    Happy Thanksgiving, USA!

Although my American readers have many concerns about the way divisive leftists are exploiting racism to harm their country, there is still much for patriots to be thankful for……

….not least the triumph of justice in Kenosha this month!

Cuckoos To Share Turkey With Dogg!

EXCLUSIVE: Meghan Markle and Prince Harry invited to Snoop Dogg’s house for Thanksgiving dinner

Prince Harry is a fan of the American hip hop star and the feeling is apparently mutual..

Unsurprising, and if you are surprised, you must not have read our very old blog-post, in which, apropos NZ’s Arden

I wasn’t going to waste time on Ardern’s mealy-mouthing, but then saw that a Mr. Dogg, from the USA, had decided to stick his nose in.

    And I added..

So if an American ‘rapper’ may intrude, telling Kiwis how to vote, why not a humble blogger?

Same point I made about those pretentious, pushy leftists last week!

Red Nazi Antifa Hate Taints Thanksgivingl

As I have written already today about national pride…

    Happy St. Andrew’s Day!

    …I continue to do so.

We have a lot of statues in Jakarta, of General Sudirman…

…watching over the main road that bears his name, and of Husni Thamrin, and there’s a huge stadium named for Bung Karno..

…the popular appellation for Indonesia’s first President, Sukarno.

Indonesians honour their heroes and their history and frankly they would be anguished and angry if gangs of leftist hoodlums ran amok and tumbled those statues from their pedestals or desecrated places dedicated to past leaders who served their nation.

Those were the thoughts that came to mind when I read how, in an almost blasphemous affront to Americans’ favourite holiday, Thanksgiving…

….Red Nazi Antifa vermin vandalised and/or overthrew statues of George Washington, and of Abraham Lincoln…

….and even monuments to war veterans!

Mob Celebrates Thanksgiving by Toppling ‘Colonizer’ Statues (pjmedia.com)

British and Canadian patriots have had to hear of similar cultural atrocities and all too often the police, certainly in the UK…

C’mon, Brits In Bristol! Fire Superintendent Slug!

….have been complicit in the criminal damage, bowing down to racist BLM rabble.

Sooner or later, despite the shameful irresponsibility of those cops, decent Brits are going to clean up the Enemy Within scum…

….and the same surely goes for Americans and Canadians.

Meanwhile, I am happy to be in Indonesia!

I think we Western people who like the idea of pride in our country’s history are way better off here in South East Asia.
When I lived in Jakarta one of the things I liked was every house flying the flag on Independence Day.
Anybody caught burning a flag might end up taking heat!
What those communist Antifa and BLM are doing in the United Sates is going to come back on them in a big way.
I dont know how things will work out in England but the British must still have some of that Churchill spirit left.
Their police are so completely compromised though, it could be bloody.

Happy Thanksgiving, To All Our USA Readers!

Hard to believe, but some nutjob Red Indian prof wants Thanksgiving abolished, and replaced by a ‘National Day of Mourning!’

    Why would anyone mourn?

There seems to be a nasty drive to subvert the proud narrative of how the United States transformed much of a great continent from a wilderness of warring tribes into a modern nation.

Portland State Prof Cornel PewewardyPortland State University Professor Cornel Pewewardy

Perhaps unsurprisingly, that Anti-Thanksgiving  ‘academic’ whiner badly in need of a hair-cut hails from a college in Portland, Oregon, a sad sort of city, where bestial brutes much more savage than any of the long-dead redskins…

….have shown that barbarism is a phenomenon which is not peculiar to any single ethnic group, and which needs constantly to be put down.

That geezer in the photo above can bang his drum against America as loudly as he pleases, but for my part…

….though I’m not at all American, today I am going to cook up something – no turkey, alas- for my Indonesian visitor, who will hear from me what a great holiday it is!

Happy Thanksgiving – A Fine Holiday, ‘Based Off….?’

Thanksgiving in Canada falls earlier than America’s, but I had a good turkey n stuffing tuck-in this week to celebrate the USA’s holiday, which is, like Canada’s, an occasion when families come together and…well, you all know what Thanksgiving is!

I was going to include a picture of a turkey but my blog-gallery kept offering photographs of Erdolf-in-Ankara, so I gave up on that!

Unfortunately, a significant number of young Americans, ‘students’ at a ‘private Christian college,’ do NOT know very much at all about what millions of their fellow-citizens are celebrating.

“[Thanksgiving] is kind of just based off of the genocide of indigenous people,” one student told a College Fix reporter. “I don’t think we give thanks on Thanksgiving, we just eat a bunch of food and it’s just a bunch of Capitalist bullshit.”

“Well the whole thing is based off the murder of indigenous people,” another student said.

The crass stupidity and historical ignorance of some of those interviewed is striking, but I, having spent years here in Jakarta teaching young Indonesians to speak English, was almost equally dismayed by their frequent use of the phrase ‘based off,’  when what they meant was ‘based on.’

Is English language competence not a condition of admission to that college?

Oh, and if it’s a Christian college, what about this from Miss Dimwit?

A female student asserted that all America does is “celebrate unethical holidays” and complained about the term “Christmas break.”

    Have a wonderful holiday!

How can anything be ‘based off’ something else?
I am no English teacher but I have a little understanding of construction work, physics and logic.
      ‘Based off’ is meaningless..

Based on what I read about colleges today, they are ful of fools!

Happy Thanksgiving? Yes, For America’s Awakening!

Here’s a famous painting, which celebrates the events which inspire the USA’s favourite holiday, Thanksgiving – – which is celebrated this weekend…

…and I wish all my American readers much enjoyment thereof. Although the USA is beset by problems, like the Red Nazi Antifa assault on free speech, and the endless hate campaigns stoked by the Media-Democrat Party..
