Badgering Brazil – So Will UN ‘Experts’ Now Notice ‘Nam?

    • What tiresome tripe the United Nations churns out!

The U.N.’s ”Human Rights Committee,” has just announced its intrusion into Brazilian politics, telling that sovereign state who may or may not run in the forthcoming presidential election.

Image result for lula brazil lenin

Needless to say, their chosen beneficiary is far-left graft convict, Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva.

These ‘independent experts’ have not hit the headlines with sage supranational sticky-beak counsel to Vietnam…

…or any other red tyranny, urging that ANY anti-communist candidates be allowed to contest elections for president or any other political office!

Or do the brave nosey-parkers, paid for by YOUR money (because the UN feeds off YOUR taxes) feel it’s not worth the time or effort to criticise marxist despotisms which will, unlike the polite Brazilians, just tell them to…

ASEAN And ‘Rights’ – Empty Vessels Best Not Make Noise!

“In the end we remember, not the words of our enemies, but the silence of our friends.”

The article is all about Myanmar, or at least the role of ASEAN, whose Intergovernmental Commission on Human Rights (AICHR) was established in 2009, as part of ASEAN’s effort to respect human rights…

    • Indah P. Amaritasari

Indah Amaritasari, the attractive academic who writes in the Jakarta Post, is concerned about the seeming inability of this outfit to do much, or anything, about the current situation with the Rohingya, but really, what else can one expect?

If ASEAN were serious about ‘human rights,’ it would never have accepted Vietnam or Laos as members.

The peoples of those two countries have not had the basic human right to choose the governments which rule over them for over forty years.

Talking of human, or any rights, in Communist dictatorships, is akin, in its oxymoronic connotations, to talking about dry water.

    It doesn’t make sense.

So why expect ASEAN now to have any significant impact in Myanmar?

Not to mention the shortcomings on rights in other ASEAN members…

Pro-Crimmigrant UN Censors Real Rights Campaigners?

We’ve had to listen, or, worse, watch, a bunch of anti-Western UN freakos ranting on behalf of the crimmigrant horde for months, years…

Over-Run by Rape-Refugees? Suck It Up, says UN’s Crapeau!

U.N.’s Wannabe Nation-Killer – Make Europe As Multicult As America!

…so this news sent to us today by a friend in North America provides an interesting insight into the UN’s indifference to REAL rights violations in a marxist despotism.

The Khmers Kampuchea-Krom Foundation does a good job of speaking up for the Cambodian minority in Vietnam’s marxist dictatorship, as far as I can see from its website. They have also exposed the hypocrisy of the UN Human Rights Council, which we’ve posted on before now.
Did you know that the self-styled ‘Socialist Republic of Vietnam’ ( where no free labour unions, opposition press nor free elections have been permitted in half a century of red misrule) is a member of that UNHRC?
Vietnam continues to violate the basic fundamental rights and freedoms of its people living within its border and in Cambodia. In Kampuchea-Krom, the Khmer-Krom people are prohibited to learn their true history and call their homeland by their original names.
    communism tyranny
Such action clearly demonstrates to the world that Vietnam does not uphold its commitment to the promotion and protection of human rights, and thus should have its position as a member of the UN Human Rights Council be reconsidered.  http://www.khmerkrom.org/kkf-press-releases/559-vietnam-humanrights-council-obligation
But now that same UN – in the form of their Committee on Non-Governmental Organizations – has struck a blow on behalf of the Hanoi tyrants, refusing even to allow the Khmers to argue in their own defence.
Take a look at some of those who comprised the majority on that contemptible committee: countries in which human rights, any rights, are a sick joke!
    Iran! Red China! Cuba!
Rank affronts, that trio, to every principle of freedom, democracy and fair play upon which the UN was supposedly founded and which still, laughably, are contained in its Charter.
Tell your MP, Congressman, whoever, to get your country OUT of the United Nations.

The United Nations has been a big lie from its outset.
All the ideals included in its foundation rules were subscribed to by Stalin, a monster guilty of so many crimes against humanity you couldn’t count them.
Then they let Red China in with its record as bad as Stalin’s.
Shame on all.countries who voted Taiwan out.
We should make our government get out of the UN. Leave it to the communists and islamists and all the other dictators who hate freedom. It just claws in our money and turns it into hypocrisy.

