So In West Java, Religious Liberty Is Now Conditional?

A few days ago we looked at the victims of sectarian injustice here in Indonesia, not all of them, by any means, but two congregations often covered in our blog, GKI Yasmin and HKBP Filadelfia.

Barred by brutal ignoramuses in Bogor and evil savages in Bekasi, two cities in the Province of West Java…

Christ’s Ascension Day – Islamist Savages Pelt Congregation With Sewage, Urine and Rocks

Head-Scarfed Harpies Hurl Dung and Urine at Christians

X-Rated Xmas – Foul-Mouths Bully Christians, As ‘Moderate’Mayor Denies They Exist!’

…from their churches, they have worshipped on the street in Jakarta, across the road from the State Palace, in searing heat some days, in bucketing rain on others….

    Gambar terkait

The GKI people took their case all the way to the Supreme Court – and won!

But President Jokowi hasn’t ordered his police to enforce that judicial decree, so the oppression goes on.

Incidentally, a seat is always left reserved for the President on that pavement, by Christians who have heard his frequent boasts of Indonesia’s pluralism.

I have attended the services from time to time but Jokowi has never yet strolled the hundred yards from his palace to recognise their respectful loyalty.

Now, however, headlines in local media suggest light at the end of the tunnel of the torment.

Bima Arya And GKI Yasmin Agree to Build a Mosque next to the Church

Bima Arya is Mayor of Bogor, touted as a ‘moderate’ when he replaced a rabid Islamist a couple of years ago, and many (me too!) innocently assumed he’d do the decent thing and remedy the injustices.

    Bima Arya

But instead he declined to act, and – as in our linked story above – ‘Moderate’Mayor Denies They Exist!’  – he even stooped to denying the congregation’s existence, despite the fact we could all see them suffer on the street every second Sunday.

That first Christmas after Bima took over, his local goon-squad –  aka ‘civic militia,’ the SatPol PP –  showed their true colours, as one Christian on the scene reported – “We were pushed, cursed with foul language, and threatened,” he said. http://www.tempo.co/read/news/2014/12/25/214630883/Natal-Jemaat-GKI-Yasmin-Diganggu-Satpol-PP

Yet suddenly that mean mayor’s agreeing with his goons’ erstwhile victims, and freedom of religion may be restored in his benighted city?

I’ll believe it when I see it!

And even were it to come to pass, according to the report this week, it would be CONDITIONAL liberty  –

    –  the congregation’s clear constitutional right to use their own church only tolerated if a mosque is constructed next door.

    What a mockery!

As to HKBP, no news at all.

But that’s what I have long expected from Bekasi, a place infamous for its intolerance.

Bravo, Bermuda – Homo-Weddings No More!

The British Overseas Territory of Bermuda is to become the world’s first territory to restore the traditional definition of marriage just six months after the island’s Supreme Court ruled in favour of same-sex unions.

Bermuda is tiny, of course, but what a superb example it has set to all the other larger lands which have knuckled under to the gaystapo juggernaut.

What made the judges’ ruling last year so outstandingly offensive was the fact that Bermudans had overwhelmingly rejected same-sex marriage in a referendum…

At least a referendum was held!

Unlike in the Mother Country, where that u-turning slimer Cameron jack-booted homo-weddings into law with no pretence at a democratic mandate.

Echoes of America too, where ‘gay’ marriage had been voted down in the great majority of states which had afforded citizens a say…

…and yet the Supreme Court disregarded the people and imposed the absurdity by legal fiat.

And in Austria this very month, a pack of robed clowns issued a similar diktat, without any effort to seek the electorate’s approval.

    Time for a fightback!

Now decent citizens in all those countries can take heart and keep up the fight for a return to civilised values.

Is it real? This first victory in the fightback?
Bermuda might be the only country to roll back court-forced decadence so far, but it does wonders for morale to know decency can and is being restored.
Who will start the ball rolling in your country?

U.S. Supremes – No Joy For Gaystapo, Microsoft Or Apple!

I was going to post a brief ‘good luck’ to Roy Moore, as it’s now Tuesday here in Jakarta and Tuesday in the USA will see how Alabama votes.

However, since I suspect that my endorsement, already given…

Alabama Senate – For Whom Will Sex-Predators Vote?

…will sway very few citizens of that fine Southern State, instead I choose to celebrate some good news from Washington DC!

Great to learn last night that the U.S. Supreme Court refused to entertain an appeal by a sexual aberrant who had tried to argue that a federal law that bans gender-based bias also outlaws discrimination based on sexual orientation.

