1990s, and seen the Old City, reconstructed perfectly, and seen the pictorial proof of what it looked like in 1945…

…knows all too well the price Poles paid for standing up to the hideous alliance of National Socialism and Soviet Socialism…

…a price they kept on paying after the betrayal at Yalta. So how can Mama Stasi Merkel even for a moment baulk at the prospect of reparations…

German federal govt spent €20 billion on refugees in 2016: report

….when she has willingly hung the golden albatross of ingrate ‘asylum’ aliens around her country’s neck.

The former Communist regime in Poland waived WWII claims from Germany in 1953, but Antoni Macierewicz, the Polish defence minister, said on Tuesday that this commitment was invalid because it was made by a “Soviet puppet state.”

    Absolutely true!

So good luck to the Law and Justice Government in Warsaw, and its stalwart leader Jaroslaw Kaczynski, who also made clear his commitment to the reparations cause.

“We are talking here about huge sums and also about the fact that Germany for many years refused to take responsibility for World War II,” he said.

But Mama will have at least one Pole, Donald ‘Turncoat’ Tusk, on her side.

    Turncoat Tusk

That renegade has throw in his lot with Merkel and her EuroCommissar comrades, and maybe with good reason – self-preservation.

Tusk will, once again, answer questions in Warsaw on Thursday in a probe into his alleged collusion with Russia in the 2010 Smolensk air disaster in which Kaczynski’s twin brother and the then Polish president, Lech Kaczynski, lost his life.

    Tusk of course denies it!

But he can’t deny that he’s only drawing his fat Brussels salary over the fiercest objections from his own country’s elected government. And I wonder how his brain-dead millennial fans in Poland will react to this latest news.

The man’s a rat, with no moral right to be speaking for ‘Europe,’ whatever that means!

The German government reacted to news of the Law and Justice initiative on Wednesday by saying that the subject of WWII claims was closed…

although even the Europhiliac EU Observer has to review the number of times we’ve heard that same arrogant dismissal of responsibility…

…as Mama’s minions shrugged off claims on behalf of Italians, Greeks and other nations devastated by Merkel’s predecessors.

The Poles are fantastic people, always have been!.
Do you think they can take this to the International Court in The Hague?
I hope they do, and shame Merkel
I’m 100 per cent on their side. .

With a name like mine you just do not need to ask.
I am with the Poles whatever it takes.

America and Britain should support the P oles in this, because it was our leaders who did the wrong thing in 1945 and sold them out.
Hasn’t Merkel and all the other German leaders been handing money to Israel for years as compensation? So why shouldnt all the other victims get in line?
Just as you say, Merkel has money to burn, or splash out on illegal immigrants, till her tax-payers make her stop, so if there are all those spare euros in the bank, pay up to Poland!