UN’s Crappo Disses Danes Who Question Obsolete ‘Refugee’ Pact!

Denmark’s Prime Minister, Lars Løkke Rasmussen, last week proposed reforms to the 1951 Geneva Refugee Convention, so that refugees can be sent back to transit countries such as Turkey, the springboard for most Syrian and Afghan refugees who attempt to reach Europe.

    • ——————-
    • All the Danish Government wants to do is get governments together to discuss his eminently sensible ideas.
    • But…

Francois Crepeau, UN special rapporteur on the human rights of migrants, said: “We shouldn’t touch the Geneva convention…” …

    Huh? Shouldn’t TOUCH it?

If you put roofing on your home sixty years ago, and there’s rain and snow coming through, don’t repair it?

If you bought a car in 1951 and it shows signs of decrepitude, just keep driving?

Or would Crapeau go shopping for chariot wheels, because the refugee convention is the embodiment of an age-old institution?http://www.theguardian.com/world/2016/jan/06/un-backlash-against-call-to-scale-back-geneva-convention-on-refugees

In every civilisation, there has always been [the concept of] asylum – in Greek tragedy, in the Bible – [and] the refugee convention is an modern embodiment of this age-old asylum tradition…   http://www.theguardian.com/world/2016/jan/06/un-backlash-against-call-to-scale-back-geneva-convention-on-refugees

    Maybe so.

But the Greek, the Israelite, the Babylonian laws were right for their eras. When legal practices are obsolete, rational people don’t cling to archaic codes – legal systems develop in response to changing realities.

    refugees Civilised refugees 1945

    • What was suitable in the aftermath of WW2 is not so today.

But Crappo, like the lawyer he is, twists the facts to suit his clients’ case. He must think his audience is ignorant when he cites the aftermath of the Vietnam war as a useful precedent, when the countries of the global north resettled millions of refugees from Indochina with no long-term negative effects.

Ignore the uncomfortable truth that Australian Labor Party notables detested the Boat People, because those poor souls understood how evil communism was.

Look instead at the indisputable truths –  that there are no known reports in contemporary newspapers of Vietnamese behaving like dirty filthy savages.

There were no pig-ignorant ingrates whining about the shelter they were given or the meals they were served, no Indochinese scum-mobs attacking police and passers-by, no sex-predator rabble molesting women and girls of the host-country…

Gang of migrants arrested after ‘sexually assaulting women and masturbating at historic German swimming baths’

    • Migrants have been banned from a historic swimming bath in Germany
    • One man was caught on CCTV masturbating in a hot tub
    • Several men were seen ’emptying their bowels’ in the swimming pool
    • The gang of migrants allegedly sexually assaulted women at the baths

… no nauseating news reports like that, recorded this week from Germany.

And NO VC terrorists among the Vietnam refugees, unlike today’s reality, jihadist vermin who murdered innocent Parisians  – and German tourists in Istanbul.

Or were there? I have plenty of readers in Oz who can tell me, but if there had been such undesirable behaviour among the Viets, it must have been minimal, rare, not recurring over and over every week, as we see AGAIN ‘Women no longer feel safe’: German city bans migrants from .this very day.

Crapeau is a university professor. He is old enough to remember those days. So why is he engaging in mendacious comparisons that don’t stand up to a moment’s serious scrutiny?

Easy!   The UN agenda, aka The Sutherland Doctrine, which Crapeau’s ideological catamite spelled out in stark detail last year –

The EU should “do its best to undermine” the “homogeneity” of its member states, the UN’s special representative for migration has said. Peter Sutherland told peers the future prosperity of many EU states depended on them becoming multicultural.   https://rossrightangle.wordpress.com/2012/06/25/multicult-or-else-bilderberger-spurs-eussr-to-erase-national-identities/

. Both of these men, and every anti-democratic multicult malignant like them, are THE ENEMY.

Instead of prattling about Trump-Bans, every European nation retaining an instinct for survival should declare these evil UN emissaries Persona Non Grata!

