French Post-Riot Renewal? Chain Gangs!

I saw a chain gang once, whilst travelling along an American highway, somewhere between Atlanta and New Orleans – I forget in which state.

It wasn’t this one, but not that different!

It struck me as an excellent concept…  so….may I suggest..

The cost to France of repairing damage caused by the riotous banlieue savages…

.

.

…is being put somewhere between many millions up to a billion euros..

May I suggest that the hundreds of primitive brutes arrested be sentenced to hard labour, serving in chain gangs.

Averse to hard work when looting is available, their narrow, backward minds would be broadened…..

.

…and passing French folk could actually see justice being done.
