UN Hypocrisy – Time To Stop Crawling To Sexist Primitives?

This HAS to be a joke!

… the election of Saudi Arabia to the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women.

Election of Saudi Arabia to UN women’s rights council causes outrage

Well, no, it isn’t a joke, just one more nail in the coffin of an outfit born in hypocrisy and spiralling ever faster into a kind of alternative psychotic universe, something like what George Orwell maybe had in mind when he wrote ‘1984.’

Freedom is Slavery, War is Peace

Or like putting Count Dracula in charge of a blood bank.

What the Hell do the Saudis know about the ‘status’ of women, except that they are there to be kept in something like servitude.

Women are subjected to vile, mindless discrimination.

Saudi men walk around in jeans and casual shirts, while coercing women into horrid black shrouds, and – the nadir of imbecility – banning their wives and daughters from getting behind the wheel of a motor car?

    That’s shariah!

Hasil gambar untuk women's rights sharia

Sexist apartheid, whose acolytes now serve on a UN body to monitor women’s ‘status.’

Surely civilised countries must draw a line under this evil organisation, where despots get a vote along with democracies, albeit the former flout the basics of the UN Charter while the latter observe them.

Russia Off UN ‘Human Rights’ Council -Who’s Left On?

The best thing to do with the UN is to reduce it to a bad memory, dumped into the dustbin of history like its poor old predecessor, the League of Nations, which was also fairly useless but perhaps not so marked by rancid double-standards.

Empty the UN’s plush offices and gas-bag debating chambers and turn them into homes for the deserving poor in every land such premises exist, but…

    NO illegal immigrants, thanks!

Hey, Jakarta Girls! Make The Most Of Kartini Day!

Kartini was a lady who lived and died many years ago, a Javanese aristocrat who is honoured as a pioneer of women’s rights here in Indonesia.

    Gambar terkait

Tomorrow is Kartini Day, 21st April.

But in Jakarta a new governor, Anies Baswedan, has just been elected, to the delight of the worst fanatics in the archipelago.

While the election winner used to present himself as a ‘moderate’ Muslim, his running mate, Sandiaga Uno, has won notoriety with an outlandish call to transform the capital’s after-hours fun and games into a dreary scene, a sharia-inspired nightlife entertainment network…

    Yes, seriously!

It is said that this phenomenon would feature traditional dances, shalawat (salutation to Prophet Muhammad), religious studies and traditional music.  COMMENTARY: Contemplating a sharia-influenced capital

Well, it’ll take time to get such super fun organised, so meanwhile we’ll just have to use our rich and vivid imaginations to picture what nocturnal joys will be available.

    Shariah Nightlife?

It’s important to note that ‘shariah law’ is not some sort of Sunday brunch menu, where you pick and mix whatever appeals to you.

    • Hasil gambar untuk women's rights sharia

    • Shariah is very clear on subjugation of women.

So if we face a ‘night-life’ devised on its tenets, then there’s no reason not to expect extensions of shariah into every other walk of city life.

Women should make the most of Kartini Day tomorrow.

Because we know how proponents of shariah think of women, not least the views of the self-styled ‘Islam Defenders Front,’ the FPI, whose favour the new ”moderate’ governor curried sedulously during his campaign.

IslamoNazi Gauleiter – “Women Already Have Limitations, Let Alone Non-Muslims!”

Our infamous quote from the FPI’s Jakarta Gauleiter sums it up.

Oh, and don’t forget what another Islamist fanatic had to say when a jihadist jerk molested a female reporter..

Indecent Assault? ‘If You Don’t Like To Be Touched, Stay Home!’ – Islamist Fanatic

As I’ve said before, that’s the message to women from the shariah fanatics.

    Stay home.

And maybe stuff your head in a black bag…

Fathers and Husband, says this poster, it’s your responsibility to cover them up!

…and don’t dare disturb men by looking attractive.

It won’t happen tomorrow, or maybe this year or next year.

But after Wednesday’s election, only a fool would say that   Hasil gambar untuk it can't happen here

Its taken me 24 hours maybe a little longer to get used to this terrible news and I wasnt going to write any comments at all until I saw on tv tonight that those prosecutors are asking for Ahok to get a year in prison for that crazy blasphemy charge.
Ahok is the only politician here I could respect and I still do.
I saw you wrote that you wouldnt leave but give it another couple of years Ross and a big dose of shariah nightlife and youll think again.

      Hi, Ross.
This new deputy governor is rich as Croesus and spent a lot of time in America, or so I have read.
So he can have a great time at home in his mansion while he makes the rest of us miserable.
It’s always these richy rich kids who want to lord it over other people and tell them how to live their lives.

I was surprised when you said you had no plans to leave when Jakarta turns into a boring Arab-type capital because I know you like going out at night and I can’t see you sitting there spell-bound by Islamic readings.

Will you really hang in when all the rest of us go?

United? How About YAHOO’s Wowser Take On Mid-Riffs?

