Justice In Florida – In Wisconsin, Not So Much!

Justice in the USA is something of a patch-work.

In Florida, it works well, albeit slowly.

It was refreshing to read that a serial rapist-murder has finally been executed….

    https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2019/may/24/i-wanted-to-look-him-in-the-eye-serial-killers-survivor-witnesses-execution

    congratulationssuperjob

As we type this, it’s pleasing to imagine him in fiery torment, alongside Manson and Bin Laden and…

    Demons-from-hell

…..other evil-doers, all getting their just, eternal, hellish deserts.

But in Wisconsin, which, alas, has no death penalty, another fiend is guaranteed three square meals a day for the rest of his natural life, plus tax-paid medical treatment, free tv and all kinds of benefits, after he was finally sentenced for kidnapping 13-year-old Jayme Closs and killing her parents…at the family’s home near Barron, about 90 miles north-east of Minneapolis…

    https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2019/may/24/jayme-closs-man-gets-life-sentence-for-kidnapping-teen-and-killing-her-parents

Where’s the justice in that? Do Wisconsin people not think that devil’s death is well-deserved?

States’ rights are a key part of the American system. Hence the variations.

But not all states have put this important issue to the people.

Capital punishment is not something that ought to be left to legislation or legal fiat – or to decadent governors, like that clown in California, who has recently boasted that he is to use his gubernatorial prerogative effectively to end capital punishment there…

California Drivel – Democrat Scorns Democracy, Fawns

    California’s Loathesome Governor Gavin Newsom

…showing open contempt not just for the victims of the scum he’s saved from proper punishment, but also for the electorate…

    Proposition 62
    Repeal of Death Penalty
    Results
    Votes %
     Yes 6,361,788 46.85%
     No 7,218,625 53.15%
    Valid votes 13,580,413 92.95%
Invalid or blank votes 1,030,096 7.05%
    Total votes 14,610,509 100.00%
    Registered voters/turnout 19,411,771 75.27%

…who, when last consulted, wanted such vermin exterminated.

Our readers in the United States should not sit around waiting to see what the Supreme Court has to say next time the issue comes before them.

Admittedly, recent additions to the bench make any judicial diktat in favour of abolition less likely, and one hopes the appointment of a sane judge to fill Bader Ginsberg’s spot may soon be on the way.

Yet while SCOTUS could, if judges were careless of morality, issue an abolition decision, SCOTUS cannot decree sea-to-sea restoration.

    referndmlet peole vote

Decent Americans in Wisconsin and other states without the death penalty need to get organised and purge both legislatures and courts of liberal slugs…

    Just saying.

California had that last vote 3 years ago and we won but only just. The state is getting worse all the time. The schools are full of extreme left teachers turning the young ones into zombies. The Dems are doing all they can to make it easy for illegals to vote.
So we might lose if another vote was held.
Until the governor is no longer able to commute or otherwise stop executions, no democratic vote will make a difference anyway, and those changes are impossible or nearly.
So while your ideas might work in some states, in California and quite a few others, not much chance.

Recount USA? But WHOSE Votes Should Be Counted!

One immediate GOOD thing to result from the left’s demand for recounts in Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin is that Donald Trump has regained some of that fire that had seemed to be dying down.
    trump
Whilst we recognise his need to do deals with RINOs in the Senate in order to push through any legislation at all, it’s been a tad worrisome to contemplate how mild-mannered The Donald has become – not to mention the odd rise and rise of a liberal like Romney.

But please note the way the media freaks are reporting Trump’s latest tweets, in which he has denounced the voter fraud which has undoubtedly played a major part in the tally of ‘popular’ votes for Clinton.
    BBC-bias-alert
I am currently listening to BBC World News, and the Beeb bint is echoing her Media Party comrades on other channels, an extended yap about how Trump has ‘no proof’ of his claim.

    Dovere
She has an American leftist hack named Edward Isaac Dovere on, who’s busily denigrating what he claims as the sources of the President Elect.
But will she give a Trump supporter any chance to rebut Dovere’s sneering diatribe?
    No way!
She’s now moved on to other news, very quickly.
So let’s take up where the pinkos left off.

    U.S Elections – Citizens Out-Voted by Obama’s Illegals?

The risk of fraudsters helping Democrats steal the election was very real.

Let’s not forget all the sterling work done by Project Veritas over the past year or two.

There have been plenty of reports, from all parts of the USA.

Did Voter Disgust At Racist Democrats Turn Tide in Colorado?

    ——–

We know that Obama used his Attorney Generals repeatedly to stomp reforms, first the racist Eric Holder, then his successor Loretta Lynch, each pursuing a vendetta against states which took steps to keep ballots clean.

    ooooooooooooooooo

So blatant has the phenomenon of voter fraud become that it has been reported that in previous elections, it may well have swung close races to the Democrats.

A new study shows that percentage of non-American citizens who illegally voted in close races in recent years may have garnered the Democratic Party victories.

The Washington Post reported Friday that the number of non-citizens voting for Democrats in past elections was “large enough to plausibly account for Democratic victories in a few close elections.”

    http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2014/oct/25/illegal-voting-non-citizens-may-be-giving-democrat/

No mention of THAT by the BBC’s blonde bint, nor by Dovere.

We know what the BBC is like but you could’ve made more of the fact you refer to, that even the ultra-liberal Washington Post fessed up to the Democrat reliance on non-American votes to get ahead.

Dovere is also well known in America, a guy who can always be counted on ( and recounted on!) to attack anybody to the right of the ACLU.