Your description of the differences between postwar refugees and the Vietnamese refugees, both of whom were real refugees, as against the economic migrants/jihadists moving in on Europe today, is accurate.
Very many of the 1945 refugees were Germans moving to Germany from Eastern Europe. Others were Poles settling in Britain, war-time allies who had been fighting side by side with British servicemen.
They did not march in chanting war-cries and demanding hosts change to suit the guests, even although South East Asians were culturally different. They were grateful for sanctuary. There were no rape epidemics or the greedy entitlement mentality shown by the current crop.
It’s useful to have a knowledge of history, which this UN trouble-maker doesn’t.

None of these conventions was put to a vote of the people in Britain or France or Germany, or anywhere that I can see in the history books. They should be disregarded, as a hindrance on the effective fight against illegal immigration and terrorism.

Monday Morning – With Commie Yummies for Brunch!

Just stirring gently, no need to rush around, confident the rainy season will not begin today, or hopefully this month of August.

But I was up in time for the 8.30am news, with a VERY pretty Commie Korean soldier, warning the South Korean ‘gangsters’ to behave themselves. or the Dear Leader, Comrade Kim, would come and get ’em, astride one of his marvellous missiles.

    • north-korean-leader-kim-jong-il12 North Korean God-King (not sure which one!)

    • Hard to believe anybody, even somebody living under a hereditary despotic gangster godfather, would talk such rot, but then she is not as lucky as we, who are mostly still free to say what we think (unless of course we upset uptights with insensitive ‘phobia’ comments!)

But I WAS impressed by her good looks. I had a quick search of Google to see if i could find her picture to delight you – a cutie makes Mondays much more bearable – but no joy, so I offer you this instead, more North Korean yummies.

What a shame to see them regimented thus, when they would be much more enjoyable sitting seductively outside a cafe, or propped provocatively on bar-stools in those short skirts.

Does NK have bars? or clubs? or discos?

I’m told that even in Red Vietnam  the regime has had to reconcile itself to agreeable nightlife.

But I still prefer Jakarta, where even the poorest working-man can revel in ‘dimly-lit stalls!’

Yeah, I know, you can’t see what’s going on – that’s the point of being dimly lit!

Vietnam’s bars during the war were said to be the best in Asia but I wasn’t around for that. I can say the girls there last year were as lovely but not as friendly as Jakarta’s.

Then They Came To Tear Down The MIA/POW Flag…

    Perlstein_MB1-900x600 Perlstein

Some repulsive communist-sympathising creep named Rick Perlstein has now oozed up, demanding another famous flag be dragged down from American public buildings. because it’s ‘RACIST,’ of course.

But this time it’s not a banner honoured only in one part of the USA, like the beautiful Stars and Bars, but..guess what?

    • Yes, the flag flown all over the country to show that the heroes who fought evil in Vietnam but didn’t make it home are not forgotten.

One would think that even a slimy red would shrink from this kind of garbage – unless he simply likes cheap publicity by taking cheap shots at honourable symbols.

    • Shamelesstory_2011_Intertitle
    • —————————
    • But a touch of rational argument always helps, and how the flag in our photo can in any sense be construed as racist is just baffling.

    Except to a lousy leftist.

Happily, Americans who understand their history, and who know that a war lost can still have been fought in a noble cause, have already fired back, and I found this excellent rebuttal in PJ Media.

The whole piece is first-rate but here’s a taster.

.Perlstein hates that people don’t remember the Vietnam War the way he wants it remembered, as a racist, unlawful enterprise. The POW/MIA flag is merely a pretext for him to repeat the tired arguments of the 1970s, arguments that lost their sting when the NVA finally triumphed, and the world watched a Communist dictatorship work its vengeance on the South Vietnamese population….

    • communism tyranny
    • The left history of the Vietnam War has long been discredited, not least by the refusal of the nasty marxist oligarchy in Hanoi to release the people from their long nightmare, no free elections, no free press, no free speech, no free labour unions, no freedom of religion…etc.
    • ============================================================================
    • Until that day when freedom returns to Saigon, and the truth about the missing men is uncovered, the flag should fly.

Let scum like Perlstein festoon themselves with red flags as they please.

Besok May Day – Jangan Lupa Pengkhianatan PKI!