I was planning something of an indolent day today, not so as to be compliant with Hari Nyepi…

…the Balinese Hindu holiday that requires silence for 24 hours, but because basically I have nothing much to do and none of my usual visitors are available to visit.

It may be a national day off – for everyone in Indonesia, not just Balinese Hindus – but if you work in a department store, like one regular caller here…

    Indonesians work hard!

    …no chance!

However, when one’s retired, every day is a holiday!

That, of course, doesn’t excuse me from my obligation to say what I think!

    Gambar terkait

Hence it’s incumbent on me to take United Airlines to task for their downright backward ban on certain types of clothing for certain categories of passenger.

Miniskirts, clothing that “reveals a midriff”, short shorts and “form-fitting lycra/spandex tops, pants and dresses” – such as leggings – are banned.

    • Hasil gambar untuk defending rights

In my view, United Airlines are denying me the basic human right of having somebody dressed like the cutie below sitting next to me when I fly!

Hasil gambar untuk bare midriff miniskirt

    How dare they?

But lots of people are talking about United Airlines. It was my search for a suitable photo  – did  well, didn’t I?- that gave me ammunition to renew my long-standing quarrel with Yahoo.

I have never forgiven Yahoo for their arrogant coercion of customers into changing from the good old Classic style to the much less handy thing we have to use now, my resentment not at all assuaged by the huge sum being paid to Marissa Mayer…

    Gambar terkait

…who oversaw that act of overweening arrogance. Marissa Mayer’s Payday Is Even More Insane Than You Think – Fortune

Nonetheless, I still use Yahoo, having for years provided all my friends, family, fans and foes with my email address, issued by that company.

But until this week I’d never used their Search Engine to find an illustration for ‘bare mid-riffs.

Google’s is much better and in the end I used them, but not till after my simple Yahoo search for a cute female tummy evoked this bizarre message!.  .

Results for bare mid-riffs may contain adult oriented content. Safe Search must be turned off to display these results..

Or rather, as I put it over this morning’s multiple coffee infusions…

    ‘What the &#*#!?!?!?’

I duly entered into what I suppose must be defined as their ‘Unsafe Search’ zone and indeed the sights to be seen there are not what one would wish one’s kiddies to view.

Bare bums, bare boobs, not terribly scary for me – but ‘adult content’ for sure.

But WHY bracket them with ‘bare mid-riffs,’ which are not only often highly agreeable, yet in no way offensive…

‘Fathers and husbands, their private parts are your responsibility’

…to the sort of uptights who published that poster I often use to illustrate the iniquities of sexist shariah.

So let’s put Yahoo’s feet to the fire!

Why have they included cute navels in what is, let’s face it, something of a porno section?

Iran – Contemptible Swedish Cows Crawl To Shariah Sexists

    Sick joke

    But sadly, not ‘fake news.’

More like Fake Feminists, these contemptible Swedish cows abasing themselves in shariah scarves before the tyrannical sexist regime in Tehran.

These pathetic pukes, an official ministerial delegation, simpered into the ayatollahs’ despotism and cast aside their usual clothing that might suggest Western concepts of sex equality.

They make a mockery of themselves, their country and all the left-lib babble about women’s rights.

This debauched old devil obviously cheated – more than four?

Nor will she be consoled by any equal reciprocal right to go pub-crawling in Tehran in search of four jihadist jerks dim-witted enough to marry a sour Swedish feminist.

Shariah ‘Law’ is totally unfair and discriminatory against women, who DON”T have any similar rights to those enjoyed by over-sexed males.

How very off-putting, for any women to do such a thing, and how very hypocritical, for faux ‘feminists.’
I have a low opinion of that Femen group that you reported on last year, I think, when they jumped up bare-breasted during an Islamist event in France.
On this occasion, however, it might have been more to be applauded if these Swedish ministers had done something similar.
I’m not sure if I’m joking or not, but I am hoping that any Swedish ‘feminists’ who have any integrity will have something to say about the the double standards of those ministerial madams.

Look at the state of those women, not one in a dress or a skirt, not one brave enough to let her hqir be seen.
Makes me sick that they don’t care about the women in iran who are forced into that kind of covered-up appearance every day by the ayatollahs.

You remember all those ‘anti-apartheid’ movements?
Out on demos every week, making companies ‘dis-invest’ in South Africa, and sanctions by every government, unless apartheid was abolished? The reason was that one part of the population was treated as different and lesser than another, because of their skin color.

Where are those people or their kids today, when we need to start a worldwide anti-shariah movement, demos for sanctions every week, demands that companies dis-invest in Iran, and all the other countries where one section of the population is treated as lesser because they have different genitals.
Shariah is downright WICKED, to anybody who believes that God created men and women as human beings entitled to the same respect and without discrimination.

Donald Trump should definitely scrap that deal with Iran.
But he could do even better.
He should get Nikki Haley, his UN ambassador, to propose a motion at the UN Genera Assembly, declaring shariah a c rime against humanity.

Honest Turk/Austrian Green -”Nothing To Do With Religion!’

