Not Safe FOR ‘Refugees’ – Or Not Safe FROM ‘Refugees?’

The German parliament’s upper chamber rejected a law that would have allowed quicker deportations to Morocco, Tunisia and Algeria. The decision deals a blow to Chancellor Angela Merkel’s refugee strategy.

German Bundesrat says Maghreb states not safe for refugees

Ignore Deutsche Welle’s bizarre phrase – Merkel’s refugee strategy  – and move on to the key question.
Why did these German Bundesrat members act the rat on the issue of kicking out crimmigrants?

Led by federal states with left-leaning governing coalitions – that’s the Left Party, heirs to the Soviet quisling gang that ran East Germany as a slave-state for decades, and their ideological soul-mates, the Greens…

….the Bundesrat shot down the law because it would have declared the Maghreb states – Tunisia, Morocco and Algeria – “safe countries of origin”  – allowing prompt expulsion of undesirables thereto.

Who the HELL cares if these lawless wannabe parasites, proven even by the sloppy, soppy standards of Mama Stasi Merkel to have NO right to remain in Germany, may face some risks on their arrival back where they belong?

Only a tiny fraction of asylum applications by illegals from those countries in particular have been approved. As usual we need to rely on Bavarians – in this case Bavarian Interior Minister Joachim Herrmann – to talk sense.

“Filing hopeless applications for political asylum should not be a way of getting around the normal paths of immigration to our labor market.”

But leading leftist Dieter Lauinger was quick to justify wrecking the move to rid his country of leeches. Their homelands, he claimed, refused to take them back.

“The problem isn’t with the numbers but deporting people back to these countries,” said Lauinger, a member of the Greens. “So declaring them safe countries won’t do any good.”

So recalcitrant backward countries won’t take their miscreants back?

    Slap ’em with sanctions.

Or just load the crimmigrants aboard a container vessel then dump them somewhere on the VERY long coasts that each of the three countries has.

DW reminds us why these aliens in particular as so undesirable. sexual molestation of woman by young men of North African origin on New Year’s Eve in Cologne.

“Never before had it come to mass rapes in our public spaces,” governmental parliamentary state secretary Ole Schröder said. “Partly young men from the Maghreb states, some with criminal records, abused our asylum laws.”

But HELL, that’s just danger to German women and girls. Did  Schröder really reckon their plight would move the pro-crimmigrant parties?

Greens and the Left Party used their influence to stall and ultimately torpedo it in the Bundesrat.

“It is absurd to try to declare that Tunisia, Algeria and Morocco are safe countries of origin,” Left Party domestic affairs spokeswoman Ulla Jelpke said

And Unspeakable Ulla was cheered on by the usual suspects, lowest elements in the land,

Gay and lesbian organizations as well as refugee organizations, including Pro Asyl and Amnesty International Germany, welcomed the decision.

Amnesty has by now dropped all pretence at rational discussion of these issues.

Amnesty International rejected the whole idea of nations being safe for deportation.

“The concept of ‘safe countries of origin’ is fundamentally incompatible with the basic human right to asylum,” said Amnesty International in Germany asylum law expert Wiebke Judith.

Meanwhile, Mama Stasi’s men appear to think they can use the shameful subversion to electoral advantage.

“This is a bad day for our efforts to stop illegal immigration,” said her Interior Minister Thomas de Maiziere

But voters will surely not forget how all those Cologne illegals got in to wage their sex-predator war on German womanhood.

The only sensible option for those who want to save Germany?

New Intolerance on Campus? An Event Brits Should Attend!

    The New Intolerance on Campus

I see there’s a conference on campus intolerance coming up, organised by Spiked!

They talk in terms of a ‘new’ intolerance, but having attended a UK university in the Sixties, let me assure younger readers that the Left back then was just about as nasty as today.

See our post on one university which has resembled a loony-bin almost since it was founded!

Warwick Wallies Weasel Out of War on Free Speech – For Now!

Free speech has been an endangered species for AGES!

However, Spiked! are an interesting bunch and whilst not always in tune with my views on the world, I’m happy to give details of their event so Brit readers can attend if they wish.

The conference titled The New Intolerance on Campus is on Wednesday, 17 February 2016 from 12 to 5pm at Conway Hall, 25 Red Lion Square, London, WC1R 4RL.

With sessions on Safe Spaces, the Boycott Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) movement, No Platforming and hate speech, we will explore if the New Intolerance on campus is producing a generation of intellectual bigots, young minds that would rather censor or boycott their opponents than argue with them.

    • 11.55am:                     Doors open
    • 12pm – 12.40pm:       Lunch provided
    • 12.40pm – 12.45pm   Welcome
    • 12.45pm – 2pm:         Safe Spaces: education or therapy? debate
    • 2pm – 2.15pm:           Tea & coffee break
    • 2.15pm – 3.30pm:      BDS, bigotry and academic justice debate
    • 3.30pm – 3.40pm:      Break
    • 3.40pm – 4.55pm:      ‘No Platform: is hate speech free speech?’
    • 4.55pm – 5pm:           Closing remarks

    (Speakers TBA)

The conference will mark the launch of the 2016 Free Speech University Rankings, spiked’s groundbreaking survey of campus freedom, which will be released on 1 February 2016. http://www.spiked-online.com/fsur
