The New York Times is a bastion of left-liberalism, but even in such a swamp-sector of the media, now and then we can find a nugget of useful news!
That has to be the response to their article on a French ‘farmer’ who has been engaged in the clandestine importation of African crimmigrants from the infested Italian border-town of Ventimiglia.

- We’ve covered Ventimiglia before.
- 0000000000000
Some undesirables there even raped a pro-crimmigrant sympathiser, who failed to report the assault promptly after pressure from other leftists, fearful that public awareness of such a vile act would undermine their ‘No Borders’ agitation.
The Ventimiglia Connection? – Where’s Da Media?
…and as for the sheer vile ingratitude on display among those phoney ‘refugees…’
“They said to us: Do you want to stay here? I said no. Here is no good for refugees, no good!” he says. “They give you no social support, no passport. Italia is rubbish!” “Italia Is Rubbish!” Another Ingrate Bites The Hand!
Sickening.
You can read all about the ‘farmer’ who’s helping these illegals to sneak into France, a slug named Herrou, on the NYT link.
But while he deserves to be locked up (and the key dropped into the nearby Mediterranean Sea)…
000000000000.

Herrou
…here’s the extract that is most profoundly shocking.
It indicates how wide and deep disloyalty runs through the ranks of those whose duty it is to defend France from a phenomenon which has already unleashed so much horror on neighbouring Italy.

Pity Italy – Retired Couple ‘Slaughtered Like Goats!’ –
uuuuuuuuuuuuuuu
The police followed him back to his mountain retreat, pointed guns at his head and at those of the Eritrean migrants he had just picked up, and jailed him. The migrants were hustled back to Italy.

And quite right too, I hear you say!
But wait. Read on…
After 48 hours, the prosecutor in Nice decided not to pursue charges, having concluded that Mr. Herrou was acting for humanitarian reasons, his lawyer said.
Sod that!
What in God’s Name is ‘humanitarian’ about aiding and abetting illegal aliens’ entry into your own home and native land?
It’s not as if anyone in France is unaware of what’s been visited on the people of Italy… Italy Infested With ‘Asylum’ Predators! …and on the French folk of Calais by the illegals there.
But that’s not the worst of it.

In another demonstration of France’s jumbled approach to migrants, the police know exactly where Mr. Herrou is and what he is doing. Yet they mostly leave him alone.
Why are they not hounding him from dawn till dusk, daily, making the swine’s life miserable? Any cop who doesn’t is as much an enemy of France as Herrou himself. Or are they under orders to lay off – from how high up?
But…yes, we’re not done yet…it gets worse again, a whole nest of vipers uncovered in the village of Breil-sur-Roya.
…Herrou is something of a celebrity. At the Friday night local council meeting, townspeople clapped him on the back, greeting him warmly. That afternoon he had shared a beer with the town’s Socialist mayor in the main square.

Ipert
——
“Yes, of course, we know,” the mayor, André Ipert, said in an interview. “Yes, of course, he is outside the law. This happens in France.”

And before you sit back exasperated, there’s still more.
The cur who holds mayoral office is not only a fan of Herrou, but also openly makes a mockery of his duty as a French citizen.
That very day, three Sudanese migrants had straggled into Breil’s tiny town hall. The mayor did not turn them over to the police.
————–
And listen to another of the Breil rat-pack, an affluent attorney who spends much of her working life in Paris but swans down for the country air from time to time.

...Françoise Cotta…
… part of the smugglers’ network. “Down there I am a citizen, and what I do is illegal,” she said. “And I help them.”
Is there no board of standards that can depose a ‘mayor’ who turns on his own country?
Is there no professional body to disbar a lawyer who brazenly flaunts her infatuation with lawlessness?
Or are they secure, under the benevolent gaze of the Socialist in the Elysee Palace? Has he thrown his presidential mantle of protection around pro-crimmigrant elements in the police and in prosecution offices, in town halls and in posh Parisian salons?
This is an utterly repulsive tapestry of subversion which the NYT has exposed to the world, all manner of Enemies Within sedulously subverting decent French people’s efforts to defend their country.