Described by The Local as having ‘Turkish heritage,’ this honest man has reminded us that the burqa and niqab have “nothing to do with religion… but come from “archaic tribal cultures that want to make demean women and make them invisible.”

Interestingly, the ‘Muslim youth organisation’ which played a part in organising the demo, proclaimed that –

“Every woman must be able to move freely in public without harassment and discrimination – no matter what she does or does not wear

…has apparently NEVER organised ANY demos at the Iranian or Saudi Embassies in Vienna demanding that the oppressive sectarian regimes in those countries implement reforms to achieve that goal for women under their cruel rule.

Aceh’s Shariah Savagery Shames Indonesia, Again!

Anyone who cares about Indonesia’s reputation will have shuddered anew at the news from the barbarous province infamous for its shariah iniquities.

    • The Sharia Hell of Aceh!

      The Sharia Hell of Aceh!

    • Seven men and six women were publicly caned in the front yard of the Al Ikhlas Mosque…

    • …Banda Aceh deputy mayor Zainal Arifin and hundreds of residents witnessed the public punishment...

    • …the convicts were guilty of inappropriate acts, including khalwat (affectionate contact by an unmarried couple) and ikhtilat (intimacy or mixing) in violation of Islamic bylaws.

Which is to say, none of these gals was probably even kissing a guy.

According to Malaysia’s Islamic Shariah laws, unmarried Muslims who meet in private can be charged with “khalwat,” or “close proximity,” which carries fines and prison sentences of several months. Campaign against Cupid targets Malaysia’s Muslims

That’s in Malaysia, but the fanatics there are little different from their fellow-fanatics in Aceh.

Maybe those poor kids weren’t even holding hands, just sitting with a boy-friend, or just a boy who happens to be a friend, all by themselves on a park bench.

    Shariah Controlled Zone_thumb[1]

Religious police have traditionally enforced a rigid separation of the sexes in public places, arresting those that commit the crime of ikhtilat, or “mixing.” Second-Class Citizens

That’s talking about Arabs, but Aceh is in many respects more Arabian than Indonesian.

Yet let’s be fair to the savages. They are not without some tiny tincture of humanity.

The caning of a 14th convict was delayed due to her pregnancy and is set to be carried out after she has given birth.

Deputy mayor Zainal asserted that the punishment was meant to teach people a lesson so that they would not violate Islamic law.

May God forgive these cruel creeps, because no civilised mortal should.

I grow weary sometimes of recording the antics of the primitive authorities up there on what they delight in calling the Verandah of Mecca.

But I feel obliged to do so.

Decent Indonesians, I know, share my revulsion, not at the punishments, because a good sound thrashing would be work well done on various thug-gangs all over the archipelago, like the IslamoNazi hoodlums in my fave photo…

.., but at the absurd ‘offences’ the fanatics use to provide slobbering bigot audiences with the Acehnese equivalent of the ‘circus’ element of the ‘bread and circuses’ policy operated by dissolute Roman emperors two thousand years ago.

    And the ‘bread?’

Well, the quite numerous gross pigs in Aceh convicted of corruption seem never to get whipped. Such welcome scenes could be televised and would probably break all records in terms of nationwide viewing figures.

And the cheers would be deafening!

It is sickening, what they do to poor people who have done nothing wrong.
I like Indonesia and have many friends here who are embarassed by these public whippings of women by masked men outside the mosque.
I wish President Jokowi would step in and stop it.

Shariah Chess? Fide Kow-Tows to Evil Ayatollahs!

“I am honoured and proud to have qualified to represent the United States in the Women’s World Championship. But, if the situation remains unchanged, I will most certainly not participate in this event.”

    IM and WGM Nazi Paikidze

That’s Nazi Paikidze, USA chess champ, speaking after the appeasement monkeys of Fide, the game’s world organisation, sank to their collective knees, pandering to the primitive savages who every day disdain civilised values in Iran.

    Hasil gambar untuk fide chess

The sell-out swine on Fide’s Commission for Women’s Chess, have called on participants to respect “cultural differences” and accept the regulations.

    The ‘regulations?’

Hijabs have been mandatory for women in Iran since the Islamic Revolution of 1979 and the strict law is enforced by the country’s “morality police.” Any woman found not wearing one in public faces arrest, a fine or public admonishment.

    Cultural differences?

    Shariah bigotry, more like!

Sexist put-downs are not something that should be met with respect.

Sectarian discrimination against women is an affront.

civilised man v savage …and woman!

Good to see it’s not only women who are speaking up against foul Fide.

Nigel Short, the British former world title contender, said: “There are people from all sorts of backgrounds going to this, there will be atheists, Christians, all sorts of people.

Hasil gambar untuk nigel short fide chess

“If you are deeply Christian why would you want to wear a symbol of Islamic oppression of women?”

    Well said!

Men and women from EVERY SPORT should show solidarity on this.

Permanent boycott of the barbarous country is the obvious response to this latest display of shariah arrogance!

Let’s inundate the crawlers with protests.

And local and national government bodies in civilised countries should withdraw all recognition, support and funding from foul Fide.
