Not much of a recommendation, really, and a stunning contrast to the straight-talking stalwart, Judge Roy Moore, whom Strange’s puppeteers in the RINO Establishment are spending money like water to defeat in today’s Republican primary.

…and this appeal (see below) gives us fresh concern that the current occupant of the seat is no better than McConnell or McCain, with whom he collaborates so readily.

So I gladly forward this extract from AFA’s email and let my American readers decide what to do about it. 

Senator Luther Strange (R-AL)  remains committed to a destructive alliance with a Senate Democratic minority. Earlier this year your senator joined 31 Democrats by signing on to a letter to Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY).

In this letter, Senator Strange stated he is “opposing any effort to curtail the existing rights and prerogatives of senators to engage in full, robust, and extended debate as we consider legislation before the body in the future.”

This means Senator Strange is refusing to end the Democrats’ use of the 60-vote rule to block legislation. Typically, the Senate requires 60 votes to open and close debate on legislation, and these two procedural votes occur before an actual vote on the bill.

Unless 8 Democrats join the 52 Republican Senate majority to open and close debate on a bill, then it is IMPOSSIBLE for a conservative Republican agenda to advance through the Senate and to the president for approval. This is tyranny of the minority at the hand of 8 Democrats, and not only is your senator refusing to fight this, he is supporting it!

Tell Senator Strange to rescind his support of Democratic obstruction and switch to a majority vote to pass significant conservative legislation.

Here are the names of renegade ‘Republicans’ from just one state (New York) who were among their RINO comrades in voting down Vicky Hartzler’s amendment.

John Katko, R-Camillus, and Claudia Tenney, R-New Hartford, who represent Central New York, were joined by Upstate Republicans Elise Stefanik, R-Willsboro; Tom Reed, R-Corning; and John Faso, R-Kinderhook, in opposing the GOP amendment.

It’s to be hoped that decent people there will mount primary challenges to get them out of Congress.

Then shortly after that, we had the unspeakable CNN shrew Amanpour kick off her shrill show by saying that Trump had attacked Americans’ First Amendment right to protest.’

• That’s a blatant lie.
• Neither Trump nor any of his associates has said citizens have no right to protest.
• What he did say was that in his opinion ( and, I suspect, most decent people’s opinion) treasonous swine who set fire to the Star and Stripes should get jail-time, or be deprived of the privileges they enjoy as American citizens. 
• THEN it got worse, with a ranting leftist named Walter Shapiro as her guest.
• He’s a failed Democratic Party candidate and a former speech-writer for Jimmy Carter, BTW, just in case you might imagine Amanpour would have anyone objective on her show.

While not visibly frothing at the mouth, Shapiro was evidently near hysterics, accusing Trump of being a con-man and worse, because the President-Elect, presumably more aware of voter fraud than the left-lib media, had chosen to communicate his views directly and candidly with the nation he’s been elected to lead.

Lindsay Graham has a ghastly record of liberalism, and will certainly drive conservatives to swing in line behind The Donald.

Similarly with Paul Ryan, who’s another of those economic laissez-faire liberals who abhor conservative principles.

We have note Ryan’s aberrant role before…Paul Ryan is NO Conservative – He’s Got a Gaystapo Record…but there’s much to check out in Trump’s own record, esp. after the New York Times, a part of the media long since infested with ‘gays,’ came out this month with a piece suggesting he’s pro-queer.

Reassuringly, many militant mincers have reacted angrily, saying Trump is NOT their cup of tea!

So  let’s wait and see exactly how the candidate shapes up.

He has ‘mis-spoken’ more than once, and ‘walked back’ views that cause uproar, an example being his foolish words about allowing sleazy trannies to use women’s restrooms.

The BIG issue he has never ‘walked back’ on is his absolutely splendid determination to deport the horde of crimmigrants whom Obama is grooming to provide a permanent left majority in the USA’s future elections.
