More Guardian Grime – Yukky Queers, Traffic Havoc, Sicko Tripe!
The thrilling show culminates with the men passing a globule of saliva from mouth to mouth
.https://www.theguardian.com/stage/2019/mar/29/shock-of-the-nude-brazil-festival-protest-theatre
It may be newsworthy, in the same way that a human being drowning in his or her own vomit might get headlines, but the Guardian’s editorial decision to publish not ‘news’ of the ‘event’ but instead the sicko opinion of a creepy character named Mark Fisher…
…who thinks the disgusting display, which is described in our first sentence, above, is…
‘…thrilling?’
How degenerate does it get?
But the article Fisher writes is not only nauseating but also revealing, of the essentially anti-social nature of Brazil’s far-left, who appear to have been driven even more deranged by the democratic election victory of Jair Bolsonaro…
=
=
….who holds healthy and normal opinions about trans-freaks, queers and other maladjusted creatures.
Fisher admits this when he writes that a man like Bolsonaro would detest having to watch this sort of thing.
What sort of thing?
Fisher obligingly gives us an example of what Bolsonaro, like any decent human being, would find detestable watching.
Lobo (Wolf), a gloriously extravagant feast of male nudity…begins like some masochistic gym class, with 16 naked men running in circles, sweaty and breathless, crashing into each other before collapsing into a writhing, orgiastic heap.
….
SICK, SICK, SICK!
Nor would Bolsonaro ( nor any decent person) want to be present at another show Fisher seems to admire.
…the Brazilian version of Jesus, Queen of Heaven by Edinburgh playwright Jo Clifford…
/
‘She?’ – Jo Clifford
…
…she stands naked before us as a “travesti”, in a blend of autobiography and polemics about a life spent under constant scrutiny.
“My body always comes before me,” she says, choosing to put her body firmly before us now, even stepping into the auditorium to let the audience touch. Several opt to hug her instead.
SICK, SICK, SICK!
And blasphemous, but I’m not one of those who thinks blasphemers should be killed – just that if they put offensive garbage on stage, it should not be given unctuous attention by the media.
I thought at first that perhaps this nauseating article was some sort of decadent April Fool stunt by the Guardian – nobody can seriously appreciate filth like that.
But no, it was published on 29th March.
And Brazil’s traffic congestion?
.
That’s here in Jakarta, but Brazilians seem to suffer the same way!
On the traffic issue, Fisher seems to think we need to know about perverts who snog on the pedestrian crossing in same-sex couples..
Best thing to do if one happens to witness disgusting scenes like that is to call the cops and report any queers who thus flaunt their aberrant antics in public.
But what we do know, after wading through his turgid descriptions of a deliberate attempt by obnoxious extremists to make life miserable for their fellow-citizens, is that left-fanatics do not even recognise people trying to get home from an honest day’s work ( something the pervs and pinkos may know little about!) as ‘people!’
Weary commuters are not, in the kook view, even members of the public!
“We love the fight between the public and the traffic,” performer Carlos Canhameiro tells me later, remarkably uninjured. “The street belongs to you.”
By ‘you’ the weirdo evidently means his comrade weirdos, and the hell with any people not of his ilk – his red/pink/rainbow rabble seem to revel in making life hell for everyone else.
They seem unable to grasp that the ‘street’ belongs to motorists, surely, while the sidewalk is the proper place for pedestrians.
One wonders why the police were not ordered in to bring the leftist rabble under control.
=
…
And to detain the snogging homos for public indecency.
You may use the link to read the rubbish in its entirety, but I must offer a health warning – the main illustration is of four naked men, presumably to confirm what Freaky Fisher says – that the local culture vultures are obsessively exhibitionist…
…In show after show, nudity takes on a political role…
How absurd, to say such a thing. Nudity has nothing to do with politics. As with the bare-ass asses at Westminster last week..
Brexit protest: Nude environmental protesters storm public gallery …

…any resort to indecent exposure represents the inability of the show-alls to present persuasive arguments.
But when kooks get angry, they will produce even more cr-p than usual.
And boy, are they angry, because they’ve had their grubby snouts slapped off the tax-trough.
…..
========
Artists are aghast at the swingeing cuts in a country that has dissolved its ministry of culture…
Aaaah!
The entitled decadents are incandescent because their income depends no longer on their ability to act as leeches on the public purse…

From the first paragraph I felt like throwing up.
Who could possibly buy tickets to watch nauseating ‘tripe’ like that? If I may say so, you are unfair to tripe, which some friends of mine seem to enjoy.
Only seriously disturbed people could enjoy watching the scene you let that Guardian writer describe so graphically. And he calls it ‘thrilling?’
Chilling, maybe. Chilling that the ‘creatives’ get away with offensive productions as bad as that.
I was brave enough to read it all and by that I mean the whole Guardian article.
You are in no way unfair in your coverage.
I can only hope Bolsonaro’s government does cut off any public funding.

