You have covered most relevant points in this colourful rant, Ross, but the real problem is not so much the brat-brutes ( good description! ) and not even the government-funded ‘NGO’ mischief-makers.
It is a problem you noted less than a year ago, idiot government rules, national and supranational, which pretend that teenagers capable of sexual assault are ‘children,’ or that a 17 year old who has managed to make his way from somewhere in or Africa or Asia to the foothills of the Alps is a ‘child.’
What a a stretch!
It should have been scrapped a long time ago.
If they must draw a line, find the youngest age for mating or voting anywhere in Europe and that’s it.
Here in Scotland 16 is voting age, marriage in Estonia is legal at 15. Are there younger limits in other countries, like the countries they come from, so do their families think they are ‘children?’

That’s part of the problem, Ian, the issue you touch on in your last sentence.
A lot of these ‘migrants’ come from very backward countries where real children are forcibly married off to grown men.
Some of them even arrive in civilised countries with children who turn out to be their wives and then expect decent people to accept those arrangements.
Just one more reason to vet what kind of savages are let in and kick out any such pedophiles who may already have arrived.

Sorry, Ian, but it is just not possible to separate the ‘NGOs’ from the governments.
Some of them may genuinely fund their activities without government money but as we have read here and can verify from their own accounts, a lot of them have no right to call themselves ‘Non-Government’ and should not be allowed to present themselves to the media as NGOs at all.
Our Italian hero Salvini has opened up a debate which is long over-due, with his exposure of those sea-faring gangs which have done so much harm by ferrying illegals into his country.
We need to give him every support and I’m adding an article with this comment that you should use.