    Gambar terkait

One might think it was an open and shut case, absurd to maintain that a ban on ‘discrimination’ against people because they happen to be male or female, should somehow also prohibit ‘discrimination’ against those afflicted with a sexual aberration for which they could seek help and very likely be cured.

From NYC – Proof Positive, ‘Gays’ Can Be Cured!

After all, if the Mayor of NYC’s wife can successfully recover from lesbianism, so logically can anyone!

As usual, I must add that, to me, no sort of ‘discrimination’ should be actionable.

If I prefer to hire a cute and shapely secretary with poorer typing skills than a guy, why should i not?

If a Muslim declines to employ an Infidel, or an Infidel a Muslim, or if some dimwit turns me down for a job because I’m ‘old,’ up to them!

I wouldn’t want to work for anyone who doesn’t want me!

But especially these days with queers, there’s the gaystapo inquisition on the march…

….jack-booting the rights of anyone deemed to show good taste – which is the proper meaning of ‘discrimination’ – or was, until, like the word ‘gay’ itself, ‘discrimination’ had its meaning turned inside out!

What’s additionally agreeable is that the Supreme Court, by turning down the case…

….has simultaneously shown an admirable indifference  to sticky-beak big business berks.

Justice Kennedy And ‘An Affront’ To ‘The Angries!’

The case we featured yesterday is now under way in the USA’s highest court…

Big Day in DC, But It’s Aussies Should Pay Attention!

…and Justice Anthony Kennedy is said to be the SCOTUS ‘swing’ vote on the issue.

    Gambar terkait

Kennedy ‘wrote the 2015 decision making same-sex marriage legal,’ so he evidently sees nothing bizarre about equating normal couples with ‘men’ who enjoy having oral and anal ‘sex’ with other ‘men.’

So I suppose it’s only to be expected that he came out with the peculiar concern that displaying a sign outside a storefront that says a business doesn’t serve same-sex weddings would be an affront to the gay community.   https://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2017/dec/5/anthony-kennedy-likely-swing-case-same-sex-wedding/

    Big deal!

What is really bizarre, surely, is that decent Americans find themselves before the court on the question of whether they may choose to express their perfectly natural distaste for maladjusted ‘gays.’

Used to be a nice word, ‘gay,’ meaning cheerful, but it’s been hi-jacked by homos who seem, for the most part, to be rarely cheerful, more steeped in vicious snarling anger against decent folk.

    Gambar terkait

Much better, surely, if we refer to them accurately as  ‘The Angries!’

Actually, Jack Phillips, the Christian baker involved, had gone out of his way NOT to affront homos. He is perfectly willing to sell them any of the confectionaries he makes…

Hasil gambar untuk https://Usa supreme zcourt Kennedy

…he does not discriminate in his business and would happily sell gay customers any other cakes on offer in his bakery….

…EXCEPT wedding cakes, because his Christian creed asserts that homo-marriage is not marriage at all, and that he has a constitutional right to stand by his religious beliefs.

The queers who caused all the trouble could have gone to any baker in Colorado, or anywhere in the USA, and there are plenty of bakers who would sell tem what they need to celebrate their un-natural union.

But the gaystapo agenda revels in trouble-making, determined to bludgeon down critics, so the ‘affronted’ pair minced off to a pack of state-funded sticky-beaks…

…and lo, in the home of the brave and the land of the free, Colorado’s Civil Rights Commission ordered him to bake cakes for everyone, regardless of their sexual orientation.

We must now wait a year, so it seems, for a ruling.

It’s a measure of what’s wrong with America that any discussion on religious liberty needs to take more than five minutes.

The justices should tell the whining ‘gays’ to shimmy off !

Big Day in DC, But It’s Aussies Should Pay Attention!

As Australia settles down to watch MPs debate how much or how little freedom will remain to them after the ballot result which exalted a buggers’ menage to parity of esteem with marriage, we hear squeals from the pro-homo camp…

…angry at decent parliamentarians who dare suggest that religious liberty should be a factor in commercial transactions.

Naturally, The Guardian hosts one such shrill, and almost inevitably, it’s a far-left academic named Anja Hilkemeijer, a lecturer in law at the University of Tasmania…

…who gleefully tells us that such a factor is an outrage. Clamp-downs are regarded already, in Australia and elsewhere, as a legitimate and proportionate limitation on the right to freedom of religion.