You set an example so I followed it, Fiona.
Reading the full Guardian article was extremely off-putting.
Where does the Guardian find such persons as Mark Fisher, who gets ‘thrilled’ by ‘men’ passing spittle mouth to mouth to each other?
He and the spit-passers need to seek professional help.
That ‘woman’ Clifford is to be pitied, for going around dressed as a woman when he’s visibly a man, but he is much more to be despised for producing a mockery of Jesus as propaganda for his deviant ‘cause.’
Clifford must have known that presenting Him as abnormal was going to offend not just devout Christians but anybody who believes in simple respect for England’s and Scotland’s established religion.

That ‘she-he’ who wrote the blasphemous play about Jesus being a freak? The BBC have been promoting ‘her-him.’
Their Mary Beard had a discussion show, as loaded as a crooked gambler’s dice, three guests and her and not one person invited on who spoke for all the Christians insulted by the horrible depiction of Jesus Christ as a ‘transgender’ freak.
Can you imagine how Muslims might react if Mohammed was the subject.
They would go wild and I wouldn’t blame them.
I’m not saying the ‘she-he’ should be stoned to death but definitely ‘it’ should not be turned into some sort of star-turn. It should be shunned and shamed.

What’s this then, the midweek Ross’s Horror Monster Show.
It’s disgusting.
Yeah, mate, I get that we need to know how bad the Guardian is, but just give us the link please, dont inflict the filth on us as soon as we open the blog.

Ned, you should be thankful that Ross never included the most repulsive photos from the Guardian.
He gave us more than anyone would like of the written part but he wanted to shock us.
It shocked me, even though I am aware there are a lot of sick people on the far left.
But that even the Guardian would publish something like that?
Shudders all round!

Thrilling is watching the waters flow over Niagara or else catching a fine sea-fish off the coast of Queensland.
What is not thrilling, in any way, is what that strange Guardian guy writes about. The word he should have used is stomach-turning.

Gracefully said, Joe.
When there is so much beauty in the world, it is very sad that the Guardian showers its readers with ugly muck like Fisher’s.

You have stated sometimes that you have liberals and even leftwingers in your social circle who you disagree with about many things but you can still mingle with on a friendly basis.
I’m the same, friends and relations who cant stand a bar of my conservative beliefs but we can have a meal or a drink together and not part on bad terms.
None of them, I’m pleased to say, are anything like that Guardian writer Fisher.
I honestly cant picture sitting down for a beer with a man, or a woman, who tells me it was ‘thrilling’ to observe a gaggle of ‘men passing saliva from mouth to mouth.’
I would react in the same way as if he or she told me how ‘thrilled’ they were to watch a bunch of retards kicking a puppy to death.
I would tell them they were sick f-cks and walk out, before I did something I might (just might) regret later.

‘How degenerate does it get?’
That’s a good question that you’re asking and most of us would answer that it coulldn’t get much more degenerate, than those ‘entertainments’ that took place in Brazil.
Nevertheless, there are probably more ‘artists’ there, and here ( here being wherever this is being read) who are even now busy thinking up even more depraved scenes to be staged for audiences that take pleasure from filth, and hoping to get public money to do so.
That repellent blasphemy against Christ was put on in a theatre in Scotland when it first emerged.
Can anybody find out if it – the production or the theatre. – was publicly funded?

It was good to read this last night and better to resd it again today, with so many comments from other readers who agree with you.
So I broke my rule not to comment. I do comment on other blogs but only to disagree. This time I applaud, not because of what you say, which is fine by me, but the way you say it.
When all kinds of public and private agencies keep busy and waste money shutting down anything that upsets ‘minorities,’ we heed people like you who call a queer a queer and not a ‘gay.’
When you talk about ‘transgenders’ as freaks and maladjusts, I would pin a medal on your chest if I had any to pin.
It has got to the point where most of our people are scared to use honest descriptions of what is wrong in our society.
Why the intimidation?
It’s pretty obvious. If one generation is bullied into self-censoring itself on ideas and beliefs, for example that perversion is bad – then the very notion of morality and immorality will be lost to almost all members of the next generation.
Uniformity, society beaten into a grey mess where bold spirits are smeared or dhouted down and the masses watch it happen.