Tomorrow, we have a national holiday in Indonesia, May Day, and you can bet your boots the workers will be out in force, a big procession through Jakarta, with lots of speeches and exhortations to flex their ( admittedly none-too-strong ) industrial muscle to improve their lot.

    • may-day-jakarta-indo May  Day, a few years ago, in Jakarta

    • They are free to protest, to slam the regime, to publish their angry posters and bulletins. They are free to strike too.

About five years ago, things got out of hand on May Day, fighting between demonstrators and police.  It happens – but there was no ferocious crack-down. Some arrests, and that, I think, was that.

    Compare and contrast.

A few hours on a plane takes you to Vietnam, where the ruling junta styles itself, laughably, as a ‘party of the working class.’

But workers in that totalitarian hell-hole have none of the rights that our good lads and lasses on the parade tomorrow enjoy.

    • communism tyranny

No right to strike, no free labour unions uncontrolled by the tyrants, no freedom of the press, no right to parade criticism of the dictatorship.

And OF COURSE no free elections – what Communist oligarchy would risk THAT?

Turned on the news after a while out sunning myself in the front yard, and lo, a wretched spectacle in Saigon – I choose not to use the city’s current name, which honours a despot.

The camera recorded  a cowed people forced to observe their strutting oppressors, the Vietnamese equivalent of the Waffen SS, parading to ‘celebrate’ the Fall of Saigon.

Living in a country which came very close to a Red take-over in 1965, it is always a consolation, whenever frustration sets in at abuses of power by bureaucrats or politicians, to remember how much worse it would be if those evil PKI SOBs had got away with their kudeta.

    • pkiposter

Yet still today, we have comsymp creeps in the English-language media, on whom we have reported all too often, bemoaning the fate of those marxist malignants who survived their failed power-grab fifty years ago!

Corruption is here, and yes, it’s nauseating. But I’ve heard it said the Vietnam communist cops are the  ‘best police money can buy.’

Injustice, yes, that’s here too. But a free press and the handful of honest pols and the NGOs can raise their voices and fight it.

aidit Aidit, the PKI Fuhrer who adored North Korea

Had that unlamented old hypocrite Pramoedya, and his patron DN Aidit, risen to rule this archipelago, we’d all be in the same endless nightmare that still grips Saigon.

My Indonesian friends and neighbours might even be dragooned onto the streets tomorrow to cheer their oppressors.

Twas President Reagan who called the Vietnam War a noble cause, and so it was. The tragedy was the defeat of ARVN. America and the Allies.

Thank God Indonesia smashed the PKI!

And may the cruel communist clique that holds Vietnam in servitude share their fate some day.

At Last, ‘Seekers’ Who Deserve Asylum!

While none of us wants undesirable bludgers swarming into our countries, it’s important to remember that ‘asylum-seeker’ was once a respectable term, refugees from communism in particular given shelter from the evil that reigned in their homelands.

Some leftists in Australia would like to air-brush their Labor heroes’ racist hostility to desperate Vietnamese who sought Antipodean sanctuary after the tragic Fall of Saigon to the forces of tyranny.

    • communism tyranny
    •         Peter Fechter, murdered by the quisling DDR regime’s guards as he tried to flee East Germany

    • Nowadays, so many phoneys hide beneath the label, economic migrants mostly but all kinds of crimmigrant trash too, we sometimes lose sight of the original legitimate definition.

But real asylum-seekers do still exist, and paradoxically, given our choice of photograph, Germany is one country from which victimised refugees may benefit from the latest congressional moves in America!

The House Judiciary Committee passed a bill Wednesday that would allow people to seek asylum in the USA if they are persecuted by their governments for homeschooling their children.

You might imagine that totalitarian regimes are the sort that target home-schoolers. But, in reality, it’s Western European countries that are the villains, notably Germany, which maintains Hitler’s Nazi ban on the practice, and Sweden.  read more here  http://www.onenewsnow.com/education/2015/02/26/sweden%E2%80%99s-high-court-all-but-bans-homeschooling-family-appeals-to-echr#.VQpQvJSSwy8

… not the Eurocrats’ PC poison.