For example, courts have rejected the argument that religious freedom justifies discrimination against LGBTQI people in relation to commercial accommodation…as well as the selling of cakes.

The eagerness of the gaystapo lobby to poison children’s minds gets a mention too, in the leftist lawyer’s approving reminder that a Canadian court also held that for parents to opt out of the content of state education would be inconsistent with human rights values that favour “inclusivity, equality and multiculturalism.”

    How sickening.

And how many people warned that the triumphal advance of perversion as a human right in Oz would lead to ferocious onslaughts on freedom and on parents’ rights!?!

Hikmejer’s hogwash rolls on and on, but those few quotes are enough to prove my assertion that the case in Washington, before the United States Supreme Court today, should be of vital interest to decent folks in Aussie.

Hence it should be of interest to Aussies what the US wing of that gaystapo has been doing to Christians there.

As AFA says, the case of Colorado cake shop owner Jack Phillips will be argued before the U.S. Supreme Court on December 5. This case has huge ramifications for religious liberty.

You can read about this critical case here.

We’ve covered this previously, and hope fervently that Jack the Baker wins.
And we hope that Aussies are gearing up for similar battles, which are surely imminent.

At least Pro-Homo Anja is worried that last year, the Australian Christian Lobby established the Australian Human Rights Alliance (AHLA) precisely for this purpose.

The AHLA is already running a number of cases on behalf of conservative Christians, including challenges to anti-discrimination law on the basis of the implied freedom of political communication and the religious freedom provision in the Tasmanian constitution.

Fair warning to be sure. The gaystapo has Turnbull on its side as we always expected would happen.
Our country has gone downhill so far and so fast.

I was glad you ignored that disgusting scene in our parliament with the queer MP proposing to his boy-friend in the public gallery.
It shamed Australia and indicates how we are going to have this kind of thing flaunted ( a good word I picked up from your blog) in our faces from now on.

This week, the US Congress overwhelmingly passed a resolution imposing harsh measures against Russia.

Frankly, I find it astounding that no congressional resolution has yet been tabled expressing gratitude to whoever did hack and expose the shaming details that outed Wassermann Schulz…

…and the ugly brute who cheated with the debate questions, and the Jew-baiter who wanted to use Sanders’ semitic background against him.

If telling US voters exactly how low and dirty were the tactics deployed against Donald Trump is deemed ‘meddling’ – well, Hell!

Let’s be honest and say that the more meddlers the better!

    Hasil gambar untuk meddling

But the daily droning, the cacaphonous repetition, ululation really, of the mendacious phrase, ‘meddling in the presidential election?

Patriots, from the President down, should stop using it.

It’s about time to call out the lying leftist and liberal ( is there any difference?) hacks, whose constant droning about MEDDLING ignores the truth, that it’s a deliberate attempt at MUDDLING the issues in the minds of their audience.

There was NO meddling in the ELECTION.

Meddling in the campaign, sure, just as scores of foreign politicians, including Obama, meddled shamelessly in Britain’s Brexit referendum campaign!

Cur Kerry’s Hypocrisy! Remember Obama’s Brexit Rant?

    • And that was not an unusual event.

Grim Spectre Of Meddling – Obama V France, Brussels V Britain!

Foreign Interference In French Vote? Merkel Is GUILTY!

But as for the actual election?

No miscounts of votes have been attributed to Putin or wikileaks. No voting machines were interfered with.

There undoubtedly were incidents of voter fraud, but unlikely they helped Trump!

    Quite the contrary…

In a poll of Hispanics for the California wine industry, 13 percent of noncitizens said they were registered to vote. Matched against the country’s noncitizen population, that means 800,000 to 2.2 million noncitizen Hispanics were registered to vote, Just Facts concluded.  http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2017/jul/23/just-facts-defends-research-finding-illegal-voting/

….given the ferocious opposition mounted by the Media-Democrat Party and its lap-dog agitprop outfits, like the ACLU, against all efforts by patriots to investigate voter fraud.

As one of my commenters said a few days ago, if these subversives achieve their objective…

    Hasil gambar untuk coup

…which is to bring down the elected president of the USA, it will be the first coup d’etat in American history.

Already their puppet judges in the lower courts have irresponsibly obstructed much of what Trump was mandated to do.

My own view is that the M-D Party’s main objective is to overthrow the President before any more Supreme Court vacancies come up.

They know, as their antagonists (the good guys and gals!) also know, that a serious SCOTUS, committed to the Constitution, is THE best defence Americans can have.

