You In Your Small Corner…Fighting UK Pravda!
Much of what that Defund The BBC spokesman had to say about UK Pravda’s shameless leftist posturing and propaganda is irrefutable.
…
But Calvin Robinson said something else, which gave me pause.
‘You know they could open it up to a global audience, there are plenty of people across the world who still appreciate the BBC’s content.. ‘
…
.
In fact, as numerous Indonesian and expat readers here know all to well, UK Pravda already has a ‘global audience,’ with ‘BBC World News’ -aka Global Pravda – pumping out its biases all over the globe.
=
.
Today for example, they had a reporter on a long rant, boosting BLM in Brazil, which she openly admitted was prepared in collaborarion with an ‘NGO.‘
Who trusts ‘NGOs?’
No doubt a few are civic-minded, but many are anything but…
..
And many’s an Indonesian who once took it for granted that BBC was observing its duty under its charter to provide news impartially, until I explained it was a hot-bed of far-left hacks.
A modest contribution, mine, but every little surely helps –
.
.
– and it’s better than sitting on the sofa moaning, right?
Are there no expats in Brazil interested in helpng the Resistance cause, who could locate Brazilian conservatives and spread their side of the story?
And give Brazilians an alternative view of UK and international events to that presented by the BBC’s left-bigots?

Your blog might be modest, Ross, but a lot of us who lived in Jakarta enjoyed it and I still do.
If you got back to more local news, that would be good.
I thought those bits and pieces you did about Nikita and Rizieq were great but you haven’t kept us up to date with that and nobody wants to rely on the Jakarta Post for news.
It’s full of sh-t and I don’t just mean its ‘editorial’ stuff.
