    Dutch Election -Principled Politics Pays!

Baudet shocked establishment parties this week by blaming the government’s migration policy for the Utrecht attack just hours after the shooting. All other parties had suspended campaigning.

By ‘suspending campaigning,’ the appeasement parties meant copping out, refusing to name the atrocity for what it was, “a combination of an honor killing and a half-terrorist motive…” as Baudet put it.

The Forum for Democracy, and its leader, Thierry Baudet, whom we’ve previously noted…

Good Dutch News, Bad Dutch Man – Time To Exert People Power!

…broke the establishment parties’ spineless silence, acted as principled patriots, and spoke up for all the decent Dutch, outraged that Islamist evil had blighted their land…

    – not for the first time –

Bouyeri shot van Gogh eight times, then slit his throat and stabbed him in the chest. Prior to his murder, van Gogh had released the 10-minute movie “Submission,” which dealt with the institutionalized violence against women in Islamic societies. http://www.examiner.com/article/death-threat-to-euro-politician-results-fine-community-service-again—-

…and thus deserved the huge vote they got, which has cost the left- liberal PM Rutte, whose mealy-mouthings we’ve also previously noted…

    Rotten Rutte Targets Dutch Democracy!

….his control of the The Netherlands Senate.

True, the rising patriot stars took some of Geert Wilders’ votes, but clearly took a lot more from voters who, having previously put up with the in-crowd, finally woke up to the need for a powerful people’s voice in parliament.

The Dutch ruling class has been EUSSR-collaborationist for years, even before they stabbed their country in the back on the EuroCon.

Many older patriots remember, and have told a lot of younger ones, about how the Dutch kicked the Brussels Empire in the teeth in the 2005 referendum –

    referendum, 2005
Are you For of or Against approval by the Netherlands of the treaty establishing a constitution for Europe?
    Location Netherlands
    Date 1 June 2005
    Results
    Votes %
    For 2,940,730 38.46%
    Against 4,705,685 61.54%
    Valid votes 7,646,415 99.24%

    –  only to be betrayed and denied any other Euro-referendum ever since.

    Solidarity!

He sounds like just what we need in England, a new leader of a new party.

Thierry Baudet is my hero today.
Although I don’t know a great deal about him, I admire that he would not be part of that day of silence (instead of campaigning ) which the other parties proposed when the Turk ‘allegedly’ killed those people in Utrecht.
There’s too much silence when there should be sound and fury and action after Islamists shout their blasphemy and murder passersby for no reason except hate.

That is the same way I feel, Pamela.
If the politicians in power had any real concern about the people they are supposed to ‘represent,’ then they would not have ‘suspended’ their campaign, they would have presented a united front.
They should hsve united on a programme of deportation of criminal aliens, no matter where they come from, and a ban on any more migration from places which are culturally anti-democratic and sexist.

It is something that has been developing for a long number of years, our Netherlands rebellion.
I joined the battle after we were cheated, when that referendum was ignored and no more voting on EU was allowed to us.
It is very sad to see how our small but beautiful country has been made diverse and not Dutch any longer. We never got any referendum on that!
Mr. Baudet is a very dynamic young man and I hope he and Wilders will not compete too much and work together to take our country back from the liberals.

Undaunted Dutch Democracy Campaigners Try Again!

Time to sleep again, after a night watching The Walking Dead and a local version of Take Me Out, where some lucky local lad gets to take his pick of a coupla dozen lovely Indonesian ladies.

    • But before I turn off the box and hit the pit, another bit of news from Holland, a country which has caught my attention several times recently.   https://rossrightangle.wordpress.com/2016/11/20/headline-hides-asylum-crime-wave-in-dutch-city/
    • Activists in the Netherlands have gathered almost two-thirds of the signatures needed to initiate a referendum on Europe’s free trade deal with Canada, Ceta.

    https://euobserver.com/tickers/135789

To require an ‘advisory’ referendum on legislation, the Dutch need 300,000 voters to sign the requisition. I gather it’s around the 200,000 mark now, and could well succeed in getting the number needed.

Brussels’s Puppets Diss Dutch Democracy – UK Next?

…it remains to be seen what actual effect another popular vote will have.

One likely result, at least we hope so, is that the Dutch people have the courage to push back, and push for real referenda, that are binding on arrogant elites and not merely ‘consultative.’

The parallels with Brexit are striking, but of course the difference is that Brits were given a guarantee their will would be paramount.

Brexit, of course, is still being bandied about with both sticky-beak judges and uppity MPs doing much to impede democracy.

Clearly, if courts or legislators block Brexit…