Ignore Maladjusted Madrid- In USA, Cake Goes To Court!

All the usual media suspects have been showing us nauseating newsreel of cavorting queers in Madrid, where thousands of the sads had gathered to show off their joy in being maladjusted. I won’t spoil  your Sunday brunch with photos of  that.

Instead, some very good news from the USA, where freedom fighters are fighting back.

Under President Trump there are fresh rays of hope to be seen.

Supreme Court Justices have agreed to hear the case of Christian baker Jack Phillips…it’s a hopeful sign that the days of persecution against believers like Jack may be numbered.  http://www.frc.org/get.cfm

It’s much the same story as other gaystapo witch-hunts.

Like so many Christian businesses, the war on religious freedom came to the Phillips’s front door when two men visited Masterpiece Cakes in 2012 and asked for a same-sex wedding cake. Jack was kind — but firm — in his conviction that he wouldn’t participate in a ceremony that violates his faith…

So the nasty homos launched a campaign to crush Jack’s business – the gaystapo intolerant agenda on display once more….but!

Ironically, business only boomed. People flocked to the Colorado cake shop to show their support.

As the FRC report reminds us, ...Masterpiece Cakes isn’t the first bakery liberals have tried to stick a fork in. The clash between religious liberty and same-sex marriages continues to explode in businesses across America, where everyone from family farms and butchers to B&Bs and bakers are trying to come to grips with this brave new world of political correctness.

Now that America’s highest court has an extra voice – and vote -for liberty on board, we must hope that a roll-back is on the  way.

Nice to have good news to give you on a sunny Sunday morning.

… and Donald Trump is pleased…

…., then we know it’s been a good day on both sides of the Pond.

The Supreme Court in Washington DC has given the go-ahead for the President’s travel ban…

…, with some restrictions, true, but the point is it should go into effect by the weekend, whether millennial morons mass at the airports or not – and if they do, one hopes this time the cops will use their billy-clubs to prevent obstruction of legitimate travellers, by putting disorderly degenerates in their place…

…. first in the paddy-wagon and then behind bars!.

And back in The Old Country, the DUP has got good terms in its deal to keep Brexit process on track.

Of course there will be hazards to face in the months ahead, renegade ‘conservtive’ MPs like Anna Soubry and Kenneth Clarke conniving with Corbyn and Co, but if Blood-Beast is vexed, chin-up.

These Judges ARE Enemies Of The British People!

The supreme court ruling stresses that their decision was not about whether they could resist deportation on family grounds…

…but whether the home secretary had breached their human rights by deporting them before they could bring an appeal in Britain and without making proper provision for them to take part in appeal from abroad. https://www.theguardian.com/law/2017/jun/14/supreme-court-rules-uk-system-for-deporting-foreign-criminals-unlawful

    ‘Family Rights? Human Rights?

The alien swine concerned are NOT British. So they are in Britain on sufferance. They should have NO ‘RIGHTS’ to be in Britain.

Therefore they should be liable to deportation ANYTIME!

The UK Government is responsible to the British people to rid them of alien blight, and this disgusting intrusion of ‘rights’ hogwash is an affront to British democracy.

Who are the scum that the robed ratbags, Lady Hale and her creepy colleagues on the ‘Supreme Court,’ have decided to champion?

…two men convicted of drug offences who had both served prison sentences. The first, Kevin Kiare, came from Kenya in 1997 with his family at the age of three. The second, Courtney Byndloss, a father of eight, came to the UK in 2002…

    Were they wrongly convicted?

Hardly- the  Guardian would surely have mentioned it if their guilt was in doubt.

    So sod their ‘human rights!’

They are mangy criminals, whose presence in the UK is offensive.

    It’s BRITISH RIGHTS that count.

And how about ‘ Iraqi Kurd, Aso Mohammed Ibrahim, who killed 12-year-old Amy Houston in a hit-and-run in Blackburn in 2003.

He was jailed but allowed to remain in the UK after he and his wife had two children following his release from prison. Ibrahim’s lawyers successfully used Article 8 to argue for his right to stay and judges at the Court of Appeal refused an application to appeal against that decision….

Who was Cameron’s Home Secretary during most, if not all, of his miserable tenure at Number Ten?

And NOW we read that Theresa May is said to be U-turning (AGAIN!) on her pledge to remove legislative barriers that stop deportation of evil-doers?

Now Theresa May’s human rights pledge is axed …

If all those Remainiacs who hated the idea of a referendum on ‘Europe’  – or on anything! – but now want another one…