Inevitably, American leftists sought to muddy the waters –

“Shouldn’t children who are fleeing child abuse and violence be afforded the same protection as a child who is denied homeschooling?” said Rep. Luis Gutiérrez, D-Ill…

    •  Raul Labrador
    • This specious reasoning was fast shot down by Rep. Raúl Labrador, R-Idaho, who pointed out that asylum had always been reserved for refugees persecuted by their governments…

And the bill’s sponsor, Rep. Jason Chaffetz, R-Utah, added that if the law was changed to allow victims of crime-ridden nations to gain asylum, the USA would be unable to absorb the millions of refugees who would flee from countries where gangs run rampant.   http://www.usatoday.com/story/news/politics/2015/03/18/house-judiciary-committee-immigration-enforcement-bills/24960965/

His Asylum Reform and Border Protection Act also tries to tighten up admission rules to restrict the number of dubious claimants who currently get through the net.

Sounds like a sensible measure, so let’s wish it well!

It needs to finish its passage in the House before going to the Senate. And even if it passes there, it may well be vetoed by the Un-American in the White House.

Like Obama’s Peace Prize, Burnside’s Is A Joke!

We all had a good chuckle when those pinko creeps awarded Obama his ‘Peace Prize,’ but what are we to make of this.

Australian barrister, human rights advocate and author, Julian Burnside AO QC, has been awarded the 2014 Sydney Peace Prize for his work with asylum seekers.”  http://www.probonoaustralia.com.au/news/2014/11/asylum-seeker-advocate-wins-sydney-peace-prize

So what’s easing the way undesirable aliens ooze in Oz got to do with ‘peace?’

Burnside, a moneyed elitist, about as far removed from the everyday realities of hard-working Aussie battlers as it’s possible to be

christmas-islan Crimmigrants warring on Christmas Island
‘Peace’ is generally regarded as the opposite of ‘war,’ and whilst it could be argued that the crimmigrants’ violence, vandalism and arson during their riot on Christmas Island could be construed as waging war on their benefactors,  Burnside has rarely, if ever, called on his precious parasites to cease and desist from their malicious mayhem.

I’d like to know who served on the Sydney Peace Prize Jury that chose this richie-rich ratbag, but I suspect its members, too, are equally unrepresentative of real Australian society. And also hostile to the democratically approved policy  of the Government of Australia.

It’s a politically-motivated manoeuvre, not a principled decision we have witnessed.

However, let’s stick to ignoramus Burnside.

Ignoramus? A man with a law degree? How dare I say such a thing? Well, I’m sure he knows about every single legal loophole that can be exploited to facilitate boat-bludgers’ entry into countries that don’t want them.

But it’s his Aussie modern history that worries me.

He only yesterday was reported as praising Gough Whitlam, as a starry contrast to today’s Australian leadership.

Whitlam was a colossus but a survey of today’s political landscape shows we are led by midgets.

I’m not going to speak ill of Whitlam here, as he was only buried recently.

But what is indisputable was his visceral hostility to refugees. Anyone seeking refuge from Communist torment after the Fall of Saigon was NOT welcome as far as GW was concerned.

    communism tyranny

“I’m not having hundreds of f_cking Vietnamese Balts coming into this country with their religious and political hatreds against us!”  http://www.theaustralian.com.au/opinion/columnists/cate-blanchett-at-the-gough-whitlam-memorial-and-fran-kelly-on-the-end-of-the-world-mwd-250/

That racial/political prejudice is historical fact, never denied.

So how come Burnside has such a high opinion of the late Labor figure? Does he not know of the man’s record on REAL refugees? Or does he himself limit the scope of his sympathy to people fleeing any evil EXCEPT marxist tyranny?

And on the same link you’ll find Burnside’s ludicrous lie that Boat people who manage to get to Australia are mistreated in every possible way – what utter hogwash!

That flies in the face of the facts, the ridiculous largesse, the free board and lodging, which the crimmigrants get handed on a plate. Even when their criminality is no longer in dispute, like that Pakistani charged with molesting Sydney girls on whom we posted this week.

Grant At Least One of This ‘Asylum’ Parasite’s Wishes!

Oh, and my usual question, addressed to all the stuck-ups who want to push ‘asylum’ snouts into the public purse – how many has Burnside taken in, under his own roof?
